I ordered a part for my car from this dealership had to get it shipped to store to realize after I picked it up they ordered me the wrong part.I brought it by alback to the store and was helped by *** In the parts department who was very rude and was going to order me another wrong part and told me it was going to be almost another $250 more after I already paid $171. So I didn't order it so I could speak to management. This has been an incovience I don't live in moreno valley and obviously have no car so it's been costing me money as well as paying my mechanic for the inconvience. Im upset because I had to miss work due this because my car cannot be fixed without the part.

At the time of sales, I made aware that I wanted to take part in the $500 graduation credit they were offering for a purchase of a new 2020 Toyota Corolla. I was told before AND after the sales by the salesman that I will submit forms online in order to receive the rebate. After completing the sale, I looked online and could find nothing that I can submit in order to receive my rebate. I was able to get into contact with one of the managers and was only then made aware that in order to qualify for the rebate, I need to finance through Toyota Financial Services. But instead, I was financed from another company yet the salesman and the sales manager failed to mention that to me. Instead, they repeatedly told me that I receive the rebate online. I would not have purchased this vehicle from them if I knew that I was not receiving the discount I was promised.

Last month we purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma Extended cab from this dealership. When we got home, we noticed that their name was on the back of the tailgate with lettering (14 letters), that felt like some kind of metal-like material. We decided to have the dealership remove it when we went back up the next week to get the GPS tracker put in it. When we asked the service department to remove it, they said they are not allowed to do it, with no further explanation. My husband watched a YouTube video on how to remove them. He spent 2 hours with a hairdryer to try and carefully remove each letter. 2 of the letters were so sticky that he had a difficult time with them. They ended up ripping and removing the paint from the tailgate all the way down to the base. I called the dealership and spoke with ***. He told me that they do not remove the lettering anymore because they have previously caused damage to the vehicles and had to pay to repaint them. I had an estimate from a body shop to repaint the tailgate, (they said it was unreasonably too expensive and they refused to reimburse us for the damage. I offered to let the dealership have a Toyota body shop closer to my home to repair it but the only response I got was that it was not their fault and they would be nice enough to send us a touch up paint pen, even though they did not have to! When I called the corporate office for Toyota, all they could do was put a complaint in the dealership's file since it is individually owned. The gentlemen on the phone did, however, tell me that he has never heard of that kind of lettering put on vehicles in California and rarely used at all anymore. I spoke with an attorney and he told me I have a case for negligence because even though they knew they were defacing the vehicle with something that could cause damage when removing it, they still continued to do it. I believe they should be required to have the tailgate repainted to its new condition.
I discussed a vehicle's final price with a Moss Bros Toyota salesman for a week.
I discussed the final price of a vehicle with a Moss Bros Toyota salesman for a week, based on an online ad. We agreed on a price via email and text, with no disclaimers of change. The price online increased by $1,220 two days later, but my original quote was still honored. After a 5-hour drive, I arrived to finalize the purchase. However, during the finance stage, the salesman, who introduced himself by his first name, reneged on our deal, citing high internet interest and an internal discrepancy. They claimed an email fine print allowed this, which didn't exist. They only learned of the issue that day, they said. Feeling misled and facing a price $5,000 above the agreed amount, I declined the purchase.

Paid a lot of money for cars to continue to not be not working properly working Honda Civic (2003) - Toyota has this car listed as a 2002. This car was taken to Toyota - Moreno Valley on September 03 for overheating problem. It was recommended that the engine should be rebuilt. I paid $3,784.50. On March 1, this car was towed back to Toyota again for the same issue. The car has now been in Toyota today is March 22 which is almost 1 month and problem has not be resolved. Toyota Camry (2007) - My Toyota Camry was taken to this Toyota center on August 14 for no power. I asked Toyota to keep this vehicle and check every out to make sure nothing else is going on. I let them know I didn't want the car back with the same problems. They kept the car to repair it, I paid $1,542.33 for this repair. The car went back on December for the same no power issue. This time they kept the car for at least 2 weeks, told me nothing was going on with the car. Car won't start again
