Chick-fil-A Negative Experience with Chick-fil-A Employee: Unprofessional Behavior and Racism

I recently visited Chick-fil-A in Downingtown, Pennsylvania for the fourth time in just two weeks. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of the employees. I overheard an employee named Regina saying that she only makes $8 an hour, and I shared this information with another customer. However, another employee, who I believe to be racist, decided to confront me about it. She had no right to speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. I wonder if she would have acted the same way if I were black like her. It's not her place to get involved in other people's conversations, especially when she has no idea what's going on. I suggest she mind her own business and crawl back under the rock she came from. Despite this unpleasant encounter, I still enjoy the food at Chick-fil-A and will continue to visit.

Chick-fil-A Chick-Fil-A Review: Good Food, But Where Are My Pickles?

Chick-Fil-A is a pretty good place to grab some food. I'd give it a 3 star rating, though. You might be wondering why. Well, let me tell you. I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra pickles. This wasn't my first time doing this, mind you. I've been to Chick-Fil-A four times recently and every time I asked for extra pickles, I got no pickles at all. It was a real bummer, let me tell you. But today, I finally got some pickles on my sandwich. Only three, though. Come on, Chick-Fil-A! I'm paying good money here. Give me some more pickles!

Chick-fil-A Disappointing Experience at Chick-Fil-A: Rude Service and Unhelpful Manager

I went to Chick-Fil-A at Unit #2053 2256 Memorial Dr Waycross Ga *** on 02/28/2020 around 1:00 and it was a real bummer. The drive-through worker, Kara, was super mean and rude to me and my family. She even turned her back on us while we were talking! Can you believe that? And her manager was no better. They were both so cocky and unkind. It really made me lose faith in Chick-Fil-A.

I mean, I get it, everyone has a bad day. But that's no excuse to treat people like garbage. It's just not cool. And when I tried to complain to the manager, they basically told me that it wouldn't matter if I complained to corporate because they would just send it back to her anyway. Like, what kind of attitude is that? It's just plain rude.

I used to love Chick-Fil-A, but after this experience, I'm not so sure. It's a shame, really. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Chick-fil-A Great Food and Clean Establishment, but Consistent Order Mistakes

My family and I really enjoy eating at Chick-Fil-A. We think it's a great fast food restaurant that serves delicious food and keeps their establishment clean. However, we've had some issues with our orders lately. In the last 10 times we've ordered, we've had a missing item in our order. It's really frustrating and we don't like it. We've ordered both through the mobile app and in the restaurant, and this has happened at more than one location. It's strange how they keep making this mistake over and over again.

Today, we ordered food and unfortunately, my daughter's sandwich was missing from the order. She's been crying since 4 o'clock because she was really looking forward to it. We can't go back to pick it up because we're so busy. It's really annoying and disappointing.

Overall, we still like Chick-Fil-A, but we hope they can improve their order accuracy. It's not fair to their customers to have to deal with missing items in their orders. We hope they can fix this issue soon.

Chick-fil-A Disappointing Experience at Chick-Fil-A: Missing Items and Inaccurate Order

I went to Chick-Fil-A? today with my daughter and we usually have no issues with them. But today was a different story. My daughter placed a very simple drive-thru order which included chicken strips, spicy chicken sandwich, mac n cheese, large fries, cheese sauce, and (2) honey mustards. However, when she got home, she found out that there was no spicy chicken sandwich, no fries, and no honey mustards.

We were disappointed and frustrated, so my daughter drove back to the restaurant and waited in the drive-thru again. The staff assured her that everything was in the bag this time. However, when she got home again, there were still no honey mustards.

To make matters worse, Chick-Fil-A? advertises (2) pickles on their sandwiches, but my sandwich had NO pickles. It seems like the staff was dancing around in the kitchen and not paying attention to our order.

Overall, we were disappointed with our experience at Chick-Fil-A? today. We hope that they can pay more attention to their customers' orders in the future.

Chick-fil-A Chick-Fil-A Location Fails to Meet Posted Hours - Frustrating Experience

I was really in the mood for some Chick-Fil-A food, so I decided to look up directions to a location in Omaha that I hadn't been to before. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find it, so I ended up going to a different location that was a bit out of the way. I checked the hours online and saw that they were supposed to be open until 10 PM at the 7575 Dodge St location.

However, when I arrived at 9:40 PM, I was disappointed to find that there were cones blocking the entrance to the drive-thru, and the entrance to the restaurant was also blocked off. I was really frustrated because I had made the effort to come out of my way for some Chick-Fil-A, and now I couldn't even get inside.

In the end, I decided to go to McDonald's instead, since I knew they would be open during the posted hours. Don't get me wrong, I love Chick-Fil-A's food, but it's really frustrating when something as simple as staying open during the hours posted online can't be guaranteed.

Overall, I hope that Chick-Fil-A can work on making sure that their locations are open during the hours they say they will be. It's important to be reliable and consistent, especially when customers are counting on you to be open.

Both locations are lacking in customer service as we have come to love and appreciate by your organization. Tried to purchase ice cream today was told all we could get was a cone or kids cup. We aren’t kids so when the cone came out it barely covered the top. And she just laughed about it. All our friends are complaining about how much change is happening...

Chick-fil-A Quality of food

Went through the drive thru this morning around 6:35 am and ordered 2 chicken minis and they were terrible. The chicken was dry and the biscuit was more like a cracker and not soft bread .

Very disappointed , usually at that time of the morning everything is fresh, this must have been left over from yesterday

Chick-fil-A DAN cathy's attitude about BLM, SPLC and diversity

THE Incident Is Ongoing. Better Together Apparently approves of the notion the support the gay et al community. It is strange that the admonition in scripture is clear about homosexual activity. The DEI individual wants to bring in his ideas to Chick-fi-a. That is Dan Cathy's perogative. It is mine not to purchase any item from Chick-fil-a in the future , and remind my friends what Chick-fil-a now supports. The Sunday closing is a smoke screen and a sham.

Chick-fil-A Food received from the commack store 11725

Hello,

I ordered two market salads with chicken strips. I was charged $26 with a medium waffle French frie. I live 20 min away I got home and both don’t have chicken on them? I looked online and you can’t get the market salad without a chicken option. I had to order from DoorDash to get my wife food to go to the hospital(nurse). He can verify that by my address and I can send you the receipt. I don’t have the time or energy to drive there and back. I have pictures of the salad without chicken too.

Chick-fil-A Charged for a drink not ordered Rip off! TOO much agravation

I have been eating at Chick fil a for years. You have always offered a complementary drink to seniors. Today I waited a long time and went to the Chick fil a in Paradise Valley at Tatum and Cactus. I went thru the drive thru and gave Jenni my order and asked her for my free Senior ice tea. She said they don't offer it any more. So I did not order a drink. After I went to the drive thru she had just tacked on $2.85 and put the drink on my order. I had to go thru the line again wait even longer and waste more time. I called several other Chick fil a restaurants and they ALL offer a complimentary Senior Drink. I am so disappointed in your company. Chick-fil-A Please reconsider proper Sabbath worship

We see your "new motto" is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This saddens us, as it is simply pandering to pressure. We are, as believers, to be a set apart people - in this world but not of it. The One True God says in Isaiah 1:12 "When you come to appear before me, who required of you this trampling of my courts? 13 Bring no more vain offerings; (your) incense is an abomination to me. (Your) new moon(s) and Sabbath(s) and the calling of convocations - I cannot endure iniquity and solemn assembly. 14 Your new moons and appointed feasts my soul hates; they are a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them. 15 When you spread out your hands (to pray), I will hide my eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not listen; your hands are full of blood. 16 Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, 17 learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause." God mentions we are to keep His Sabbaths 20 or 30 times before this Scripture. He never changes. His Sabbath is the 7th Day, not the 1st. Please prayerfully reconsider. Chick-fil-A Things I am hearing about your company

It is being reported that you have hired a VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and are now going to be celebrating LGBTQ Pride Month. I believe this will be your downfall if this is correct. We will no longer support your restaurant if these things come to pass and you will likely end up with losses similar to Bud Light. Last I heard they had lost 28 billion dollars. The Christian community will not support a LGBTQ Pride Month decision.

Desired outcome: That this information is incorrect or that the company will reconsider this decision if it has been made.

Chick-fil-A Chicken noodle soup

I went thru the drive thru on Thursday, May 4 at approximately 12:45pm and ordered a medium fry and large chicken noodle soup for lunch. Went home and as soon as I opened the chicken noodle soup container, I could smell a foul smell coming from the soup. I did consume about 2 spoonfuls of the soup. This was all I had bought for lunch and thought it could just be me and opted to taste it too. It was spoiled. I did return it to the store referenced above, I was given a refund, order #4623513. The manager asked if I would like another soup or anything else but at this point my stomach was too upset and nauseous. I declined the offer. I wanted to send this for your knowledge and for my records in case medical attention becomes necessary.

Chick-fil-A Wait time/ service from manager-poor service

I placed an order for delivery at 10:47am and was given an expected delivery time of 12:01-12:16. I'd called the South Clack location at 12:09 to get a status and was told that my order was in route. I'd called back again at 12:21 because I had STILL YET to receive my order! When I'd called the first time and spoke with the manager who you would think would be more understanding and sympathetic, he's simply stated "yeah there are several people who have been waiting!" like WOW! Ok! I spoke to Jon-lueke (not sure if that is spelled correctly) but he did not seem to care at all! I waited for over an hour just to have to cancel my order, place an order with someone else, and STILL wait an additional 30 minutes for that order, but due to the poor service I received, I cared less about making myself wait another 30 minutes! After dealing with Jon and waiting forever I'd completely lost my appetite for a CHIK FIL A SALAD! THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE STAR THAT I COULD GIVE FOR A RATING! THIS WAS A COMPLETE ZERO!
