Wooo. Let me tell you how horrible this trip was... I go to chicken express in seagoville, through the drive thruand ordered 4 snackers and 2 large sweet teas. I pulled up to the window and said hello, got no response. I handed her my card, she said nothing, handed my 2 drinks both of which I thanked her for, still no response. She hands me my card back and at this point i'm livid. So I say thanks. Still no response. She handed me my box, which was odd because I always get them wrapped in foil and put in a bag. Anyways I thought to myself, "there's no way they fit 4 snackers in that tiny box.", but I said thank you for the box and the window was shut. I opened the box and inside were in fact 4 squished snackers. Now i'm pissed. I park, walk inside and asked for a manager. They called for ashley and I asked why my food was smashed and fit into this tiny box. Her response was because they were out of medium boxes. So I said ok, what happened to being wrapped in foil and put in a bag. She informed me that she's been here for 4 years and they have never done it like that. I disagreed because i've been ordering snackers from this location since they first came out back around 2010! She persisted to tell me that I was wrong. I said ok so then why couldn't I have received 2 boxes with 2 snackers in each. She tells me again... Because we are almost out of boxes. So I asked if they couldn't order any and she messed up by telling me they get their truck with their boxes tomorrow morning... So again. Why couldn't I get 2 boxes? So now i'm just over the edge, pissed the [censored] off. So I simply said ok and walk out with my squished snackers.😡😡👎🏼👎🏼

Hi, I work at Chicken Express on 3834 Altamesa Blvd. and it's cool to work there and all but the managers are both men so they're not very organized and when I've asked them to not schedule me at 12pm because I get out of school at 11:54am M-F they do it anyway and it causes me to be late to work...The managers don't fuss about anybody being late to work because the general manager himself also comes late..I feel there should be a woman manager at the this chicken Express location for the simple fact that it needs a bit more organization...there shouldn't be a reason that employees are aloud to constantly come late and there shouldn't be a reason that the managers schedule people at times they're not able to make it. I feel that this location needs to be more improved.

I ordered fish and he told another employee to tell me that it would be 9 minutes. I told him it was fine. The gm shook his head and said "I guess put the fish down since they want fish at a chicken place". Very rude. Walked with an bad attitude. Very rude man. The cashier was very nice and I felt sorry for all the employees that had to continue to work with the gm today. The drive thru was busy and only 4 employees (including him). He should be more professional.

I went to you restaurant located at 301 East * th Street in Odessa Texas. I came in to the restaurant and went to the Mens restroom where I found fecal matter all over the toilet seat and Also water all over the floor with an overflowing trash can. then after leaving the Restroom I went an placed my order at approximately at 8 pm thie evening evening. I ordered a 4 piece strip dinner with fries and corn nuggets with an extra order of Corn nuggets. I told the Lady at the register I wanted my order fresh and hot. i received my order and checked it for hot and it was luke warm. i sent the whole order back and it seemed to upset the Lady I took my order back to. I also had to send back the gravy which was cold for sure. I have not had a bad experience at this location at all until this evening. the chicken was also luke warm and tasted like tit had been sitting out for some time under the heat lamps. i fetl like calling the health Dept but will not. they need to do a product check more often. Chance of me Eating at this location at this time are slim to not at all.
I buy 4 to 6 boxes of number 1 combo strips every week.
I went to the Chicken Express in Denton off loop 288 and the food was horrible, it wasn't fresh at all. The fries was hard and the strips was dried out and old. I never had this problem before from this location.I called the store and complained about the food and a guy answered the phone and said he was one of the managers. He told me to drive back from Lewisville, Tx back to Denton with the food in order to replace my order. They should have served that kind of food from the start. I faithfully come to that Chicken Express, because my son Plays Football for Ryan High school, and we always send business to this location. Iced tea is dripping directly onto floor. Potential accident for customers. ( see pics. The woman in front of me, was actually pregnant, as well)

Tonight I went to our local Chicken Express to order my family a 12 piece family deal meal with half breasts and half legs and was told by the Manager that they don't do that! I have been ordering our chicken this way since the store opened, with a extra charge of course! The young lady at the window was very kind and polite but her Manager was not! Needless to say, I left and went to our other local chicken establishment ( Julios Market)

On the night of March 25th my boyfriend and I came through the drive thru ordered are food we do not live in that town so we were eating on the go. I opened both meals and everything was cold for one, for two neither of them had mashed potatoes they had 2 gravy's, 2, chicken tenders and one had a roll and the other did not! What I ordered was 2 number 1's with mashed potatoes and gravy one with a biscuit and the other with a roll and if I'm not mistaken the number one has 4 tenders?! So $15.13 worth of food that was just nasty really upsets me.

I recently went to your Lancaster, Texas store on 3/24/18 at 8:22PM and went through the drive-thru only to find out when I got home that my condiments were not in my order that I requested. Also, the food was terrible. The chicken (wing and leg) was very salty. I also order the catfish and it was rubbery and both rolls were hard. I DO NOT expect to spend $14.71 to not only get bad customer service but also bad food. I do have my receipt and would like to request a full refund.

I arrived at the Chicken Express located at 10930 N. Central Expy. Dallas, Tx 75231. We arrived at approximately 8:15 3/25/18 and the doors were locked even though it stated the dining area was open until 10pm. We needed to go inside because we just had our windows tinted so we were unable to let our windows down. First inconvenience. We went through the drive thru. Placed an order for a #1 with corn nuggets, order of mashed potatoes, 3pcs fillet catfish with fries and corn nuggets and two iced teas. We were told it would be 10 minutes for the fish to be ready. Second inconvenience. I asked thr heavy set light skinned guy with curly hair why the inside was closed he stated it was because there were only two of them working at the time. We waited for approximately 20 minutes. In waiting we noticed there were four people working. Three men and a women. We went back through the drive, I asked a slim guy who had been on his personal cell phone the entire time we watched them how long it would be before our food was ready. He said give me one second and walked off. Came back to say I have bad news we can't cook your fish. I feel that they knew they never intended to cook the fish in the first place. I got upset and asked for my money back. The slim guy asked the heavy set guy what I ordered asked me how I paid which was cash and if it was exact change. Which I'm unsure of how and why that matters, just give me back what I paid. He then laid my money on the counter and walked away. I banged on the window to tell the heavy set guy who took my order to give me my money back since I could see the slim guy was just on his personal call just standing there. I don't appreciate the service I received from your staff nor will I return and I will tell anyone who'll listen about it.

We placed a order at 9:24pm receipt #3241. We spent$28.57and my chicken strips were not even cooked all the way. I bought extra rolls...that they didn't give to me.the rolls we did get;were biscuits. I can't seem to find a chicken place that i can trust not to give me salmonella. It's really ridiculous.i couldn't wait forthis location too open because it's close to my house and i hate Church's and KFC.

I went to 1034 n 10th st, abilene, tx 79601. I placed a order st 8:07 pm for two #2's, one with mac and cheese and the other with mashed potatoes with gravy and both with rolls and 2 sweet teas. I suggest they got it right and didn't manage to check before I left and drove 20 mine to find out they gave us two #1's with burnt rolls. I call and tell them and they tell me if I want to get it fixed to come back another day with the receipt and the food and they'll replace it?!?! Why the [censor] should I have to save the food and drive back just to give them hardened food back? Fix your stores [censor] or i'll never go back to any of your stores ever again.
Please either give me my money back or deal with these crappy people in these restraints [censor] up a good name with their [censor] attitudes.

I was recently at the Chicken Express in Burleson, TX address: 130 NE Wilshire Blvd and seen two female employee smoking marijuana in the parking lot. They came back in smelling of marijuana. My children had to witness this and that is unacceptable behavior of an employee that works for such a prestigious franchise such as this one. This cannot be the kind of people you want working for you. I suggest that drug tests be conducted regularly.

I have a suggestion as a consumer. The first thing everyone does when they purchase chicken in a box or sack is open it up so it won't sweat from the heat and lose that wonderful crispness. Especially if it is take out. Same for okra and corn nuggets. If you think about it... All chicken places do this! Be the first to put holes in your box so air can circulate and keep food crisp. Chicken doesn't have to be hot... Especially if it's going to be soggy when you get home along with all other fried sides. Might want to vent sacks too! I'll only take a few thousand for this great idea... Just joking. Lol. Go chicken express. Love your fresh chicken! Corporate... Think about this. Make a lot of consumers happy...

My family and I went to the Chicken Express in Clyde Texas to eat. As we will never be returning ever again. Because I found a dead Cricket in my food. It was so disgusting absurd and disrespectful. They should be ashamed of their self. I hope the restaurant gets shut down. The guy working name Jesse Alexander Phipps said big f****** deal it's just a cricket. It was just a necessary. It made me sick to my stomach I had to go to the hospital

I came through the drive-thru ordered two large sweet teas a gallon of sweet tea and a couple other things one of my cups had some kind of powder substance seasoning on it so I simply took the time to wipe it off since she did not then she's simply under her breath said hurry up lady I don't have time for this very rude rolling here eyes at me her name was a cashier s h a z a c k n e y in Amarillo Texas on tascosa Road I understand it was lunch but no reason to be rude to a paying customer that comes at least twice a week

David the manager at chicken express commerce texas, had yelled at an employee while employee was working cash register at drive thru window. It made the employee very embarrassed. Employee has a disability that other co workers of employee use to make fun of the employee. Also the manager name David, would intentionally voice out concerns to the employee in front of other workers and customers. No one else seems to get in trouble but only the employee in question. David would allow other employees to misbehave without addressing them. This is considered harassment and discrimination.

When I was waiting on my order that my clients wanted to eat. I notice a women lick her finger to get a fry container bag. Than again licked her finger to get a bag. to bag up my order. I really didn't approve of that situation, because I worry about my clients. Her name Melissa Crawford and she was the manger on duty when I went for my client food...

So I have been to the chicken express in rowlett, Texas every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after work for the past year and always order the same thing everytime I go there. Service isn't always the fastest but I do not mind because I love their chicken. Well today was a little different when I get to the window and pay and am waiting for my food. I asked for extra hot serendipity (4) and when they come out they only give me 3. So I ask for one more and he turns and says I'll have to pay for another and I said you have to run my card (I didn't have any loose coins) just for .15 cents and he just calls the manager over. The manager tells me I better pay .15 cents or move on because they aren't free and I proceed to tell her you're willing to lose a frequent customer over 1 packets of salt and she told me that she doesn't need my business so I told her I'd never be back then and she waived her arms to "shoo" me away. I just felt really uncomfortable and treated very poorly, and it is by far my favorite place to eat and now I don't know if I'll ever be back because of the rude demenor that I was given.

I've been eating your chicken for 17 years now and I find it very good. It's got just the right amount of salt and battery and is fried very good. My complaint lies with what kind of oil is being used in frying the chicken. Is your oil non transfat type oil being use? Second. The gravy is a bland kind of gravy. It's good, don't get me wrong but bland. Third, the rolls. I feel that they are just to sweet. I usually order without them but still am charged for them. The last thing. The corn would taste much better if it were in a salt water solution. Not to heavy on the Salt. Just enough to make it as tasty as your Excellent Chicken. Just suggestions. Now the honey biscuits were absolutely great!
