complaint ko lng po ang arm at counter crew. dahil sa rude attitude. nag order kami nang chowking sa starmall sjdm around 04:08am - 10-05-2024. ang pera ko na inabot 1000 sa cashier, kulang sya nang piso na sukli kaya tinanong ko po siya kung magkano ang bills namin, ang sagot nya kulang nang piso may kasamang pasigaw 3x ko inulit yun pero ganun parin ang sagot na pasigaw. may lumapit sa knya na mod si arm. ang sabi ko sa arm pwede ko po kayo i complaint mam sa performace ni mam. ang sagot po sakin nang arm on duty kayo po bahala sir kung gusto nyo po. tinanong ko po siya, ano po yun mam, kayo po bahala sir kung mag complaint po kayo na may kasamang galit sa mukha. ang gusto ko lng sana marinig yung mag sorry po sana pero mag nag angas pa. nung time na yan nawalan kami ako ganang kumain kahit gutom po ako dahil hndi ko aasahan na ganyan ang attitude na ipapakita nang arm at counter crew na yan. sana ma aksyunan nyo po kasi baka gawin pa sa ibang customer.

Ito lang ang order ko pero inabot ako ng 20 mins sa pag iintay! Ok lang sana kung may waiting time o promising time eh wala! Nag follow up ako sa crew ang sbi nag aantay nalang ng halohalo at siopao na kulang eh kung tutuusin un ang unang order ko. Nag observe ako don sa halo halo person nyo gawa na pati ung siopao nandon na sa lagayan nyo bakit ang sabi eh ginagawa pa?! Tapos nung natawag na ung number ko kulang padin ng drinks ano ba yun? Ganitong ganito din sila last month na order ko walang pagbabago?

Bad customer service
I opted to visit your branch in Waltermart Sta Maria Bulacan to order a box of three asado siopao. I asked if it is still available the counter attendant replied that YES it is still AVAILABLE, eventually transacted the order. The order was placed at 8:10 pm. Time passed by it was already more than half an hour yet the order was still un served. I approached the staff to follow up, this was the only time they saw that the order was not available. After patiently waiting for more than half an hour, they will say the item is NOT AVAILABLE.
I believe this is a very irresponsible act, and is not aligned with your goal for customer service and satisfaction. People in the counter should have known their inventories as I had asked if the item was available.
I hope this matter should be addressed properly. I am completely annoyed and dissatisfied with this occurrence.

Today, at the drive through, I ordered 2 2-piece chicken meals, 1 meal with thigh part and 1 meal with leg and breast part, together with a sweet and sour pork rice meal. Very disappointing experience with chowking Solano Nueva Vizcaya branch. Ordered 4 drinks with pearl waited for more than 25 mins only to find out they never made my order. I was wondering why it's taking too long for a drink to make I went to ask the cashier and there was no drink in queue. Waiting for nothing. There was no line so no reason to be busy. Crew at the cashier were just chatting..Manager April Marquez was apologetic but she needs to oversee her crews..it's her shift.. I couldn't even give a rating for this branch. Very poor service. Chowking used to be one of the best food chain but they evolved big time. They should give proper training to their crews and managers as well.
