I ordered two piece fish meal. I ordered extra hush puppies.
Older two-piece fish meal I was given three piece fish meal. No fries. I thought fries came with the order. I ordered hush puppy as my side I had it in the box when I got it when I took it back to correct the order that I had a two-piece meal they insisted I keep the third piece fish that's not my mistake my price to pay. They also took my three hush puppies that I had ordered extra as my side very disgusted.

On 6/15/202 We ordered Ickes o the drive up at the chicken Express at 7104 south bell street. I ordered nicks strip dinner with 4 strips, regular mashed potatoes with gravy, regular okra, and a roll. I got 4 small strips that were over cooked dry and tough, no okra, and mashed potatoes with no gravy. The mashed potatoes were not mixed and about 1/3 of it was still powdered potatoes mix. My wife ordered 2 pieces dark both thighs dinner with double mashed potatoes with gravy and a roll. She got a leg and a thigh with 2 regular mashed potatoes that also were not mixed and had powdered potatoes in them with maybe 1 teaspoon of gravy in each.
The manager and window workers were rude and acted like I was interrupting there day. I live 6 locks from this chicken Express. I have never got an order that was correct. I have ordered fish at 11am and been told that they were sold out to come back the next day. We threw our meal in the trash
I will go to Canyon Texas 20 miles away to get my chicken from Chicken Express.
I owned the Golden Skillet Fried Chicken restaurant n Amarillo for many years ad we never treated our customers like this!
Desired outcome: I want my $$ money back or a gift card to replace my loss
When you do not know the difference between blocks and locks, no wonder your order is always incorrect. They cannot give you a correct order if you ask for the wrong thing by mistake. I hope when you had your own restaurant you never made mistakes. You are not perfect. Since you put locks instead of blocks I am sure you made mistakes. I hope you had intolerable customers like yourself.

We ordered at 9:15pm and didn't get our order til 10:40pm, and the store closed at 10pm. so food was not fresh. And we had a $10 delivery fee so we expected to be fresh. Or some kind of communication about our order instead of wondering if it was actually being delivered or not. Closing 20 Minutes Early
I visited the McKinney Texas location, June 7, 2021, 9:41pm. I arrived at the drive-thru window at 9:41 pm and was told by the employee that they had closed early, because " they hadn't been busy for 45 minutes." When I asked for their operating hours, I was told, "We close at 10pm, and we're out of chicken anyway." This would not normally be worth my time to file a complaint. However, the order I was going to place was for a family member who works a late shift. I went down the street to your competitor and got her meal from them.

My husband and I ordered the fish dinners and the fish was VERY salty, EXTREMELY salty, too salty to eat. It was pitiful. There is no reason in the world that anyone should be using this much salt...It was unbearable and I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the amount of salt being used on the fish. Our dinner was a total waste. Fix the problem, because this much salt is definitely a problem...it was enough salt to kill a horse.. geesh

Horrible/rude service.
Whoever was working at 7:30 on 5/22/21 was awful. The man who took our order was nice, the man who gave us our food was not. He did not greet us. another worker in there was cussing and gossiping about someone. The man who gave us our food did not say one word to us and handed our food without even looking at us. I am an Uber Eats driver, probably the friendliest and the employee's at the Chicken Express on Timberland 76244 have become the RUDEST that I have seen at that location thus far. This location goes through multiple employee turnovers, it seems as though every emplyee that works their hates their jobs, what happened to the old crew that was friendly and that would actually get the orders correct. I am also a customer, but I go to a different location now for my family. We as drivers also continued to remain working when the pandemic hit hard and we had customers that kept your employees working, so maybe your employees should be better trained in customer service or get a very strict GM in their and shape these new people up.

I had called this particular Chicken Express to inquire if there was dine in available since my son and myself have enjoyed some great memories in the couple years after my divorce until Covid hit and locations only did drive thru. When I called this particular location yesterday, April 21, 2021, the gentleman on the phone confirmed that indeed dine in was available. My son was very excited when I picked him up from school and we drove right there. To my amazement and frustration the doors were locked. I called back and he said they were now short staffed and could not do dine in. We have been looking forward to dining in to Chicken Express for over a year now and at this point don't know what will have to happen for a Chicken Express in our area to open up to dine in customers.

Visited the chicken express at 2301 W.Berry st in Fort Worth Tx. First off the young lady was very immature and was rushing me at the drive thru line then she forgets my corn nuggets also forgets my gallon of tea so im constantly having to tell her what she keeps forgetting to hand me then everytime I asked for the items she was just laughing with the other employees while I'm there waiting at the window she is shutting the window and tells the other girls things and there all just laughing very immature crew and very disrespectful and the worse customer service ever. I had misplaced my receipt and I just found it. When I got home my Tender family pack were hard and some tenders were burnt and fries cold like if food had been sitting there a good while. Very disappointing experience in the drive thru in Waxahachie, TX on 02/11/21. Was told at the window it would be 10 minutes to prepare my fish and was asked to pull forward. After 27 minutes, my ordered was brought to me. Additionally, I was asked if I wanted tarter sauce and I said yes and in fact, could I have a few extra, which they said sure. So after more than 30 minutes waiting for my food, I got home and had no tarter sauce at all. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jackie (said she was a manager), she apologized and said if I bring my receipt on the next visit, she would give me a discount. Basically putting me in a position to carry around the receipt to get $2.00 off for my trouble. Very disappointing from beginning to end!
