gizzards in bossier city location
I literally just bit into the most horrid tasting gizzard of my life and when I spit it all out it was entirely green! Green! Returned it and all their allowed to do is return your money stomach is literally turning! Left and came right back to ask for the box because I was so mad I didn't take a picture... And magically they just took all the trash out to the dumpster! How can you not see an entirely green piece of food before frying it

Drive thur customer service was horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be writing a review in detail of what your employee did to me. She should not be employed with that kind of experience. She threw my money to me and it fell everywhere, asked for condiments and she wanted to charge me $.25 extra. I will never go to this store again. Watch your videos shop your resturant. That's all I have to say!
Charging extra for condiments is becoming an industry standard and is perfectly appropriate. Condiments are not free to them and eventually charges may have to be passed on to the customer. In regards to the poor customer service, unless you elaborate they cannot really assist you or try and resolve the situation.

Hello my name is Armani Cornish, I’m a senior in high school and I've been working at CE in Rockwall, TX for about 3 months now. I was just fired because I asked for time off because I needed more time for school work. I work only 2 days because that's all he gives me even though I ask for more. But I call him and he just starts yelling at me that he doesn't care and I need to manage my time better. He's very rude and disrespectful to his workers and I just wanted to make sure this was addressed.

I have given this place several times to turn my experience around yet they never seem to change. Every time i go i have to wait very long for simple services and they are never busy. I also struggle with their ability to maintain the inside of the store clean and their restrooms are disguisting with trash everywhere and toilets always seem to have fluids on it. I have witnessed them take my money and saw that same employee (without washing their hands) touched my food and in my eyes that does not seem sanitary. I have now chosen never to eat there unless things change. I would rather drive farther out to another location than to purchase from there. I will eventually change my fast food preference if Chicken Express doesn't take action, I support companies that care about their customers and im sure they do so i will wait for a change.

So on the evening of 10/18/2017 I visited the establishment at 3514 I 40 east the total of my meal was 26.14. I will not continue to order from this establishment as the service was the worst I've ever had. It literally took 20 minutes to order due to your employees laughing and playing inside which could be heard through the speaker. The order was taken wrong, and the drinks brought to my car as I had to pull around were pouring tea and just thrown at me. This should not be what spending money for dinner is. I specifically drove over 20 minutes just to have dinner here. I am very disappointed and would truly hope you rectify the situation promptly.

The night 10/14/17 was my first trip to chicken express. I am not impressed. I orded at 10 piece chicken meal for me and my family approximately 735pm c.s.t. from your location at 9430 mansfield road. I return home to feed my family to only find chicken strips which this family does not eat appearing to be someone else's meal. With fried okra and corn nuggets also things we do not eat. This was no busy time as 2 people in the restaurant were eating and one person in the drive through so this mindless error has no justifcation.
I phoned to ask for the manager and a very young kid answered the phone. I refused to speak with him.

Recently in seagoville store. I asked the mgr to cook food hot and she got an attitude. Very unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me the fish under light just came out. I'm like mam I want out the grease fresh. She still telling cashier that was just cooked, and she was the manager. I would think the manager would want to accomodate customers if they are paying.

I visited my neighbor hood Chicken Express. I ordered the two specials ( 4 tenders a side and a drink for $4.99, I think). I ordered it to go. They gave me the two specials on plates. So I reminded them that I wanted it to go. Took the two plates to the back and put each plate of food in boxes. There was chicken left on each plate and they put that chicken back in the holding bins.
I asked the woman why she took the remaining chicken from the plates and put it in the holding bin and not it the boxes that were going to me?. She said it was the we give special treatment to our dine in customers. I told her that it was not right, kind of a discrimination thing. It really upset me and the other customers, that were there all shook their heads.
Not a happy customer ! not sure I will be going back if this is company policy.

I received the wrong order in the drive thru, though they read it to me correctly. I got home and realized it was incorrect. I went back up there to get the correct order, and the manager (David) did not offer me anything to compensate me going home and having to come back. He did not even want to apologize. He gave me my food and a dry "sorry." After mentioning I would like something in return, he said I can have tea or extra biscuits. Why not just give me my meal for free? I wasted my gas going back and forth, and then he's dry about the entire situation. That's not right. To top that my food was not fresh. He could've handled this situation better.

We are currently in school and they started to take put our orders while in the process they walk away I. Then state that they needed to still take one more of our oders and the employee said its still gone take three minutes for the fries to cook and when my friend started to order she said she wanted fries also and then says its still gone be three minutes rudly i felt very offend because we had spent at least 25 dollars on our meals thats was the worst experience of my life and when we received our orders they werent even right. the food I received
I ordered two of the $5.50 lunch specials with no drink at the chicken express on 529 N. Stewart St., Azle, TX 76020. I called the store directly and told them that all the food was cold except for the mashed potatoes I received in both of my lunch specials. The chicken that was in both boxes were just so tiny also. Two of the small pieces were equivalent to one piece of a normal size chicken tender. The lady who was the manager told me to bring back my food and she would replace it. I brought it back and the food that it was replaced with was also cold and the chicken was not cooked very well. Two times in a roll I got bad food and cold food. This is clearly not good service.

I'm SO MADDDDDDD that you changed the fries?! Your fries were my TOP FAVORITE fries of all! They had those crunchy bits and were thin amd crispy! Please change them back! I hate the new ones, they are teribble! They don't have any flavor! Every person I know had said the same! CHANGEEEE THEMMM BACKKKKKK PLEASEEEEEEEEEE! SERIOUSLY, WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE THEM? My husband and I visited your restaurant on [protected] @ 17:40 pm. We ordered 1 dozen livers and 18 gizzards and a side of mac-n-cheese and 2 drinks. Our total sale was $20.21. We waited for approximately 20 minutes or more for our food. The drive through ordering was out of service and a lady came and manually took our order. Then she informed me that she had dropped our order. When we began to eat the livers and gizzards they were so over cooked that we could not even eat them. There was no fork or spoon for the mac-n-cheese and no napkins in the sack with our order. We had to throw the complete order in the trash. We were traveling to Oklahoma and was pretty far down the road to turn around. I know $20 is probably not a lot of money to some, but to me it is. Plus I am sure you want your business to be run with the highest customer satisfaction as possible.

Every time I go to the chicken express near my house they always take a long time and my order is almost always wrong. Tonight I asked for biscuits and got rolls caught that before I left so went in and changed out the rolls for the biscuits got home had a family mashed potatoes and there was no gravy, couple weeks ago when I went there I asked for 8-piece all dark meat I even confirmed when I got to the window all dark meat yes yes they say get home not all dark meat this happens all the time hate this place will not be going back and I will make sure to be telling everybody I know about that place it's not just one or two times it's every time I go, just crazy..

My name is Mayra Whitman your location in Waxahachie Texas has been disappointing the last few times that I have been to visit. This last time will be the last visit I will be making. I ordered a number 6 with a drink and they had me pull up to the front I waited at least 20-30 minutes to get my food. When I received the food it was cold. I asked for my money back, they took the food back when I handed them the drink back they said you can keep it. When I received my change they had charged me for my drink. I hate to complain but this is just disappointing and hopefully my complain can make a difference as I am sure it's not the only one.
I had order the 7 piece chicken meal for my son with fries and cheese sticks and did not get the fries
I went to Chicken Express to order food for me and my son on 96 at 8:20 p.m. after working a 12 and a half hour shift and I had to order a seven piece chicken dinner with the regular fries order cheese sticks no drink in a row and then I had to order me the two piece chicken dinner with a breast and the leg coleslaw mashed potatoes in a roll mine was complete my son was missing his fries and he got a biscuit instead of a roll I don't usually complain but I had to I gave him my vegetables so he would have a complete meal I called the manager that is over there now and she had told me they would replace the fries the how is that going to make me feel any better about my meal not being complete

I am at chicken express on mcphearson dr in fort worth, tx. They take my order, swipe my card, then come out to tell me they have zero chicken breasts and I could order something else, and explained they have already charged my card my original order. I Asked how long it would be before any chicken breasts will be reasy. He told me 20 minutes. I told him cancel my order, I would go elsewhere. He took my card and the receipt in, only to return with the order of the car BEHIND me.
Now, I am the only one in the line and NO ONE in store. I honked as I have been sitting in thd line WAITING on my card only. I was told the manager would give me the refund. I still wait. I have asked for the general managers number or someone I can speak with because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I waited -the card receipt charged 1435. FINALLY got refunded at 1448 by receipt time.

I pick up lunch for several co workers during the week. Today I had THREE orders. They refused to take them at the drive thru stating I could get out of line park and come in to place the orders.
No other Chicken Express does this and I will not ever use this store again and maybe not any Chicken express.
I'm going to post a blog about this store and it's completely ridiculous rude service.

On August 24...the grassy area next to the drive through has two holes and was filled with water and my dad who is 80 years old had stepped into one of the holes and fell back on his butt... with his legs in the water half way up...and the water smelted like sewer ...ruined his shoes and now his feet itching...he is very frustrated...other issue ...my nephew Robert Yarbrough was hired on Aug. 21 and he was suppose to be getting 2 weeks training ..he only got a half a day training and he was scheduled off 4 days...he didn't have a chance before she had another person in his place ...the manager had him breading chicken the whole time and frying ...had no other training...he was showed this one time and no one worked with him...this was his first job and had lousy training ...was not fair and did not have equal opportunity
...well the manager told him that he was too slow and fire him...there was a time when she was upset about loosing an employee and she was talking out loud and used some curse word in front of customers and employees...Hoping that this will be addressed in a proper and fair manor...Thank you... My wife went to this location today and ordered a 20 tender package. Her concern is when she went to pay for the meal. She handed the clerk her credit card and the clerk proceeded to go over to the counter where the chicken was being handled and he boxed up the chicken. The clerk then proceeded to go out of sight down in the back of the facility with the credit card. At this time my wife asked another clerk where he was going and my wife notified the other clerk that the original clerk had her credit card and that she wanted the credit card back. The other clerk told my wife that the original clerk went outside. The other clerk called the original clerk and he came back into the facility waving the credit card saying he did not take the card. He then proceeded to charge the card and deliver the receipt to my wife. The original clerk was visibly upset with my wife regarding this issue.
This should not have occurred and we are extremely upset that a manager in the facility did not address this issue immediately.
