Product-chicken
The serving size are so small as a women ordering a 3 piece chicken dinner, I was still hungry after I had eaten my dinner.
I told my server that she could pick my pieces. When I got my food home I was given 2 wings and a leg. These pieces were so small I literally got 3 small bites of meat per piece. I would rather pay a little more than to order dinner, eat and still be hungry! It didn’t used to be this way. The chicken tasted great, but there was NOTHING there!
Desired outcome: I know the economy is bad right now but this is inexcusable.
Service and food
I paid for 18 piece they tried to give me catfish and fries first then after waiting 30 more minutes i got my food with disrespect from the drive thru person i got home and eat half a thigh it was raw and i was sick for two days i spoke with manager was told they return my call nothing now they hang up this is very poor service now i missed two days work from this i deserve my money back at least

I was in the drive through at highland village Texas on July 21. I was reading my sticky note order and the person taking my order stated “what else for the bossy lady” didn’t think anything over it. Then he proceeded to say “I feel bad for your boyfriend because you probably aren’t good at giving head”. Which I feel like that isn’t a way to talk to customers if you want business.

My daughter was in Chicken Express in Canyon, Texas on Saturday around 6:00 PM. She was verbally attacked by Hayden Garcia and he also threatened bodily harm. Not one employee in that restaurant stopped the situation. I called the manager in charge and he said he would talk to him. Seriously?! Hayden needs to be fired! We have contacted the police on this matter so I truly hope you guys do your part. There is absolutely no call for this kind of behavior. My daughter was so upset.
Desired outcome: I want Hayden Garcia fired!
Incorrect food/ stole my money
Spent over $30 and they got my order wrong. I called and they put my name in a book to get my food replaced. I was ok with that. My husband and I went two weeks later to get our replacement meal and the manager said sorry are books don’t go back two weeks! Well, they didn’t tell me that when I called so they ripped me off almost $40 bucks! I asked for corporate number and she made me wait over 45 minutes to get a little piece of paper with unreadable writing on it! Burleson Texas chicken Express has gone down hill and and pretty much STOLE from me! I want my money back!
Desired outcome: I want my $40 back or a credit for $40 that was supposed to happen anyways.
Didn’t get all of my order

My mom & I went to Sealy Chicken Express for lunch today. We’ve eaten there many times and often get orders to take home to eat. Service and food has always been top notch. Today, however was awful. Sue took our order, we got our drinks and sat down to await the delicious food. Sue brought our food to the table, dropped (more like threw) the tray down and barked “Here!” then spun around and stomped off. So very rude. The food was great but Sue really spoiled the mood for us.
Management against minor employee
My daughter was hired at the Cleburne Texas store located at 1666 Henderson Blvd. Her first day was a shift on 6/6/22. On 6/10/22 there was an unacceptable incident while she was working. I don't want to be long winded in this email about the incident but would like to share the details with someone. My daughter had been calling me throughout the night with harassing behaviors from the management that evening. The worst part of it was when she called me crying about what was happening at that moment. I was listening to a manager yelling and cursing at my 17 year old daughter. She was calling her horrible racist names while using the "F" word repeatedly. When I finally pulled up I witnessed this manager walking aggressively at my daughter she was no more than 1 foot away from her with her fingers pointing in her face while my young, very small daughter was terrified. This manager had about 15 people hanging by the cars that were all with her. When we left she went over them and my daughter told me they were her friends and family.
I called the next morning, 6/11/22, and left a message for the "owner" Jake to call me with my phone number and did not receive a call back. I thought I would try once again to contact him before contacting corporate and left another message this morning, 6/13/22, and I still have not received any contact yet. Therefore, I am contacting you now. I am trying to solve this problem before moving on to other sources.
Desired outcome: I expect something to be done. My daughter was terrified, scared and prejudiced against. I am completely disgusted that this happened and would hate for it to happen again to someone else. She has been very upset crying everyday since.
About customer service
The employee is so unprofessional they talk to the customer very disrespectful. I as for a refund on a drink that I thought was a dollar and all hell broke a lose.The employee went to talk loud and telling me that it's that. I told him he needs to bring his tone down with me.This is the worst experience I every. I will never eat here again and I will expess they way I was treated at you place of business to everyone I know. The manager is also unprofessional he let the employee continue to have words with me.
Desired outcome: Teach them better customer service if I wanted a refund that's my choice.

Tuesday , Went thru the drive through at chicken express in Clyde, TX.. Wanted to order the fish dinner. Was told that due to a holiday, no fish available!

3 Sweet Teas
On 5/14/2022 at 8:26pm my mother, son and I ordered 3 large sweet teas. It was late and we were leaving Home Depot located in the same parking lot. It was still very hot out so we decided to stop at the nearest place to grab a drink, before heading home. Considering there was a nearby Chicken Express with no one in the line we decided to head there for a large sweet tea to cool down. Upon ordering through the intercom we asked for 3 large sweet teas. The employee started rambling something I couldn’t quite make out. However, my 9 yr old sitting in the backseat said, “ did y’all hear him?” He said, “ Oh y’all wrong is that all you want?” Neither me nor my northern heard that. So we pulled to the window and awaited the 3 teas. The drive thru pricing clearly advertised 3 large teas for 1.29. However our order came to 5.16. When the young, hispanic male came to the window and said, “5.16”. I said, “5.16?!” I looked at him and my mother goes, “ don’t worry about it I got it”. So we just brushed it off. The guy left to make our drinks and did return with 3 xl drinks and a receipt 🧾 reading 1.56 per drink. I then just told the guy, “ Thank you have a good night”. The guy replied, “ Yeah, good night”. My mother complained to me that it was more than she wanted. I told her it was a larger drink than what we asked for. As we drove away and all took a sip we came to a very swift conclusion that the tea was very nasty and appeared to taste and smelled like urine. While my mother and son became disgusted and threw their drinks away i kept mine along with the receipt and called the then supervisor at store DT#3146 written on my receipt. I told the manager and she just said, “Yeah”. She never said anything but, “ok”. She didn’t say a thing. I have reached out to my lawyer and will be following up until my story is heard. Thanks.
Employment discrimination
I applied for a job and was told that I was hired but then when I went to do the paperwork like turn in my ID and my address place of residence and they found out that I live in a motel which is not illegal and I pay rent there just like you would at home I was told that because I live in a motel that they were not allowed to hire me that it was a corporation rule that they could not hire me and I am sorry but that is not legal what about me living in a motel makes me unhireable to me that is discrimination like I'm looked down on or seen as less of a person just because I live in a motel I happen to live in a motel not because I can't afford a place to rent but because there are no openings for places to rent right now I can afford just as much as anyone else and I am just as good of a worker and just as smart and can do just as much as anyone there or anyone sitting in your high up corporate seat I do not appreciate being treated like I'm trash just because I live in a motel no one else is better than anyone else not you not a king a queen I don't care who you are I am just as good as you and I will be taking this even further than just sending an angry message to you I may not be able to have anybody get in trouble for the way that I was treated but I can make a scene about it and I can make sure that everyone knows how I was treated everyone is equal to everyone we all have equal rights in this world I have the same rights as you so if you have the right to work for a place even though you rent a home I have the right to work for the same place even though I rent a motel I don't care if I lived in a tent I have the right to work just like everyone else there are so many other things that are legitly okay to not hire someone for but for their place of residency that is not okay how do you expect the homeless to become not homeless if they cannot get a job how do you expect the hungry to get fed if they cannot get a job if you are not hiring people based on these things then how can you expect them to change how can you expect them to ever not be those things the things that you don't hire someone on are things like not having people skills being rude to customers things like being a criminal being a thief stealing disrespectful rude personality laziness lateness or tardiness not capable of doing their job right not because of them being incapable but because of them not caring those kinds of things are all reasons to not hire someone or even fire someone and there are hundreds more but because they live in a different place than you no that is not okay that does not make them a bad person that does not make them less of a person than you and that does not make you or anyone else better than them in fact for all you know that person could be 10 times better at the job that they're trying to get then the person who's doing the job for all you know I could have taken a lot of stresses off of y'all in network place because I may have been able to do things that other people weren't able to you don't know you don't know what I'm capable of doing because you don't like that I live in a motel that is ridiculous as you can see in the picture that I sent my room is very nice and there's only two adults that live in it we don't have kids it's just me and my boyfriend so why do we need anything any bigger
Management/owner
I was "let go" after two weeks of employment. The GM expressed that I was a very hard worker, an adept learner, and would make a great addition to the crew, that he liked me personally and if it were up to him (it was, he is the GM) I would stay.
I had to leave one day at the end of my scheduled shift to get medicine I take for a traumatic brain injury. This was considered "leaving early" because I had the option to stay and work a double-shift by myself — on training pay.
The reason I was let go was because I didn't "jell" with the crew. These people included 3 of my trainers, 2 of which could barely speak English and 1 of which just got out of prison; also a pregnant manager who was about to go on a few months of maternity leave anyway.
A separate manager that I obeyed all orders from and apparently didn't "jell" with was an hour and a half late opening the store. I was also called in to pull a double-shift on my day off, again by myself and on training pay.
I followed all instructions, never insulted anyone or even remotely stepped on anyone's toes, did a good job, was never late, and performed tasks in a timely manner.
This is the Chicken Express in Dayton, Tx.
Desired outcome: Address your employment standards (hard work vs social club standard) and let people know that if they don't "fit in" after two weeks they will be let go.

My daughter wanted to surprise us with dinner went to CHICKEN express food was so spicy( we did not even order spicy) have autistic grandson who cant eat spicy and it hurt his mouth and it hurt my stomach so bad could not eat it was beyond spicy someone must have dumped hot spices on it it rolls were doughy flat and fries old and cold all food was cold spent 50 dollars on trash tried to call store there was no good phone numbers tried to call corporate office and they referred back to store which number is bad do not go to Chicken Express on 3100 basswood Blvd ft worth number called 817847**** does not work worse food and no way to get a hold of manager now we have a bad case of food poisoning

The food was nasty and raw... My son's chicken tenders was raw and uncooked and my liver was short I ordered 6 and got 4 and then a piece of raw chicken tender in my box. Which is [censored]. I'm very unhappy with my order and I paid 33.51 for crappy food. Not happy at all.

04/30/2022 ordered at 6:41pm order #231 in Mesquite, TX 75159. To begin the girl in the drive through seemed a little upset and was not kind. Second I get home and I missing my mashed potatoes, mac&cheese, fried pickles, half a dozen of rolls. I called the store when I asked to speak to manager and drove back while on hold. Took me 13 minutes to get back to the restaurant and I was still on hold. I wouldn't have mind if they could have answered or if it was one item missing but 4 items that is too much. 65 96 to get bad service and my order wrong is horrible.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, at least on the items that were missing

I had to pick up a doordash order at Chicken Express in Jacksonville Texas between 6 pm and 7 pm and their employees was playing around while my doordash order was just sitting their for a while without them letting me know anything until another another employee walked up and told them my order was just sitting their.
Food not cooked all the way and tea
I have been here numerous times and I’m the evening/ night the service is horrible and the employees are rude. Furring the day everything is fine. This is the 3rd time I come in the evening and ask a sweet team and mozzarella sticks and the tea is completely watered down, and my mozzarella sticks are still raw. When biting in to them they are still cold. This is becoming ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to bite into my food to make sure it’s cooked properly.
