Chicken Salad & Chat Customer Service
I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over an hour on their stupid Chat. You cannot call and get a hold of the manager of the store anymore! It takes you through automated Heck! Then You try to get your point across to the CS Agents on chat and if they don't like you, they will hang up and blame it on MY internet connection. Umm I was sitting at a Hospital using their computer to chat - The Internet has to be Solid. That's just an excuse the agents use so when they get questioned, they cover their back sides. I have asked for a manager on chat over and over and of course there is none (Yeah Right!). The 3rd Agent told me not to worry they will talk with the manager at the store about my issue and that was the 1st agent's response. Umm My replacement and Refund please! I needed the CS Agents manager and she kept going around until she fell off, hung up.. I have the entire text thread and am looking for an email to send to corporate.
Unreal that I purchased a salad in where every bite had to be spit out because it was gristle and not chicken. I am working 12-hour days with barely a meal break, coming off of a 24 hour fast and had to throw more than half out.. I was LIVID! We don't have a cafeteria on the weekend and they don't let us get food delivered because of Covid.
So yeah, I bit into the biggest piece of cartilage and about puked, that is why I had to stop eating the salad. All I am trying to do is get a replacement and a refund. I cannot leave work to get a replacement so I am looking for one for next time and a gift card or something for all of the time I have wasted and still have not gotten a hold of anyone to fix this issue.
Let the store Managers talk on the phone to help your customers. The automated message don't even give you an option for "walking in" so you can't get any help with the auto phone bot unless you ordered online! This is why I had to go their chat. Longtime customer, infuriated! Hundreds of dollars spent and you will lose me and my friends due to the incompetence of your Agents. Bad decision to have everything automated. Good for you though so you don't have to answer our complaints. Horrible Business Model!

i was at location in georgetown tx.sunday 730pm.first they were out of guacamole major bummer.almost canceled order decided not to.but very disappointed .guacamole makes it great.then i requested a cup of water.was informed that they no longer gave out cups for water cause too many people stealing other drinks.i responded that they could watch me put water in the cup.she refused to give me a cup.at that point i cancelled the order was upset about the guac anyway.i shop this location atleast 3 times a month .me ,my wife and 3 kids.do the math $2000-$3000 a year.is the cost of not giving me a plastic cup.really?very good business decision.Im very pissed.came across as very rude

My online order
I placed an online order with a confirmed pick-up time of 3 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:21 pm. My order was not ready and the crew had no urgency in trying to prepare my order. So I had to sit in the restaurant to wait for my order. The point of ordering online was that I didn't have to spend much time inside the restaurant. When I finally received my order there was no apology. Plus there was no silverware or napkins which I ordered.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my order replaced at another time. To make up for my frustration with the way my online order was handled on 9/17/2022.

Upon arrival I observed the signs all over the place said cash only. I guess issue with the computer/credit cards. As I ordered I tried to make casual conversation with the person taking my order, did not go to well she seemed like she did not want to be there. I order a GG steak burrito the server went into an isolated area I guess to get the steak. She came back with 2 small strips of steak. I asked her what up with the burrito she said ran out of steak. I said maybe half price ask to speak with the manager and the server said she nowhere to be found.
Well, I said just put some regular steak on the burrito which she did but charged me for it. That burrito cost me $20.00 plus I bought a bottle coke which I paid for, and they forgot put in bag.
This burrito was the worse that I ever tasted, it was just disgusting I threw it out.
Come on Chipotle please step up your game with this location, which I will not return to.

Charged twice for one order.
Hello, I went to chipotle at 4240 Broadway, New York, NY 10033.
I paid for a burrito and a coke twice...The lady at the counter for some reason did not register my first payment-even though the bank APP on my phone showed the payment had gone through-I stupidly paid a second time, which is my fault-I was confused at first because the amount was different-I failed to realize at the time the amount was in Aussie dollars..Obviously the register showed a different amount[US Dollars]
However, if you were to for example look at the surveillance footage you would see that I paid twice in the space of one minute. As the two bank statements show.
When I went back approximately 10 mins later, after having double checked my statement from the bank, I could not convince the staff that I had paid twice.
I spoke to someone I presumed was the manager and after he checked with the lady at the counter who originally served me, they maintained I only had paid once and would not "believe" me although I provided the statement. They said, "Check with your bank" and "We only see one transaction in our register". Which is simply untrue-if my bank showed I paid twice, then I have indeed done so, as the statements provided will confirm.
If an accounts person were to check the electronic statement from that Chipotle branch, they would see that I have indeed paid twice, in the space of one minute, with the same credit card.
The staff simply refused to accept that they had made a mistake.
And refused a refund for the second payment.
This is about the principle and not the money- I can live without the small amount-It's the fact that they would not acknowledge a simple mistake that THEY had made.
I expect to be treated fairly-this is all I ask.

I visited your location on West Grand in Arroyo Grande and ordered 2 tacos to go. When my order got to the salsa and cheese section of the line, the lady working (her name is Amber) reached into the bottom of the cheese bucket and scraped together the last of the cheese and it looked old plus there was other food mixed in with it. I asked if there was any new cheese. And this is when her wheels fell off her wagon. It’s like I asked her to go grill me up some new chicken or something. She took the bucket out, threw it on the counter behind her, exclaimed “it’s all the same cheese” then walked 3 steps to a new bucket of cheese and slammed it into the holster. After putting cheese on she asked “are those perfect enough for you?”
At the checkout, the cashier couldn’t get the card reader to work it was only charging my card .09 at a time. I was .82 shy of having the cash to pay for my food (only had cards) - so had to leave, no food, and a really bad experience overall.
Desired outcome: Fire Amber.
Horrible service-unable to use gift card
We went to the restaurant on Forest Hill Blvd in Green Acres, FL *SPECIFICALLY* because we had a $25 gift card to use. When paying around 9:15 pm, I pulled up the QR code from my email. The scanner didn't seem to want to accept it.
The employee who was at the checkout basically did NOTHING to try and help except push the scanner towards me. He just stood there, waiting. It was hard enough since I was in a wheelchair, dealing with all of the challenges that come along with that, being super low compared to the counter height, etc.
We were forced to pay which was enfuriating since we are on a fixed income, and we were there due to the gift card.
Another side annoyance was that my husband asked for our receipt, and the same unhelpful guy told him it was in the bag-which it wasn't. He gave my husband attitude my husband said when he went in later (asking for a duplicate receipt) which added insult to injury.
All very irritating and disappointing. Our "date night" that I had been looking forward to was a huge flop. Plz correct this disappointing situation.
To make things even more aggravating the "Submit" button under the "Contact Us" section on Chipotle's site wouldn't work. It refused to accept my comment, no matter how I tried to send it-via my tablet, phone, etc. This all is making me want to exchange my remaining $25 gift card for another restaurant as Chipotle has tried my patience at this point.
One big hassle.

I am an armed guard, Daniel Guerrero, at the SSA FEDERAL BUILDING at 26051 Acero RD, mission Viejo, CA 92691. Post mates delivered my chicken bowl for my lunch 07/08/2022 at 1:20 PM. I opened my meal in the lunch room (other employees were present) and a beetle crawled out of the bowl. I took a video and a pic before throwing away my meal. Please let me know if you need a file.

I ordered the meal and halfway down my meal I notices a live maggot.

Charged $27+ for incorrect order
On 16 June 2022 I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, cheese, and salsa with chips & guacamole to be delivered by DoorDash. The order was to be delivered within 17 mins. An hour later the order showed up cold and missing all of the ingredients of the bowl that I ordered. There was only carnitas in the bowl! I returned the bag to the driver and she told me she’d notify them. I also made a claim at DoorDash and they offered to refund $1.95 of my almost $28 order! There’s no way to file a refund claim on their app. I have not received any response from Chipotle. I want my money refunded IN FULL!

Chipotle burrito bowl missing the tortillas that I am charged for
We ordered chipotle carry out tonight. Again, as per usual, we ordered, and paid for the tortillas that SHOULD come with a burrito bowl but we are now charged for them. And as per usual we don't relieve them.
I am frankly getting g tired of paying for something that I consistently do not receive. This has happened at least 4 out of the last 5 times. And when I try to complain on their website, at the end of the form when you hit "next" it redirects me to somewhere else on the form acting as if it wasn't completed when it was.
This is ridiculous. Please fix the issue, or at least reimburse me for the tortillas I pay for and almost NEVER receive.

Let me start by saying Chipotle is one of our favorite places to eat. I went into the location in Reading MA on Walkers brook drive on 5/1/2022 order my son's (who was sick and that's all he wanted) lunch. So first they had no sour cream they had to go to another store location to get sour cream. So I get the burrito with no sour cream and I go to the register to pay. I had 20$ cash, I get to the counter and the very rude employee says we are not taking cash right now didn't you see that posted on the door. I pleasantly said sorry no I did not see that. I did not have my wallet with me I just had the cash. So I left with out the burrito that I came to get for my sick son. So not only did this location not have sour cream but they did not take cash? And the very rude employee did not even tell me why no cash was being accepted. This location always seem to be out of something or some other type of problem.

Ordered a burrito and nothing that I asked for on my burrito was actually on the burrito no grilled peppers no salsas no sauce no sour cream and the list goes on about the bowl I ordered as well with my burrito. I also believe that they put pork product on my burrito which I don’t eat pork. I was never contacted by the restaurant about my order and what items they may have off their menu. I’m actually a formal employee of chipotle and do know that there are certain things that must take place to satisfy the customers order requested. Hello,
I am temporarily stationed in Ft. Gordon, GA for military school. On a Sunday afternoon, I ordered a bowl of the asado chicken to go with a sweet tea.
when i got back on base to eat and drink, the chicken had a bone and possibly chipped my tooth. I will be going to the dentist to repair and check it out.
I have the product in the bag still and I will be leaving back to Texas this week.
