I'm writing to address my concern regarding the customer service of chowing, ramos-lacson branch.
To the persons concerned:
I am in great disappointment. My family and I went to chowking ramos-lacson branch before 9pm, april 18, I forgot to track the time because I was so mad. Here are the concerns:
We have 2 senior citizens with us. It is very disappointing to find no "pwd/ senior citizen" lane. So unfair. Next, my mom and I just went to a lane and ordered. There's this cashier, who threw a nasty look at us, not being approachable, and a -10 out of 100 for customer service👎. I did not mind. We asked if there's halo-halo available. She said there's none. And, I saw a crew making halo-halo behind her back. She was mocking me, like she got irritated because she said it was the last one. I did not mind, again. Next thing, we ordered 3 asado siopaos, 1 large asado, 1 kangkong, 1 set of lumpia, 1 wanton, 1 wanton beef mami with asado siopao, 1 chicken with chocopao, 1 chao fan, 1 chao fan with siomai toppings, and 2 chicharaps. We wondered why there's only 3 siopaos on our table when we've been there for like 30 min. We called their attention 5 times! No one even said sorry for the late services. For the 5th call, there was no response. Then, the wanton noodles we ordered, the other one showed no beef. When we asked why there's none, they said it was out of stock! What the hell? They should've said earlier. Then, we asked for the 3 siopaos. The large one, and the 2 sides. The cashier, nikki, insisted that she gave them all. When in fact, it was only 3 siopaos on our table because me and my grandfather haven't eaten yet because we're waiting for the siopaos. Another 30min has passed, they did not go to the table to check how many boxes of siopao were there. Instead, they checked the cctv. That is very insulting. They did not even let us sit down while they check; they did not even say sorry, and that's very insulting because they already checked the receipt many times! The managers who were there, do not deserve to be called as "managers". My mom is a manager for 13 years and she's worked with mang inasal for like 3 years, and said she was never like that when she was a manager. The manager's name was kat, btw. She said she was a trainee. There was another gay manager too, who did not dare to accomodate us, but rather mocked us with our concerns. Bs.
Well, you might say that, "it's just siopao". The main concern here is the services. What if there will be more complaints and more victimes of these mere matter? It will reflect to the company. My advice is, there should be a supervisor for that branch. Not newbie managers. I'm not generalizing or anything, but there skills do not reach half of the skills a manager should have. Again, this complaint is for the betterment of the comapany.
P. S, we can afford the siopaos.

i called delivery hotline around 4pm today. I do have a PWD discount card and customer service told me that one staff from the store will going to call me regarding the PWD discount. but no called until now. tried to called them them again but they only told me that they will going to make a report and they will going to call the store as well.
im so annoyed now been waiting for more than an hour and nobody try to called me if what happend to my order or if they will going to deliver it late.
so dissapointed for this service!

Goodmorning gusto ko sana mag complain sa order ko milk tea. Large yung order ko. Una palang sinabi ko na less ice pero pinuno parin nila ng yelo. Tapos binalik namin basta basta lang nila scoop tas hindi lamang dinagdagan baket ganon kadami yung large milk tea niyo napaka unti. Hindi standard yon. Nakaka dissapoint yung milk tea niyo and yung mga crew niyo kahit ngiti man lang wala. Sila pa ata galit.
poor service, order queue and product mishandling
Me and my friend ordered one pancit canton solo and one pork chaofan with fried siomai for dine-in around past 12am at Plaza Leon branch. Almost 30 minutes had passed and we still haven't received our orders. Those customers who ordered after us have already finished dining, imagine our frustration. We notified the waiter for our order but still to no avail. We notified the cashier who transact our order twice but still no dishes have been served. One hour have already passed when the waiter took our receipt and minutes later served our orders. We were already upset about the delay and my frustration worsen when I noticed how the dishes were plated in a clumsy manner (parang sinalaksak lang sa pinggan).

Good day. Took out Tofu for lunch in your branch near Burnham Park. Pero I wasn't expecting that my tofu does not have toyo in it. I'm very disappointed. How will I now eat this? Our utensils was also dropped by your staff on the floor and he immediately put it back to our paper bag. It was not ethical for a food business. Hope you'll take action for this.
I wasn't able to eat the Tofu since it doesn't have lasa if it's eaten plain. I'm really disappointed Chowking.

I never do complaining pero this time iba talaga. Kumain kami sa tayuman branch ng chowking all was perfect napakabait at ang bilis ng serving nila. Ayun masaya kaming kumain. Dahil may sobrang food pinatatake out ng tita then this crew (Ronjel) shouted my aunt saying na hindi dito dun ka pumunta. Nashock yung tita ko at ofcourse kami din dahil yung counter is malapit lang sa kung saan kami nakaupo. I know na pagod sila but I dont it is right na ganun siya umasta. Sabay isnob sa tita ko. Buti na lang di lahat ng crew kagaya niya. And I dont think deserve niya maging crew kung ganun siya umasta. Mataas ang respect ko sa lahat ng crew but this time sa ginawa niya. Sana macounsel siya at umattend ng kung ano mang customer service training or seminar yun lang ayoko naman matanggal siya sa work ayaw ko lang yung way kung paano siya magapproach at matanda pa yung ginanun niya. we paid the food na pinapatake out namin kaya siguro deserve naman namin ang good service kahit fast food.
chowking delivery

I called the nearest chowking delivery here in bacolod city in about 11am, to order a salt and pepper pork lauriat. I waited for about 30mins. When the delivery arrived, I paid it coz I trust that I have the correct food, but I was given the sweet and sour pork, instead. So I immediately called again to correct it, and they said they will deliver the correct one in a while.
I waited for approximately an hour and a half, I called chowking again and they said that the delivery is on its way.
I waited, again! And, I ate my lunch at about 2pm.

We went to chowing in Ayala mall marikina to had dinner with my family. We ordered 1pc chicken meal, wanton noodles and siopao, Chaofan with fried siomai, chaofan with fried lumpia all for dine in and an additional order of halo halo to go. 3 meals were served after few mins of waiting, we followed up chaofan with fried Shanghai a couple of times until eventually my nephew approached one of the manager. It took a while for him to went to our table to check on what are we waiting for, this time we already finished the first 3 meals that were served earlier that we have to cancel the chaofan with Shanghai. The manager took time again to go back to us for the money as we canceled the order. The halo halo for to go was not yet prepared as well. I think we need to wait for 20-30 mins. It was a horrible experience, we went to chowing for a good meal but end up very disappointed. There are a good amount of stuff but they are as if confused on what to do during that time. It was not our first time dining in to this branch and as always we have to wait for the food to be served. The food are not ever warm as if it was sitting in the counter for few mins. The manager only apologized after I ask on how I could file complaints on the incident. Pls check on this branch. We love the food but this is terrible experience

We dine in today at about 9 in the evening at Chowking Boni Pioneer. From the moment we enter the store the men staff are yelling at each other about the zero products from their dispatching area to inform the cashier. The distance is quite far. When they already gave our order we noticed that the water glass has smudges on the rim. We told the manager about it but she never hesitate to replace our water with the new one. We understand that they are about to close but they should respect their customers. They are also so noisy bussing out the plates and glasses and fell on the floor so many times. For us it felt like "can you eat quickly because we're closed!". Very poor service. Please TRAIN your managers and staff. So rude!

sa lahat ng chowking na pinuntahan ko never ako nakaexperience ng worst service...10:12 natake nila ang order kong halo halo (large) take out then in few moments napansin ko ang tagal nila magserve ng halo halo pinakaworst sa lahat halos 1hr. ako naghintay para lang maserve nila un...ang masama pa nun bibigyan ako ng halo halo medium ni sir john kyle manalo (mod) na hindi take out... ayoko ng makaranas ng ganun scenario kaya i complaint this store na hindi maganda ang service...ngaun lang ako nakarinig ng first in first out sa pag seserve...please take some action ayoko ng palakihin ung napuna ko sa sobrang inis ko ipopost ko na sana sa social media para malaman ng iba ung poor service ng store

upon order ang haba po ng pila and even wala din nag aassist sa priority lane at wala ding presence ng manager on duty sa pgka haba ng pila sa counter area. yung order ko lng naman po pork chaofan with fried siomai kaya naka take out po siya dahil naka break lng ako pero ang problema lng isa more than 20mins na kaming nag aantay ng co manager ko for the order ko at mas nauna pa dumating ang order ng kasama ko ko na pork chaofan lng. at twice akong nag update ng pending sa dining crew at once sa counter pero wala pa din ang order ko at yung pang apat ko na update kinuha na ng dining crew at receipt ko but then nag antay na naman ako ng ilang minuto hanggang ako na mismo ang pumunta sa dispatch area at bitbit yung pending number ko at naka simangot na dahil sa sobrang gutom at napakatagal ng serving time at yung feeling na di kpa naka pag almusal. i hope this concern is ma aksiyonan po kasi alam ko yung feeling as a manager ng isang fastfood chain na may mag complain regarding sa ganitong situation at bago pa mangyari sakin may customer na nauna sa amin na sobrang galit na dahil sa tagal ng pag out ng pending. kasi ilang beses ko na din itong na experience sa store na ito. thank you and god bless po.
lauriat
I ordered for a lauriat to deliver it in my house last sunday. Unfortunately, the Pancit was too hard to eat, cannot be eaten anymore I think it is not fresh anymore and exposed in cold place. Also, the chicken was slighlty bitten. I was so disappointed.
Sadly, I wasn't able to take pictures of the pancit because we just throw it away and never thought that I could bring up this complaint to anybody. Goodthing I find ways to contact chowking. Hoping for your reply. Thank you!
poor service
Had a worst experience at SM Taytay, 1st we are asking for high chair for my son, instead of giving it to us the sever just push and slide the high chair towards us. Then upon ordertaking I ask for available part of chicken the cashier told us the available part was thigh and wing . So i requested for thigh part. Upon serving, the crew serve the chicken on wing part. I ask for my request but the server insisted that they dont have requested part. He keep on insisting the wing part for me and the most embarassing is that they serve us greasy soda.

Chowking Boni branch have one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant.
I placed an order for 2 large halo-halo at 13:51 today. I know it's only 210 pesos- just loose change so maybe this is why I got a very poor service. At 15:20 we still have not received our order so I called the restaurant. The phone just kept ringing, no one was answering. On the fourth try someone finally answered the phone. I was asking an update and the crew who answered my call told me the ice maker got broken.
Don't you have a protocol to inform the customer that there will be a delay and ask if they are willing to wait or do they want to change an order or just cancel? This is outrageous. Everyone should get a training on customer service, handling complaints and how to mitigate issues.
Very very poor service and this will be the last time I will avail for any of your services.
for to go / chicken lauriat
We dined at chowking baler around 7pm before I finish my food I decided to order 2chicken lauriat for to go 7:20pm.
7:30pm we finished our food, and I follow up for my order and then I call the attention of manager Rica for the wrong punch of cashier Shayra for my request of the part of the chicken instead of breast and leg part its thigh and leg, so they ask me if I am willing to wait for 30 minutes so I have nothing to do its their fault but I have to wait, and then its already 8pm but I follow up again for my order, I loose my patient. I went to the front of the house and ask them but still there is a conflict between their communication of their operation seems like my order is missing? I ask for another manager Derick? If im not mistaken. And he is also not aware about the pending orders, he apologize but I don't feel any sincerity about their customer waiting for almost an hour just for 2chicken lauriat. And yes I finally got my order for to go at 8:15pm. Last month march 6 we also dined at chowking baler our complain - the chicken is bloody.

we were craving for halo halo and decided to avail it @ chowking.. when we ordered the cashier responded " mam wala n pong halo halo" .. but jz bfore
we enter we saw two staffs preparing orders of halo halo.. so i replied " ha? eh yan lang pinunta nmin dito!" dpat di kayo nawawalhan ng halo halo yan nga kinocommercial nyo", so the cashier asked one of the girl preparing the halo halo (maybe higher position bec her uniform is different ) and i saw her telling the cashier "sabhn mo 20mins" . so thats what she told us back and we said ok to the cashier.. so while waiting i was watching them (the two girls) preparing the halohalo.. yes there were around 15-20 orders pending but since the
ref was outside i can easily see the stocks and for me i can tell that the stocks are more enough to accomodate future orders. plenty of small containers.. dami pa! when all the pending was served the other girl left the crew and let her alone do our orders and probably no more pending bec of the instruction given to the cashiers. for less than 20 mins we got our orders. ..
maybe you need to poke this kind of staff.. she can instruct her crews to just tell the truth and its up to the customer if we are willing to wait or what than lie to us! they can say" mam we have huge pending orders and it will take time for your orders to be served, are you willing to wait" di ba much better?! than lie to us!
incomplete order
Nag padeliver kme nang chicken lauriat, salt & pepper pork lauriat and shanghai rice. Lahat walang kasamang chicharap. Bukod sa separate na chicharap na inorder din namin. Nagrequest din kami nang chili, walang binigay. Even yung shanghai walamg sauce na kasama. Nakaka disappoint lang. Favorite panaman namin chicharap 😭

siomai platter
I wwnt to your J. Vargas branch to have a take out of 2 platter of siomai, additional 1 order of siomsi and 1 bola-bola siopao for take out.
When the order was handed to me I just checked the order according to box and did not further look into it's contents as I trust that the restaurant will deliver quality service.
When I went home to eat my order, when I opened it, instead of having 12 pcs of siomai (1 platter contains 12 pcs.) In one of the boxes, I just had 11. I know that this is just 1 siomai but I still paid for it. Moreso, if your staff will do these to multiple customers in a day, then they would have a good meal for themselves!
I have a picture of the product when I opened it. I immediately tired calling the Customer Care hotline but no one is answering. I can go social media about this branch.
