Chowking staff attitude

Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Chowking Market Market. Around 3:45 to 4:00pm. I went to the counter and asked one of their staff na itake out yung natirang siomai na inorder ko. The staff named "Joy" immiediately reply "Wait lang mam" then I said "ok". So I waited. Siguro more or less 10 minutes dn un kasi tinapos nya pa ung order ng 2 customer. So sige lang. Kahit wala man lang sya pasintabi kung ilang customer ang tatapusin nya bago nya itake out ung food ko. And then dumating si Kuya sa tabi nya. So I did asked him to do it. Agad2 nya naman akong inassist. Bigla na lng ako nagulat sa ginawa ni "Ate Joy". Pagbagsakan ba naman ako ng kaha nya na parang kasalanan ko pa na pinakisuyo ko sa iba.
Please take note na wala masyadong customer na nakapila sa kanya. Sana naman maging approachable ka. Hindi yung mambabastos ka ng customer.

Mabait na lang tlga ako na hindi ko pinatawag yung manager mo. Favorite ko pa naman namin ng family ko ung chowking. And I've been in different franchise. Dito lang tlga ako nafrustrate ng ganito. But I'm hoping na may action na gawin ung management. Yun lang thank you!

Chowking does not allow use of "happy plus card" use and poor quality of food for newly opened chow king branch at 1st level trinoma mall, q.c.

I am a frequent and loyal customer of Chow King I go to all the branches whenever I find myself near one. I particularly like the Yang Chow so I make sure to order this as a take-out with or without the steamed siomai. I'd like to call the attention of customer care regarding the newly opened branch at 1st level Trinoma Mall, Q.C. for the following :
1. They do not honor and had no facility for me to use my Happy Plus Card so I was forced to pay in cash.
2. They do not have a Senior Citizen Priority Lane (I am a senior citizen and I believe seniors are supposed to be given priority in accordance with the law. It is difficult for us to stand in line for a long time.)
3. I placed my order of (2) yang chow as take-out. When I got home, I found both boxes to be only half-full. This seems [censored]rdly and stingy of the branch (1st level newly opened Trinoma branch). I feel shortchanged. I've ordered in so many branches and this has never happened before. The take-out box is supposed to be an indicator of the quantity of the food inside but it seems this branch just wants to make a profit instead of maintaining the standard for Chow King meals.
Please check this out. I would have bought at the old branch at the food court of Landmark Trinoma, but they told me they did not have any Yang Chow that day so I had to transfer to the untested 1st level Chow King. It was a disappointment. I'll never order from that branch again.

Chowking giving priorities to senior citizen

Today, as a celebration for Mother's day. My mom requested to order a pancit canton and siomai at Robinson's general trias Chowkig branch. We went there exactly 12nn since the Robinsons mall, as accordance with the election, can be open at 12nn. The security of the mall were polite enogh to let her get in first since she was a senior citizen, and by that time, she was hungry and she need to take her anti diabetic medicine, metformin. When the mall open she was second in who came in at your fastfood. She ask the crew if she still need to qeue, the crew said there is no need. So my mom waited. The crew ask her for her order but somehow She noticed that the crew write down her order but did not voice out with the microphone to follow through her order. She patiently waited. But she also noticed that the crew was only taking some orders to those who followed and she noticed that it was taking her order quite long. She was upset and hungry and she still need to take her medicine. My mom left the place and went to find another place. I approach her and she complaint to ke that she was been ignored despite that she was a senior citizen. I immediately approach the person but she was telling me that she was following that up, with an agitated voice. I just realized why my mom left the place.

As far as Im concerned that most of the mall, buses and other restaurant, they do the prioritization of the senior citizen. Even the municipality of cavite were very supported about this campaign. It is regrettable that there are other crew still does not understand the importance of this law. That we owe the senior citizen what we have now.

I do not further push the name of the crew, it is sad that my mom did not have a good mother's day celebration. Even if she was in Las Vegas, Nevada, she prefer to eat at Chowking and Jollibee as a choice of good food and good memories.

Please send this message to the crew of Chowking Robinson mall .general trias cavite. In order not to happen this kind of heart breaking situation.

Chowking customer service

To: chowking management

I would like to file a service complaint to your chowking caltex mega station nlex, for a poor service that I experienced with your frontliner, all the tables are so messy no one assisting the customer, no one helping the customer, they are keep on taking orders but they can't serv it fast. And in particular to you cashier that time mr jess I think his name. Ive been there yesterday may 13, 2018 about pas 6 pm. It takes me too long to wait and my order is just your beefchowpan and tofu. I called the attention of mr jess to follow up my order, he just answer yes sir, when I went to my table mr jess told I think one of your manager "kala mo naman gwapo" I know your company did not tolerate this poor service act but to hear that is very much disappointment for my side because you' re a service oriented company and yet you have that kind of employee? I want to hear from you soon, regarding my complaint so and I want a proper action to your employee to serve as a lesson for him.

Chowking delivery concern

To: chowking - paseo branch

Good afternoon! I just want to raise my concern regarding your delivery. We ordered at chowking and the call center agent told us that she will pass our order to the nearest branch. Since we are from biñan, the nearest branch is chowking - paseo. We call them at 10:21am today, then our accepted is promised to deliver after 1hr. After an hour, we follow up our order almost 4 times. But the call center agent always said that she will follow up to the nearest branch. But after all the follow ups, they just said it's been cancelled already. We waited almost 2 hrs then they will just said it's been cancelled without even informing us or giving us a call back. We are very disappointed for what happened and for your service especially the paseo branch which said to be the branch who accepted our order. My point here is if you can't accommodate orders or delieveries due to lack of staff or even large food order deliveries, kindly inform us immediately or give us a call for us to know it. But not the way you just cancelled and not even try to reach us to apologize. It is your resposibility to apologize, of course. You are not giving right customer satisfaction. We are expecting this case will be settled and all the chowking branch will be informed about this kind of issue so that it will not happen again. We are expecting actions about this. Thank you.

Chowking poor customer service

We ordered set meal and tinanong ko ano available part, it took the cashier several mins para lang masagot tanong ko kasi ang tagal din ng feedback ng kitchen including the kitchen manager, and finally sabi ni cashier na breast and thigh part ang available so I told her na breast part lahat. ayun, balik uli sya pagtatanong sa kitchen manager ng ilang minuto ulit then sabi di daw pwede, kaya nagtanong ako kung bakit.tinanong nya ulit si kitchen manager "bakit daw?". (Imagine, simpleng tanong lang ng customer sa isang frontliner staff di man lang masagot agad). So ayun, sumagot na uli si cashier na di daw po kasi pwede, 20mins pa po.(medyo irritated na ko)Nagtanong ako ng available part then sinabi yung available part tapos ngayon sasabihin wala at 20mins pa? sana maisip nila na most of their customers eh travellers and malamang kaya nag stop over kasi nagugutom then nung sinabi ko na willing to wait balik na naman sya kay manager para sabihing "willing to wait daw!" sabay sai ng 1 crew na di nga pwede kasi frozen pa! "walang naka thaw?" tanong ni cashier sa kasama nya. so sino sa tingin nyo ang di maiinis. yung gutom kana tapos ganito ka ihandle ng mga staff. fyi po, bibili kami at di hihingi. kasi parang ayaw magbenta. imgine 5:30pm, walang available chicken. very poor customer service! nanghingi ako ng customer service contact store email lang din ata ang ibinigay sakin.([protected]@yahoo.com) tsk!

Chowking calling isn't much helpful

After giving my details, I was asked to hang up and was informed that store would be the one to call me.. And I did not receive any call at all. I've been patient trying to call the hotline a lot of times because it was busy but its fraustrating that I get nowhere once even though my call was answered. Transaction would not be completed. Is there really a chowking delivery? Very unsatisfied..

Chowking cancelled order without notification

We called Chowking at 9:15am MLA today at the onset of the call the representative advised that there was an ongoing system issue and asked if we were willing to wait for 90 minutes; we advised that we were. At 10:45am MLA we called to follow up on our order only to be advised that it was cancelled due to influx of orders. We were not notified of this cancellation. I asked to speak to a manager and was able to speak to Vanessa, she advised that we should have been able to receive an SMS notification that our order was cancelled, I advised her that the previous representative did not ask for a cellphone number when she took the call, we provided the landline number and the delivery address, but was not asked for an alternative contact number/cellphone number. I have worked in the service industry for 8 years and understand that there are circumstances that you will not be able to meet the expectations of your customer due to unforeseen circumstances, but this is a deliberate oversight which caused a huge inconvenience to us. This is unacceptable service from an establishment that caters to the public.

You should have alternative methods to address and cater to the influx of call orders especially during instances wherein you are undergoing system maintenance.

Chowking unprofessional treat of your manager name angel

9:30pm nag decide kami ng asawa ko na kumain sa chowking dau near Bus Terminal ang Citymall. Im so disappointed kasi habang nakapila ako biglang dumating yung girl na nakared at sinisigawan nya yung mga crew sa harap naming costumer at nagdadabog pa dahil may mga orders sa harap na dipa naideliver. Kung ano ano pinagsasabi nya which hindi maganda pakinggan. Then i ask the trainee(diko na natanong name nya) kung manager ba nila yun the she answered me yes ma'am bakit po? I answered nothing. Then nagtanong ako ulit kung available ba ang thigh part then biglang sumabat yung manager name Angel na "Wala! Legs lang available. 15mins pa" nakakabastos diba? Pwede naman nyang sabihin ng maayos hindi yung nagbubusit sya. Diko alam kung badtrip sya or what pero ganito ba kayo magtraine ng managers nyo? She's so unprofessional. Di nya bagay maging manager kung ganun ugali nya. Hindi nyo ba nadiscuss sa kanya kung anong meaning ng COSTUMER SERVICE? Which is kahit anong galit mo kailangan pa rin ngumiti. Daig nya pa ang walang pinag aralan. Sana magawan nyo agad ng aksyon to kasi sa totoo lang nakakawala ng gana kumain sa chowking na yun kung ganun ang managers nyo.

Chowking food online delivery

I placed an order at 11:14 online (#[protected]) and 10 minutes later there is still no confirmation regarding our order. The last time i ordered online it took one hour before a confirmation email stating that our order is now on processed and another 30 minutes before it arrived. What is wrong with your online delivery system? Please do something about this..

Chowking request not served

I am so disappointed with your crews! I requested or you can say begged for a glass of water not just once or twice but six times! I know this complain may be lame but hey! Your crews said "ok po wait lang" but what the heck? My request was never granted. I even decided to just go to the area where your products were assmbled but again and again nobody gave a water! Mygosh such a simple request from your customer and yet you cant give it?! Next time just provide xtra glass of water at the side if you can properly assist your customers 🙄

Chowking delivery

We placed order at 5:30pm for order # [protected]. The order was processed at 5:51pm. It's 8:03 pm and nothing arrived. The company should provide us with an acceptable reason since this is an embarrassing experience to our guest who waited for the food and proper compensation for the damage done and for our time wasted. Chowking very slow customer service

My family and I are very disappointed of the very slow and poor service of chowking smcity iloilo.
We entered the fast food before 8pm and went on queue at counter 2. Our orders were catered and we directed ourselves to a vacant table while waiting for our orders of: 3 chaofan, 1 kangkong, chicharap and one order of fried dumpling. Note that these were just short orders however it took almost 30 mins to be delivered to us. We're okay with this they might be very busy. But we noted one order was missing and we followed up the fried dumpling. After several ff up attempts even to the two supervisors, still we haven't received any. I instead went to the counter and checked what happened to our remaining order since we're done eating already. Noted that the time from the or is at 8:16 pm and the time that I went to the counter at 8:50pm to ff up. When I asked if they have a customer feedback form that's when they panicked and act on our remaining order. My! This is not a genuine customer service. I think you should look into the crew in your store. They should be carrying the "fast food" brand.

Chowking customer service

I feel bad that i need to complain Customer Service area but you need to check location on Robinsons Jaro, seemed that the employees were over worked and were not friendly anymore, I ordered Tofu and it took me 20 mins to wait for it. Heres the catch though, I said i want to complain the manager chary because I saw her holding my order but she passed it on to a waiter - she couldve done it herself. And so when I planned to complain it was funny that I was seconded by other employees. Chowking? Customer Service please and Loyalty! You need to check why there's a need from Internal employees for US to file a complaint, arent you doing your Job

Chowking service of counter sha

We came at this this branch around 7pm. Went in line to this counter. What I first notice was the staff in this counter was not in the mood. She did not even smile to us when our turn came. I clearly told her all of our orders which was good for 4 persons. I made some changes or requests to her like to change our cups into disposable cups and to add siopao to wanton noodle soup but later decided to remove it because the kid who were with us did not want it anymore. We gave a very simple instruction which was to not put ice to one of our drinks because it's for the kid. She did not understand it after we told her that for 2 times and did the opposite of what we told her to do. We let that slip because she was already pouring the drink to the cups. I went to our table and let my partner carry our drinks. Since she did not understand our request for the drinks my partner then requested some cups with ice but she just gave one cup of ice with like 5-6pcs. Of ice and said that she can only give one cup. My partner let that slip again. But his mother really want some ice so she came to her for ice and this counter sha gave her one cup of ice with 2-3pcs. Of ice and said that she can only give one because we requested to not put ice on our drinks which what she did not understood well and did the opposite of our request. Tita then told her that she's requesting ice because there was a misunderstandind earlier with our drinks. What we can just tell about this counter sha is that she was very rude all through out the service that she gave us (if you can still call that customer service). It seems like she don't like her work so she is exibiting this very negative bahavior. Sad to say that she is working in this very reputable company to ruin the experience of your customers, esp. Your long term customers as well your brand. Maybe you should give lots of training to her for good or exceptional customer service or ask her if she still want that job.

Chowking delivery cancelled without notification

We made our order via food panda, one of the items is pork chao fan. It said in the notification the order will arrive in 1 hour. Then 30 minutes later they texted us that chao fan pork is not available, we could not reply on the number they used to text us. So we called their hotline number then informed us that our entire order was cancelled, not just the pork chao fan.. So we graciously relayed our order via phone only to inform us that most of our preferred items are unavailable. Exasperated, we just did not push through with our orders because there was no point. Chowking, you need to greatly improve your delivery services! I thought you were associated or a sister company of jollibee.. You very poorly cannot compete with jollibee's services. You are a shame to the fast food industry!

Chowking unserved orders.

About 6:31 pm.. We went to chowking gaisano mall tagum to take dinner. The order was taken exactly 6:31 pm. I understand that it is made to order. But, after 30 minutes of waiting, I ask the crew to follow up our orders... Out of 4 orders that we had (we were four in the family about to eat) only the two orders were served. So I ask again to follow up, and the crew told we to wait... After 15 minutes again I made another follow up to the counter. The counter just smile and ask another counter to follow. Until the rest of the costumers in which we are ahead of them in taking the orders, were all done eating and our orders were not served. So I made again a follow, this time with a strong voice, only then they told me that they forgot our orders! Really, the orders are all paid then they will just say that the forgot, what is the purpose of the pending number that they gave? Omg! We leave the store with empty stomach... I did ask for refund and transfer to other food chain... Grabe ang serbisyo! Is that the kind of service that you want to offer to us chowking? I just hope that you have to make actions to this.. Lots of lapses that they had, but this time? Subra na! Ibang usapan na. Or #[protected] counter person: daryl april 21, 2018 18:31pm chowking gaisano mall tagum>... Chowking service

Chowking's food is always delicious. But the service is not. I've ordered food and it's understandable that sometimes you have to wait for like 10 mins. Because they still have to prepare it. But not this time! They had me waiting for a flat 25 mins. Just to get my order? And i've been counting all of the customers that they already served. And it's already 2 to go's and 3 dine in's. And I have to make move first just to get my order? Are they not listing the complete order on their queue? I still have to show them my receipt just to get my order? Train the crews properly please. Not a really good customer service

Chowking ambiance and crew

Music is too loud (rock/metal/punk genre)
Tables & chairs needs upgrade
Crew dont have the basics of customer service, as simple as having courtesy of telling me that the till is close I was just standing in front and was just passing me by meanwhile after I transfered to a diffrent tilll the crew who just ended her shift made chika of the casheir and shes blocking my tray w/ her bag.
I used to dine often here in sm consolacion cebu however this day marks my last dinner and this will surely be shared to freinds and family.
Improve your training to improve your service before you loose more parokyano
