utensils not properly wash
as I took some utensils while waiting for my orders to be serve.. I saw these spoons not properly wash for there are still leftover food attached from it... I was trying to talk to the assign head or manager but refuse to telling me that she is talking to someone in the phone... it took us almost an hour until we finished and waited but non approached us... imagine my suprise..in a store as prominent as this and u would discover such faillings.

Hi good day. Actually this is not a complaint, a commendation instead. Good service for the dine in crew of chowking sm pala pala level2. Very nice ambiance. Good customer service. These guys named jedi and anthony is very much accomodating. Always smiling that brought us at home. Very neat and fast moving.
However, this guy named luis, we noticed na prang ang bossy nya? If im not mistaken hnd sya manager base na rin sa uniform nya. Lahat ng ksma nya busy sa pag aassist ng customer while this guy is natayo lng at wlang ginawa kundi mag utos ng mag utos sa kapwa nya crew. Then my friend called him pra makisuyo ng 2glass of cold water since sya ung bukod tanging walang gingwa. And then nadismaya kame kasi ipinasa nya ung utos nmin sa isang crew. Guys team work dapat. Pantay patay lang. Actually masakit sya sa mata. At mapapansin mo tlga sya kasi sya lang ung walang ginagawa. Pasok lang din sya ng pasok sa cr I dont know kung anung meron sa cr? Im calling the attention of your management for this guy. Wag nyo sanang itolerate yung ganyan staff nyo. Talk to him. Disciplinary action will do. Kasinkahit yung kabilang table sya din yung topic. Tinatawag nila pero hindi sila nililingon. Sayang. Ang ganda pa nman ng service ng mga kasama nya sa dine in area. Even ng cashier has a very good performance. Masakit man sabhin pero panira sya sa service nyo. Agapan nyo yan habang may oras pa.

My family went to Chowking Savannah Makati.
Things you need to look in to and hopefully improve:
1. The store had about 7 langaws na nakadapo sa tables and chairs. Several more were flying. Medyo mabaho din po un store.
2. Cashier was not accommodating. She seemed upset that I asked my siopao to be wrapped and did not use common courtesy words like anu po yon or you're welcome.
3. The wanton noodles was not hot. We didn't return it because we were worried that they might spit on it.
4. The store was warm. The air conditioner near the comfort room was not working.
5. The manager is nowhere to be found.
1 thing commendable
The one and only food server was helpful and polite. He did his best to serve all the people about 9-10 tables were occupied at that time. He also smiled to the store's customers. Unlike the cashier, I reckon her name was sakaya. The server who has a mole on his face was the only person there who was helpful.
Mind you, I rarely visit the savannah branch bec the smell of grease trap was leaking to the dining area. If there was no bird flu scare at the moment, I wouldn't bother subjecting my kid and mom to that awful experience. Thank.you

Hi this is alex, I would like to tell that I am very upset regarding your service and your customer satisfaction. I went at your store (chowking farmers near to MRT station) at exactly 4pm of August 13 2017, Your cashier already punch my order which is halo halo small but when I gave my cash which is 500 pesos he refused and said "may smaller bill po kayo?" I said "wala e" he said "pasensiya na po wala po kaming panukli" I said "sige ung sumunod nalang na size" he said "wala po talaga kaming panukli" then I walked away. This is the first time that I encountered that kind of service. Imagine they just let the customer leave? and it is already 4pm! Maiintindihan ko sana kung morning naganap! I hope this will not happen again. I hope you get my point that I am not complaining about the halo halo, I am complaining about your service. Kung yung mga maliliit na fast food chain may panukli paano pa kaya yung store niyo na very well known? And that time puno ng tao ang store niyo.

My friends and I chose to have lunch again in chowking yesterday Aug12 around 3pm, unfortunately there is only one near at the office and that is Chowking at bgc stopover. We really don't like the service there. The poorest service ever but had no choice cos we love chowking. The service crews are not friendly. They never smile. Even the cashiers are not attentively listening and what we observed everytime we went there they were chatting with their co-workers and once you approached them to have your orders taken, they all look like "baka may pinagdadaanan lang" cos they never smile. And yesterday their service became worst. As the cashier whom took my friends order, asked her 3x "dine in po b?" hindi talaga sya nakikinig. Then "sanay na din kami sa sobrang bagal na service nila" so we did not order much. But when my friend's order was served it was wrong! But she decided not to change it dahil nga sobrang bagal nila magserve. So she just spoke again to the unattentive cashier and told her "3x mo ako tinanong if dine in, tapos ngyon mali pa order ko, hindi ka kasi nakikinig" she said it in a nicely manner and in fairness to the cashier she said sorry but the damaged has been done. One more thing we always ask the cashier if they can add the chili on the order so it will serve at once. Kasi nga sobrang bagal. But they always say sa magseserve na lang daw. So it's like we waited forever for our orders to be served and another forever for the chiili. Oh well atleast sa kanila may forever.

pubic hair in food

Picture is attached for pubic hair in pork chao fan, right on top of the rice when you open the box. This could not be inadvertently done because it's as if it is a garnish!
Very disgusting, crew who made this should be fired. High chance this in not the only mess he/she did with food.
I'm 8-months pregnant and asked my husband to buy this during breakfast for me, to eat this during lunch. But i never could touch the food. I will definitely go back to the store later and demand for my money.
I could never eat in chowking again, very disgusting and have no regard for food as grace/blessing, what more for their customer.

chowking delivery online paasa!!!
We ordered at around 11:22am via online delivery, got a confirmation that it will be delivered after 60mins but 2hours later there is still nothing! Usually someone will call us to confirm about the order but at that time no one called! We are at a funeral home at that time so we didn't think too much about it until after a few hours. We called to follow up and was said that the order wasn't processed. Such a great service, huh!? So we just cancelled it, of course.
And I know this complain will be ignored, for sure!
delivery/gc of chowking bedrock branch
Chowking Bedrock operated by Tan Howking Inc. order #[protected] nobody called me to confirm my order. i waited for too long then someone from Chowking Bedrock called and inform me that there is no available rider to cater my delivery. Then she told me that they would just provide me a free GC. However, the rider didn't give the GC reasoning that the girl who received the delivery didn't asked for it! this is so upsetting. Then i've called the branch again telling them how upset i am with their delivery service! Then told me that they would just note it that i have a pending gc and the rider would note it in our receipt. However, the rider didn't return. I called them again and told me that they would note it in their system the next time i will order. Until today, i've ordered again and upon delivering the food, they asked me the receipt with the one noted by rider. This is so frustrating! Inconsiderate! I starve during our last transaction because of the delayed delivery due to late notice of unavailability of rider, and then now, they're making it hard for the customer to avail the pending gc, wherein fact it is their fault that the rider didn't return to put a note at our receipt, and even assured me that they would also note it in their system. The service is so bad, especially on how they deal with the customer. The point is not about me getting the GC, it's about their service, they offered the GC and the assurance that it will be availed by me for the inconvenience they've caused.

we were able to eat at chowking malabon pero nung nag order na kami inabot kami nang sobrang tagal sa hindi namin malamang dahilan. almost 1 hour kami nag antay fair ba yun? is that your time standard for servicing an order?. and to the fact na mag isa lang kami nung nag order kami so we expect na mabilis na maibibigay ang food ordered namin, but worst pa pala at ang mas nakakainis sa ginawa ng crew nyo i nauna pa ang mga naunahan namin eh pareho lang naman ang inorder namin... kaya cancel order na lang ang ginawa ko, as far i remember mike ang name ng cashier nyo.

I am complaining about 3 staff of Chowking Pacific Star Bldg Branch located at the corner of Makati Ave and Buendia Ave. These people are all at the counter 2 were discussing something, I asked them what counter is open then a lady ask for my order but still was set aside and continued their discussion. The Manager knew that a customer is waiting but not even lift a finger. It was so annoying to my part. I just hope you can talk to them and probably guide them more about customer service...i decided to let go my order. its unfortunate that Chowking has this kind of crew here at Pacific Star.

My boyfriend and I decided to dine at Chowking here in Naga City, Camarines Sur. The branch is located along elias Angeles Street. Our order's worth was around 250 pesos and so I gave a 500 peso bill to the counter named Aby. She gave me two Php 100 bills, two twenty peso bills and some change. Our order was: 1 Chowfan with shanghai toppings with Sprite (dine in), 1 Chowfan with pork siomai and with Pineapple juice (dine in), and 1 chowfan without any toppings or drinks for take out. After ordering, I asked her, "Iseserve nalang ba?" (in Bicol). She said, "Ako nalang po Ma'am ang maglalabas (ng product) iwan mo na po ang resibo, etong pending number nalang po ang dalhin nyo" that was in verbatim. I then agreed cause I didn't know that I will have a very unsatisfactory experience after.
The dining crew then served pork chowfan with shanghai, sprite and PJ.
My boyfriend started eating his meal (chowfan with shanghai) and we were just talking. 15 minutes passed and wala parin remaining orders namin. We were bit in a hurry as my boyfriend has a basketball game. I was feeling impatient because I saw that the customers who just came were able to get their orders which I saw was also Chowfan with Pork Siomai. That meant na may products naman na available. My boyfriend then decided to follow it up. We waited for a few more minutes then wala talaga. A crew approached us then asked kung ano daw ba order namin. So inisa isa ulit namin yung order. We were very disappointed cause they did not even know our orders. that meant na we were waiting for something na hindi naman pala darating kung hind namin finollow up. My boyfriend even spoke to the manager. We waited for another 7-10 minutes para mserve yung remaining orders namin which were: 1 take out of chowfan w/o toppings and drinks then 1 chowfan with fried siomai. A crew served 1 take out chowfan and 4 pcs of siomai after a few minutes. We were like, seriously? where's the chowfan for dine in? yung supposedly lalagyan nyo ng siomai na toppings? sa isip ko lang po yun sinabi. I was really trying to be polite kahit na disappointed na ako sobra. The crew asked me kung nasan ang resibo. I told him to ask the counter as she asked me to leave it to her in the first place. Anyway, naserve namn nila yung lahat ng orders after a very long time but I already made up my mind na I will lodge a complaint about it. We asked the crew who served the food to give us a copy of the receipt. But he was not able to give us anything. The crew apologized for what happend pero I don't have anything against the servers kase they were polite. I was just disappointed with the counter as she is denying knowledge about the receipt she requested me to leave. After eating, my boyfriend and went to the same counter to ask for a copy of the receipt. We demanded for a copy of it but the counter won't give us any thing. She said that she is not aware where the receipt is. I reiterated to her that she asked me to leave it after I ordered our food. My boyfriend asked her to give us a receipt then she said, "Kelangan pa po talaga ng receipt?"
We know that we have the right to demand for a receipt. This is a responsiblity of all business. But we were so concerned of the time so we let the counter be. Pero my boyfriend saw a bunch of receipts in front of her POS and he said that it could be our receipt. The counter said they are not and they are accounting copies. My boyfriend borrowed the receipt as we were really looking for a number to call for this complaint. He was only able to get the name Fresh N' Famous. Anyway, we are very curious as to why this counter behaved very suspiciously. We did not have anythng against any other crew but her. We don't have any photo as my phone's battery was dead during that time and the counter won't give us a receipt even after demanding for one. At any rate, I am very confident that all transactions are recorded via your CCTVs so I'm sure that you will see what happened.

Without any explanation or heads up!
He dined in by himself. And the newly arrived customers were first served before him.
This happend at Chowking Pavillion Mall, Biñan Laguna.

I ordered online through chowking delivery, 2 chicken lauriateplus chicharap and pork Chao fan and 2 extra chili sauce, it is indicated in the OR thinking that the plastic bag has everything I ordered I trusted the delivery guy so I didn't open the bag anymore when we are about to eat the chili sauce and Chao fan. are not in the bag. I am frustrated and disappointed with the service, I paid for the food and I'm expecting it to be delivered too. I love chowking so much but right now I am disappointed. I demand an explanation.

yesterday (July 17, 2017) at chowking meycauayan bulacan (CK1627), I ordered 1pc chicken with wonton soup and pork chaofan with dumplings about 12:23pm on the receipt perse, after 20minutes actually 12:45 na yun! i made some follow ups, kc natapos na kumain yung mga kasabayan ko umorder, nauna pa nga yung next customer sa likod ko na makakain, napakatagal na at wala naman sinabe ang cashier na need ko maghintay. so after I made follow ups, tpos sasabihin sa akin, that I still need to wait for another 10minutes to cook my order? chicken at chaofan lang ang order ko, pero 30minutes lutuin? I made a complaint with the manager on duty (Jeanette ang name nya), nakakabwisit lang cya dahil wala cyang magawang paraan at naka ngisi pa cya! Alibi nya nacira ang printer nila! of all the customers, yung order ko lang ang hindi naprint? and her suggestion is for me to either wait for the another 10minutes or refund the meal! tangina nyo, I am a PWD and i have a child with me, tpos gagaguhin nyo ako ng ganyan?! Tumawag ako online pra sana magpadeliver, pero.unfortunately daw, wala na magddeliver, hassle agad. So kinailangan pmunta sa nearest store which is sa pantranco. I was at your store before 12 midnight. Napaka bagal ng serbisyo! Pati sa happy plus card sinabi card daw namin ung defective tpos nung may sumunod na guest declined din ung card. Tpos bglang bawi niya na ung sakanla pala ung may sira. Sayang naman ung load nung card. so ito na umorder na kami. Ung lomi namin prang may sticky na something pa parang gaw gaw na hndi natunaw.
