Okay, I may not have worked at circle k long, I lasted 5 days, but that was 5 days too long. I took this job because where I live employment is scarce. I couldn't find anything in my expertise, so I had to settle because money doesn't grow on trees. This job is the absolute WORST job I have ever had! Let's talk about the manager. The first red flag was when he called me "sweetie". Not appropriate. Then I was taken to the cooler and told how to do it in a stunning 30 second training course. The person showing me said they would be right back to help but never came back. So, I start stocking with what I could find while freezing my butt off. I could not find Gatorade or monster drinks anywhere. I finally came out of the cooler and asked the manager where they were and he looks at me and says to use my common sense and if they are not in the cooler, then they are in the storeroom. Storeroom? I didn't even know they had one since nobody showed me. So now I am being told to use common sense which is degrading. Then since this was my first day actually working in the store out of the 2 days of online training, my boss asked me if I would go to another store the next day (my only day off) which is 40 miles away and help them since they are short a person. I said no because I knew I would be working for the next 5 days after that AND my car would not make it that far because I have a crappy car. He spent the remainder of my shift calling other stores and telling them that the person he wants to go to the other store will not do it, which in turn made me out to be the bad guy. Okay, moving on, I accidently went home with my name badge which at the store I worked at is a big no no. It was under my hoodie I was wearing since I was in the cooler and was a simple mistake. I got called at 6am in the morning from my boss telling me that I can't take it home. Why not wait for me to be at work? Then when I go in for my next shift, I see that my schedule is unbelievably all over the place and changed from what it was. Everyone in the store has a set schedule. I was put down to work day after day with only 10-12 hours between shifts. Crazy. I made an observational comment to another employee of simply how my schedule is all over the place. I left it at that. That night I was up most of the night with a sick kid, but I still went to work I the morning. I told my co-worker and assistant manager how I had about 1 hour sleep because of that. Later in the day I was approached by the assistant manager and asked if I would stay an additional 5 hours because someone called in sick. This would have brought my hours for the day up to 12. I told her I simply can not do it. I was exhausted anyway and was counting the minutes to get home and get some sleep since I only had an hour prior to my shift! Well, about 3 hours after getting home, I am finally getting some sleep, my phone rings and it's my boss. He says "What's your problem? I hear your complaining about the schedule. I just hired you and your complaining. You need to deal with it. You know I have a very loyal crew, they are very loyal to me. So what's your problem!?!?!" Yea, I got called at home! Over that! Then I am told that he was being nice by trying to give me more hours at the other store and I was offered more today but I declined, so what is my problem? He kept saying what's my problem over and over in a bully way, not a sincere questioning way. Keep in mind too that I never asked for more hours. I could not believe it. You call me on MY TIME about something that is not work related? All I was doing was commenting on MY scheduled days to work. If I had an issue I would have spoken to him and I told him that when he called. If he was looking for the scanner, or mop, or hell, even the stapler I would understand. But no, he called me to tell me off when I was sleeping! Apparently everything I said at work, (which wasn't much), was recorded in the back office. Also, his "minions" are the worst kind of people to work with. How unprofessional to say the least. Calling me at home to tell me off is downright harassment. Telling me that his employees are very loyal is a threat that whatever I say, he will hear about it and then harass me over it. I am shocked at the blatant misuse of his "manager power". You DO NOT call your employees at home unless it is something pressing that you need an answer to. If someone called in, or you can't find something. Not to harass them. I bite my teeth and try not to rock the boat because I need he job. Sometimes you just have to suck it up. But what happened later that night was the last straw. At about 11:50pm I get a text from my boss saying that I am off the schedule for the whole week and to check back in a week to see if I will get anymore hours. WTF? That's it I am DONE! I brought my shirts back and left a note stating that I quit and to never call or contact me again ever! Seriously people, if you plan on working at circle K, think it over. Especially the store in Prescott Valley, AZ.

I went in to get a milkshake, and after using the machine, I found little black pieces of something in my milkshake! That is absolutely horrible that your employees don't care enough about health standards. Not to mention, the machine made a horrible sound and took about probably half of the milkshake with it and leaving me with unknown flakes in it!

The restroom is behind the counter, i go in the store all the time an using the restroim has never been a problem...but the cashier very rudley said sure you can the restroom, your not even supposed to damn go back there ...it was completeley unecessary an not customer friendly at all an i dont appreciate being called out in front of other customers like, i wont be returning to that store as long as that rude girl is behind the counter..the store is located at 6900

I wasc in circle k on main st. in bangor maine week or so ago and an employee named jen was clearly under the influence of alchohol and smelled like it horribly she was slurring her words and i was with my 10 yr. old grandson and she might as well had her breasts out of her work shirt because her work shirt was not buttoned and she had so much cleavage that i was ashamed for her! and every male customer before me she was practically flirting with this young lady clearly has no respect for herself!

I have personally witnessed the manager at the store on Val Vista and Pecos trying to ply sexual favors from many of his young employees. I am also well aware that he has on staff a woman & her son's girlfriend who live in the same household. There is also a dating couple working there on the same shift. I know most companies have anti fraternization policies and this store clearly disregards them. The store manager also promotes stealing from customers by way of aalmost mandatory $1 UCP donations from every customer paying with a card and denying customers their change when they pay with cash. You need to fully investigate this and fire that horrible manager

At approximately 7:05pm on monday, 3-27-17 I entered circle k in chandler, located at 1010 e chandler blvd, chandler az 85225. When I entered, the male clerk said "hi, how are you.. Then something I couldn't understand. The female clerk started laughing and the male stated"see, they never hear it". I went and got my products then came back to the register area, when I was in line both cashier looked up and started laughing again. So much so that the customer in front of me asked what was going on and to let him in on the joke. The female cashier stated"its nothing, just something he said"(Looking toward the male cashier). When I approached the counter, the male cashier said again to the female cashier, right in front of me,"they never hear it" I decided to just look at the male cashier and he wouldn't even look up at me. I left and they even laughed as I walked out the door. Here is my thought. I come in this store every day or at least 5 or 6 times each week. I spend an average of around $60 in tobacco, beer and other goods on average. That's over $3000 per year in purchases at circle k. It doesn't sound like much but if I am a regular customer, you have several more and I will certainly tell others about my experience. Whether they were talking about me or not, which I am convinced they were, it wont matter. I will be shopping at quick trip or 7 eleven from now on if I need something quick. They are both on my way home. I never complain but this time it was worth it. They were out of line and you lost a nearly daily customer of over 11 yrs. If you need to check cameras, I was in a gray tee shirt, black shorts with white strips on the side and an orange nike ball cap.

I went into the Circle K on the corner of 50th st and ray rd on March 27th 2017, I went up to get a red bull and a donut, a short Hispanic man was working the register. I said no cash back no receipt, I saw him fidget with his screen before the register opened, I immediately knew he had done cash back, I was thinking maybe it was an error and he hit a 5 for 5 cents or something, I then asked for my receipt and he fumbled in his drawer and gave me 5 ones a 5 and a 10. he knew exactly what he was trying to do. I didn't say anything because I was in just disbelief, and I'm not one to try to have someone lose there job, I then began to think who else is he doing this to? I told a couple of co workers to be careful as this gas station is right next to our office, and a lot of us buy coffee and donuts and are in a hurry as I was.

i have been a long time customer at circle k located at Gordon rd in Wilmington NC. I will no longer be a customer of this store and will take my business along with my company business to another company. I will no longer walk in to this store and listen to the store manager Amy being abusive to her employees. She is rude to them and constantly talking down to them in front of customers. I have visited many of the other circle k/ kangaroo stores here in Wilmington and have not seen these problems there. The turnover rate at this store is ridiculous, and im sure the employees will not complain for themselves in fear of losing their jobs. I have voiced my concerns with my employees and my customers and as a business owner near this store we have decided to take out business else where and i will be canceling our fleet cards with this company. Its sad to see hard working people just trying to work and provide a service to their customers to be treated this way. Something really needs to be done or I feel this problem with just keep getting worse. I will also be voicing my concerns with my local employment commission as this really seems to be abusive .

I feel offended when I arrive and leave the Gas station (Circle K) 1150 Pacific Coast Highway Harbor City CA 90710 because the conversation between the employee's and the constant smell of Marijuana and the rudeness of the "assistant manager." I was treated like a second class citizen from her Renae/Jackie Otero. I will recommend all my family/friends go else where.

I went in to the Circle K (at location 2202 W McCormick Rd, Apopka, FL 32703) to use the ATM. I made a withdrawal of $200 but only received $140 from the ATM the receipt showed there was $200 withdrawn as does my account. I went to the employee working at the time (6:00am on 03/22/17) and explained to him that the ATM did not give me the correct amount of money. The employee said the manager was not in at the time.He then called the manager and was told he would be in to the store at 7am. I could not wait till the manager arrived because i had to go to work. I left my contact info with the employee and was told i would receive a phone call as soon as the manager came in and checked the ATM. I never received a phone call from the manager. When i got out of work i returned to the store at 4pm and was told by the Manager that he counted the money in the ATM and it came back as the right amount. The manager then went to the back of the store and got his boss who then turned to the manager and asked if he counted the money from the ATM. The manager said again that he counted it and it was correct. I was then told that there was nothing that they could do and was offered no additional help to resolve the issue.

I purchased my qualifying pack of Wave Menthol 100 cigarettes yesterday at store #5268 Columbus Ohio and the machine said I had earned my reward but coupon never printed. My order number was #834051. My point status #C202949816X32. I know it may seem silly but I bypass a closer store because you offer this perk. The clerk had no answer as to why it didn't print. Should I expect that customers will no longer receive this perk and program is a scam?

I have been going to the store located on San Antonio Texas on fm78 and the ice cream machine has been down for atleast a month and everytime I ask when will it be fixed I'm told we don't know. I go there often and it's sad this store is not that old and this machine is broken. I went and someone had the machine apart to clean it and the next day I was told one of the parts was missing, now I think maybe the don't want to clean the machine and that's why a part went missing. The cashiers always tell me why don't I go to another store for ice cream and that is not an option why not order part and have machine fixed. I love I'm Texas and it's hot here so that's lost revenue. Please have this fixed.

Had realized I left my card at home, so left my drinks to go get it. Then when I returned she jumped down my throat saying I made a big mess at the drink station. This was an extremely busy day. But due to my supposed big mess, she yelled for me to get the he'll out, and that I was not to return! I go every morning for coffee, and my mother comes at least two times a day for a poler pop. As I asked to get my drinks so that I could leave.. She said no I was to just #ing leave or she was going to call the police. I will never be coming back to this circle k, speedway just gained a new loyal customer. She is a older women in her mid 50's, has white hair, and is normally there in the mornings. Extremely rude and unkind.

I bought a nestle coffee in a can from Circle K in Hanoi Vietnam, I didn't look inside but tasted alright till I sipped up something lumpy, had a look and it looked like cream curdled or something, It looked like it was off with floaty things inside, went to check expiry date but there was none, half an hour later I started to feel I'll and panicky, my immune system had dropped, struggling to breathe, this horrible feeling took over my body, then the chills started, from then I think it was food poisening, I couldn't handle the feeling, thought I was gonna die. This product should of not been on the shelf for sale and expiry date should be labelled, I will be wrighting reviews on Circle K products to warn others.

The woman working store #5381 at 11:45pm on March 19, 2017 was very rude. She was sharp and unwilling to help her patrons, customers walked out of the store without any products due to her lack of customer service commitment. I am very disappointed in the quality of service this store offered. The other Circle K in town is full of kind, helpful associates who are a joy to speak with. I will never visit store #5381 ever again in order to avoid distasteful workers.

I went into store number 2723 on March 17th around 9 p.m. Bought a 20 ounce Mountain Dew and three $2 LOTTERY tickets now any ### can count that a drink that cost a $1.59 and three LOTTERY tickets that total $6 tax and all is not going to be over $8 I gave the ### a $20 bill he gives me back $10.35 and the screen said $12.35 he said he forgot to ring up one of the tickets I said no you owe me $2 which its only $2 but how many people has he ripped off since he's worked there I continue to tell him there is no way this Mountain Dew cost $3 and I left the store before I cussed the little ### out

I walked into the circle k on 35 an walnut right before six am like five minutes to6am an I wasn't greeted two girls one blonde white female with a long nose chatting with a female with large eyes an short straight black hair an she rung me up an slid the toliet paper back across the counter rushing me out an not giving me a chance to put my money up an basically telling me to hurry up an move along an I asked for a bag she said customers with one item don't get a bag soo. ..I just thought that was really mean

My husband before he went to work he stopped to buy cigarettes and food . The employee who assistance him was a white older lady (didn't get her name because she didn't even gave him a receipt) was really rude and didn't even Greet him at all or no eye contact. Anyways the main problem was instead of her giving him his change back with manners and politely she decided to throw it to him on the counter and even some of his change fell over the counter next to her and she just walked away and started organizing the cigarette shelf. That is disgusting for a human being to do that to any other human being it rude disrespectful. My husband is just a wonderful guy who always treats everyone with respect even though sometimes they do not deserve it. I did call the store its on Warner and power in mesa AZ [protected] I spoke to CARMEN the supervisor who is covering at the store. She did see the camera footage and she apologized and said she will have a talk to the lady who I still didn't get her name cue at that point I didn't even asked for it. I understand people go throw things in live or maybe she the employee was having a rough day at work but that does not give you the right to treat your customer who always shops at your store and spends their money for gas, food, cigarettes and even snacks. I will not let my family spend their money at a store who will be treating them this way..

Store in Jacksonville, FL 3/14/17 Store # 1485. Tuesday evening, I walked in and asked "Where are your restrooms located?"Cashier OP ID 2 rudely said "keys are on the table." There were two keys over on the table where she pointed. I then asked "Which key, there are two?" She said, Like I told you already 3 times it is the white one. I said mam, "I just asked a simple question, I understand English." She rolled her eyes and I left. Came back, returned the key and made a purchase for my son, husband and I. She was nice to everyone in line, but when it was my turn, didn't say anything and had a rude look on her face. So I was also quiet. After all items were scanned and prior to paying, she said, "you don't want to piss me off!" Excuse me, I said in return. My husband heard everything and said whatever, this is ridiculous, let's just go.

I walked in the circle k in Salem and got a iced tea. I greeted the cashier and asked if they had the new $5 scratch ticket. I wanted four of them. The I took out my money and ID out and as soon as she saw that it was a$100 the cashier rudely said I don't have change for that. Being a loyal customer since they have opened I've seen them get a manager and they get a small little blue colored/clear envelope to make the change for a large bill. I really wanted to buy the tickets for my dads bday card so I remembered and ask can you ask a manger maybe they can get change? There was another lady standing there and said no I am the manager if you don't like it call the number on the door. (In a really aggressively rude tone) I usually don't like to complain but as an employee of a gas station myself I know these things happen you don't always have the change but when this happens I apologize in a genuine polite matter. It scared me that this lady claims to be the manager because she demonstrated no customer service and is setting such a low standards to who ever may be her employees. Not to mention I did not get a please or thank you while completing the transaction.
