I had to go to another Circle K because the one by my house was 2.14 and the one I went to was on Bethany Home & 59th Ave and it was 2.07, I went in and told the cashier that I was going to use my points and that would make it 1.97! It might not mean alot to some people but it means alot to me because I'm on disability, the cashier said they've been having problems with the Frys cards and I told him no I have a Circle K card and he said ok! I go out to pump my gas but when I pick up the handle it says 2.07, I went inside and asked the other guy working there and he said we can't do it from here. So I go back up to the cashier and he says we been having problems, I think that neither one of them knew how to do the process! So I went out to pump my last 6.00 and hope that it last me til I have money later this week, by the way I work part time 20 miles away from my house! Thank you for your time and I hope you All can resolve this problem PLEASE!

Got paid 246.29. Pulled 140 off. Purchased 71.11 worth of items with money left on card. Balance should be 35.18. It's not. It came up 9.26. Got home checked it again and now an extra 8 dollar and some change withdraw has appeared that I didn't do. If my money isn't returned i will press charges and sue. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure payment method for your employees. You haven't.

My boyfriend works at a circle k and is constantly dealing with sexual harassment, manager and gm issues. There is a person at his work named dona and she will constantly hit on him and tough him, though he has asked her to stop she hasn't. Another issue is with management. He has been working there for 3 years and because of the harassment has become very unhappy at his store and has asked for a transfer to another store but for reasons unknown was never granted it. A couple of days ago there was a girl who ripped her pants and was told to go home because of it. When management was told about this the store manager agreed it was the right action taken. However she wasn't happy about it and wanted to transfer so went around the store manager (Who wasn't on her side) to the gm who sided with the girl and gave her a transfer. If its not one thing its another. Im not trying to say that my bf is great worker and the others aren't but when he cant even go to management and the gm as a last option. I don't know what he can do.

I am a US citizen but different color. Cottage hill and Leroy Steven shell branded circle k in mobile AL is just a minute away of my home. For convenience I go there but every time I went there feel bad about their behavior. Specially old lady working on 03/10/17 Friday at 4.40pm never wanna talk. She's been talking to other people but why she's been skipping me? It's not first time but every time. She doesn't deserve customer service job.

I never complain to anyone about anything, but I feel the need to complain about the service I have received from this store a few times but today was the last straw.
After being forced to show my id (After I used my debit card and put my wallet away, which is like the sick mind game he plays with me daily by waiting until I put it away to ask)
I politely said "i'm here almost 10 times a week and spend over $450 a week there why do you feel the need to check my creds like i'm stealing from you ?"
I was told it's "policy" which is ### because it's one person who does this!
He told me im welcome to shop else where if I didn't like it and he called me a ###!Lol
No i'm steaming and demand a manager, so this other ### comes out and calls me name in the book for questioning his ppl and wants me to shut up and deal with it!
I told him he's lost a customer who dumps a lot of cash there and he said to go ### myself. Lol i'm sorry but this is the service circle k is selling now days! I won't piss on the place if it's on fire !

I never made a complaint, i'm sure this will not even be acknowledged. I've never had to before. I have been shopping at circle k for the last 3-4 years. I used to love going to this one right by my house. I do not know what has happened to this store but I will not ever return! I honestly don't think these is a manager. There is a girl that stands in the front and says she is the manager but she is the rudes lady I have ever met, and i've never seen this location look as bad as it does now. I'm assuming this is a new crew. I loved going getting my fresh coffee seeing this girl smiling & always speaking to everyone! Now these is always a line, these employees look so mad, & they move extreamly slow. Again the store is disgusting! They will not make coffee, wipe the counters, & there are never any cups! This store has recently went down hill fast! They can't have a manager, because there is no way a store could look like this. The employees act as if they don't want you in there. Not to mention, this one cashier smacked her lips at me. I was buying a pack of cigs & the customer behind me told me it's a better deal to buy 2, so I asked for another one & she got heated! I'm glad the customer behind me told me! As I was leaving, she still said nothing to me, but I heard her telling the lady that her manager isn't training her correctly, & she is sick of working alone. Why can't someone step in & clean this store & these employees attitudes? Back in my day, people were thankful to have jobs. She made me very uncomfortable!

2 female employees working on 3/7/17 @ 1:48 PM were both very rude. I've been coming to the store even before it was rebuilt. I have never felt so uncomfortable by the way they both looked at me and talked to me just going in to purchase misc items from a convenient store. I asked a question to make sure female on register 2 got my order correct and the answer was given to me as rude as possible. I couldn't help but feel very uncomfortable. Both females looked miserable and not happy to be working. Maybe you should find 2 replacements that really need a job in which serving the public is needdd since they seem to hate their jobs and serving the people they applied to serve. I will do everything possible not to come back to the 809 Olive St. store.

It was around 11:50 pm yesterday 3/5/2017 when I stopped in this Circle K to grab a Polar Pop on my way home from my brothers house. I had been sick to my stomach off and on the whole day and realized I had to use it again once I walked inside the store. Someone had just gotten the restroom key and walked in. I waited a minute until he walked out and handed me the key when he was finished. I went in to use the restroom. I was in there for about 3 minutes when the only employee I believe working that night started loudly knocking on the door. I let him know I was in there and that i was almost finished. About 3 minutes later he started banging on the door again saying he was CALLING THE POLICE. I stated that I was only in there for around 5 minutes and that I was about to be finished. I walked out of the bathroom to be told AGAIN by the rude employee that they were calling the police and that I had caused him to lose customers by being in the bathroom. I called the store when I got home asking for a corporate number to call to complain and he hung up on me. I am FURIOUS from being treated so poorly. I have lived in this area my whole life and have been coming to this gas station ever since I first started driving 7 years ago. I did not get the employee's name unfortunate because it happened so quickly. I do know that he is a skinny middle aged foreign male. He is probably around 5 11" tall. Like I said, I believe he was the only employee working that night. It was the night of Sunday, March 4, 2017, at approximately 11:50pm. I would like something to be done about this as I am DISGUSTED at the treatment I received.

I live in Franklin, OH; on second st. I visited to purchase 2 -79 cent black and mild wines, an my total came to $2.38.. I'm a frequent b & m smoker, I questioned the employee. The employee blames the price raise because of the corporation an shortage, I find it ironic if this is true with you having false advertising in your store with the amount on display on the box.. why am I being swindled? Even pocket change can make a difference between me eating or not right now. Is there no humanity left to where even the poor are taken advantage of?

Hello. So my husband works at the circle k in struthers at 311 maplewood. Today he called his store manager to see if he could get off. He was off yesterday and he had to go to the hospital because he had a fever of 101.4. Luckily he was off so he just stayed in bed all day. Well when he woke up this morning he still had a temp of 101.3. He had to be to work at 1 so he tried getting ahold of his manager around 9 in the morning. He was unable to reach her till after 10. When he finally got ahold of her he explained what was going on and she said because he didnt call off 4 hours before his shift she was going to write him up. If somebody would have answered the phone he would have been able to call off. She has been threatening him on multiple occasions that if he does something hes getting wrote up. I think its pathetic that he cant call off for a legit reason but his current coworkers can call off to get tattoos. I think its ridiculous and if he gets wrote up and loses his job im taking it to court. This is ridiculous.

On March 3 2017 at 6:45am at the circle I in Byram ms. Just off interstate55 on siwell rd. I was attempting to get a cup of coffee when the casher rudely pulled the coffee pot out of my hand and was telling me that she was going to make a new pot of coffee and took the pot to the back room and when she came back in she rudely pushed me out of the way so she could get to the coffee filters. I have been coming to this store for over a year and never had a problem with anyone till today. Have mad some good frinds at this store and have come to be like a family. But if that is the way they are going to let there new hires treat there customers I will not be coming back to this store and I will be putting the word out about this store.

I have gone to the circle k here on Zaragoza and North Loop for years and never had I encountered a rude employee such as Alan .I went to go buy a fountain drink and wanted to pay with a $20 and he was that he couldn't take the $20 for just the drink. When I asked him why that it's common sense and was just rude about, I had told him I had paid that way before he was you can speak with my manager her name is Sandra he was a very smug and rude person.

Hi my name is Victoria I went to a Circle K on Winchester in Memphis Tennessee the first time I went in was to by drinks as I was checking out the lady in front of me card kept being denied because of the wrong password so the lady proceeded to say she has so many credit cards with different passwords and the employee said are you sure the show card I thought that was really rude in front of everyone in the store that me and my sister we're on our lunch break after I paid for our drinks we need so I came back and to use the microwave if I'm walking out she asked me what did you pay that food so I told her I only came in here to use your microwave I didn't touch anything or steal anything over there I came in here with my own food I feel like that was very rude and disrespectful because she clearly saw me when I came in with my lunch to warm it up the other two incidents of a why I think she should not be in employee at Circle K thank you

Circle K at the gas station people come in from driving on the road for hours when they're driving for hours they need to come in and use the restroom wash their hands? But I have been to over 10 Circle K's down here Phoenix Arizona and they say that they have no public restroom which is there a gas station what's that mean I don't understand when did that company become so mean that you don't allow your people to come in off the road and use the restroom but every one of those in their stuff that they didn't allow me to use the restroom I didn't even buy anything from I refuse I refuse to because they refused me to let me use restroom thank you

We USE to buy gas occasionally at this particular Circle K.
This time around we went in to get snacks and to use the restroom.
The restrooms were locked so I asked the lady for the key. She said they both were out of service! That's a crock and we told her so. There was no "out of service sign" on either of the restrooms. Since when does Circle K not let customers use their restrooms. You need to address this with your manager/employees. It's very poor customer relations

On 12/27/2017 Circle K manager and clerk unwarranted and forcibly action violated Circle K policy, rules, and regulations. The sold damages mega million dollar lottery ticket was forced upon me(Chester Lee Marks) because the number on front of the mega million dollar lottery ticket can take the place of the cut off bar code number on all three mega million dollar lottery tickets that was handed to me(Chester Lee Marks) So said the circle K manager. The circle K manager is a white male and the circle clerk is a black female. The circle K manager forced the circle clerk to sale the damages mega million dollar lottery ticket to me(Chester Lee Marks). knowing that the mega million dollar lottery ticket was damaged and incomplete. The circle K manager unwarranted and forcible action caused me(Chester Lee Marks) to lost his chances to win the mega million dollar lottery jack pot worth 85 million dollar. The circle K manager could have prevent the sale after he had tried two time to get the mega million lottery machine to print a complete lottery ticket with bar code. I am requesting a immediately investigation into this matter.

Stopped for gas at the new Circle K on Lebanon Ave used to be Quick Trip gas was 2.19 unlead. Wow haven't seen that in awhile. Got the nozzle put in the car pushed the 87 button at 2.19 when it was done got receipt got in the car looked at receipt Omg. Well it says premium at 2.79 say what. Well I pulled up and went inside talked to the manager his explanation was the hose must of hit the premium button even though I pushed the reg unlead. He didn't even try to make it right so it has happened before Now that's how to make some money. I beg all my facebook people don't stop there. Expect 2.19 and get 2.79 big big difference.

I purchased two drinks and a juice and requested cash back. The juice was suppose to be on sale per price tag and she wouldn't match. Also I requested $70 cash and after it was successfully processed, she informed me she could only give me $20 and refused to give me my total $70. She was really rude and attempted to kept my $50 to herself.

I had a horrible experience with circle k store #2705393, the way my card was prosessed, and te way the barbara stephens (The manager) responded to the situation.
I was charged twice for a transaction and asked for thier assistance clearing it up. Not only did she refuse to help by clarifying that they werent the ones who were responsible for the second charge in fax form to my bank, even after verifying through paperwork and camera feed that there was one transaction.
I want to file a formal complaint with her boss and anyone who can repremand her ignorant actions.
I have all of her messages to me and i would like to email them but i have no way to find out who to send them to.
The actions of this woman are not befitting of a woman in charge in her position and she needs to be dealt with.

Is it normal for all your employee's to go to work high on weed? I'm just wondering. Also drive while High on weed? I mean, come on. I love Circle K but this is going a bit to far. This guy is at work high all the time. Multiple people have walked in and seen it. Don't you guys random drug test, on the spot? Would really like you to do something about it.
