Dear Citgo Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service I received at one of your gas stations. On March 31st around 4:25 pm, I visited the Citgo gas station located at 5731 Trammell Rd Morrow, GA 30260 and unfortunately, I encountered a significant problem with the quality of the fuel I purchased. Upon filling up my vehicle with gas at your station, I began experiencing severe issues with my car's engine.
The engine started to sputter and hesitate, and eventually, it completely stalled. I had to take my car to a professional mechanic who confirmed that the problems were directly caused by the low-quality fuel I received from your gas station. Naturally, I expected the gas station to take responsibility for this incident and provide me with a refund for the cost of the fuel, as well as cover the expenses incurred to repair the damage caused by the bad gas.
However, to my dismay, when I contacted your customer service department and explained the situation, I was met with a lack of cooperation and understanding. Despite providing all the necessary documentation and evidence, including the mechanic's report clearly linking the issues to the poor quality gas from your station, I was denied any form of compensation or refund. This has left me extremely dissatisfied as a customer of Citgo. I have been a loyal customer of Citgo for several years, and I have always appreciated the convenience and accessibility of your gas stations. However, this experience has severely tarnished my opinion of your company. I expected better service and support from a reputable brand like Citgo.
I kindly request that you promptly review my case and reconsider your decision regarding the refund. It is only fair that Citgo takes responsibility for the damages caused by the bad gas and provides the necessary compensation to cover the repair costs. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and resolve it in a satisfactory manner. I look forward to hearing from you within ASAP to address this issue promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may be forced to escalate this matter further by seeking legal assistance or reporting the incident to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
