Gas station attendant
The citgo station on 43rd and goodhope on Milwaukee Wisconsin late night worker keeps the door locked everytime someone shows up and it's a 24hr station.its been 3 weeks since I been in there when he working and it didn't start til he started.
Bad attendant and service
I went to go get gas on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 around 5:05 pm. I parked my car at the nearest pump closest to the entrance of the gas station building which can be clearly seen from the inside cashier. It’s worth noting that there was another car that was done paying for gas next to my car which was there long before I arrived. I went inside to pay first for $30 worth of gas and they asked me which car to fill and I clearly pointed to my car which was an SUV which clearly blocked the view of the other car at the pump next to my car. They said ok and I went back outside and my pump didn’t say the amount I told them which was $30. Instead it said $72.24. I went back inside to figure out the issue with no intentions of being mad but just trying to get things right. I told them what happened and the lady that was working there started to argue with me out of nowhere when I was absolutely calm. Now I don’t know if she had a bad day or if she was the manager or not but it’s not right to start yelling at the customer out of nowhere because you guys made a mistake. Instead of apologizing and admitting to her mistake, she tried excusing herself saying I pointed at the wrong car and I was the one that was in the wrong which is not very professional. At this point, I tried to reason with her and asked how long it would take for my $30 to be refunded back to my debit card and they said 3 to 5 business days since it was already deducted. And so I just said I would pay another $42.24 to match up with the $72.24 on the pump and they said it doesn’t work that way and wasn’t possible in the rudest way possible. On the other hand, I don’t understand how it was possible for me to fill up my gas tank when I didn’t choose any option on the pump screen since if you don’t know, you’re suppose to pick it you're going to pay inside or there on the spot. How was the nozzle unlocked at my pump when she said she put my $30 to another pump. Last thing I got to say, she told me the $30 I had to pay that was deducted will return back to my account 3 to 5 business but when I checked my bank statement, that $30 was never deducted in the first place so there was no way it would’ve taken that long to return. So either she has no knowledge at all to solve the problem or doesn’t know anything. In conclusion, she tried to excuse herself and blame the customer and doesn’t have any knowledge whatsoever. I’m very upset and disappointed since my work is near this gas station and I come here a lot and sometimes even get lunch here. It was a very underwhelming experience I just had.
Desired outcome: You should your employees better or train them how to handle and how to solve the problem in a polite and respectful way especially when it wasn’t the customers fault.
Holding money more than you paid for
I have no money to eat. I had 60.00 on my debit card stop to get gas and use my card to buy 10.00 worth of gas and it took everything off my cats for 54.96. Me and my kids not able to eat due to the hold on my card fir 54.96 what am i suppose to do. Why do Citgo hold people money..Why its hard out here for your company to hold money cause soneone got gas with thier debit card never know anyone situation and the bank want put it back cause its a hold.Why do your company do that. Why please tell me. I have three small kids and that money was all i have why take my money and hold cause I got 10 worth pf gas and your company takes 54.96 and put it on hold all my money why why why why why..im hurt it hard very hard for company to take my money. misbehavior by employees of dhanas petrol pump

I retired from Punjab Police as AIG (INT) Chandigarh. Today at about 7 PM I went to petrol pump Dhanas to fill diesel in my car. The employees of petrol pump were not attending the customers. I called one attendant but instead of listening to me he went to the other direction. Ì got down from my car and asked him about not attending customers. He misbehaved with me and called other employees including incharge. The behavior of incharge was also not good. It is my humble request please check CCTV footage to know the behavior of employees with customers

Charged wrong amount
I was getting gas and the price was 4.49 and after I got done pumping my gas I get my receipt and they charged me 4.89. The owner said I hit the wrong button and got premium. I told him I did not I know what I hit. He wanted to argue with me and didn’t want to handle the situation. Please let me know what I can do about this. I would like for him to pull his records because the lady behind the counter said I pumped unleaded but he says different. This is no way to act when prices of gas is so much. I have attached a receipt.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back for the difference.
I’ve been denied service twice
First incident was on Wednesday May 18th 2022, I went into the Citgo gas station on 1259 Burnside ave. Me and a friend attempted to purchase Backwoods cigars. I was indecisive about what flavor I wanted and noticed the clerk/cashier was aggravated about having to put the original flavor Backwoods cigars back and exchanging them with the banana flavor Backwoods cigars. I then jokingly told the clerk/cashier “I know it’s frustrating but I’m a paying customer”. The clerk/cashier then told me very rudely “you could get out and go get them from the store down the street “. I quietly walked out and went to the store down the street.
2nd incident:
On Wednesday June 1 2022 I went back to the Citgo gas station as I have been a frequent customer for years that has had no problems there until I’ve dealt with these two clerk/cashiers.
Similar to the first incident me and a friend walked in the gas station. When he got to the counter to purchase his Backwoods cigars he asked me what flavor he should get I suggested the original. The clerk then asked for his and my ID which I was a little confused about but proceeded to show her my Drivers License as I was showing her another Citgo employee yelled from the back “you can get out and go down the street and purchase your items. I’m starting to feel like I’m being racially profiled I’m very confused.
Desired outcome: I would like to feel comfortable in a gas station I frequently visit because I have to go back.
Gas false price
Gas sign showed 4.19.9 a gallon for regular unleaded. So I pumped my gas got my receipt and seen I paid 4.29.9 a gallon. Rude and dented my door and parking
I'm at citco/pilot in Roxbury NJ, 2 guys came to my truck and banged enough to put a ding in my door. I ask what the heck and he proceeded to raise his voice saying I had to pay 20 or leave. At least 6 roof leaks when it rains and products are wet on the shelves including edible items. Many fuel pumps do not work and you often cannot pay at the pump. Feces on the wall in the bathroom and the scum and smell is horrendous. I have lived here 8 years and always travel to go to a different store when this store is across the street. The list is really so much longer.

I went in to buy a beer and was carded. I said I have it in my car I can get it but I do come here every day and buy tobacco. At this point I left my card at the counter and went out to my car to grab my ID. As I walked away the employee mumbled loudly "I don't care" When I came back in the employee was busy with a other customer so I went to the other cashier. As I reached for my credit card Matt grabbed it from me. At this point I said "don't touch my credit card" Matt's response was "you're an [censored]. I carded you because you look 12" at that point I called him a fat useless [censored]. To which the employee said he would crush me. I responded with "only if you sat on me" I purchased my beer and the other employee had to tell him to stop. As I left a called him an [censored]. When I got home I called the store and Matt picked up. I asked for either a manager or corporates number. He said there's no managers and I don't have the contact info. I again asked for one or the other. To which he set the phone down and said to the other cashier "it's that Sally from a little bit ago" they refused to provide me with any corporate information and refused to put me in contact with a manager. At that point I hung up and went to this page.
Desired outcome: I don't think a person physically threatening customers should be employed. There was no professionalism and he never stopped being derogatory.
Smoking
I was getting gas at one of your gas station and I was moving out of the way for one of your works to change the price and then told me that I can't leave the pump unattended, but I know that the problem was when she was standing by the front door of the store smoking a cigarette.

All workplaces, large and small, must now be smoke and vape free. Large employers are no longer allowed to designate smoking rooms.
Smoking or vaping within 25-feet of any doorway, operable window, or air intake vent is now prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any a hotel, motel, or similar lodging, or in any area of a correctional facility or halfway house.

I attempted to use my Citgo card today and was declined because of a miss payment from a statement I never recieved. I sent a payment online app but it had not posted to my account. This left me in compromised position with the only means of gas was my citgo card. The payment was 11 days late and they shut down my card. I will never use this card again. It will collect dust for sure
