Good morning, I have communicated with you through WhatsApp, wanting an honest and professional response from you, but the only thing I receive from you is to let me see and without any unprofessional response from an international shipping company, 15 days ago. He made a payment of 1900 usd to make me deliver a shipment that was made to me through you and the last response I got was that it probably arrived 8 days ago and your shipment will be delivered soon.
Then I need to know how many days I would have to deliver my package because to be paid for the shipment until they threatened me then I make a claim when my delivery arrives or I have to go to the authorities with my payment support because at the beginning it was 1200 USD so that they would send it to Colombia and then 1900 USD or else they would report me in the duanas.
I have paid you 3, 100 dollars to avoid problems and they will deliver the shipment to me as soon as possible. I need a quick response from you or I will report it to the author and they will make the refund of the money I have paid you.

Cimb bank has courier my card through city link on 11/06/2019, and until now I still not received the card that suppose courier to my home address at Taman Kosas Ampang. I have call your officer to check it! And I keep calling city link office number but nobody pick up the call. How come your service and delivery was so bad! I need my card for urgent purpose! I'm supposed to go to oversea by this week! I lost the big opportunity because of city link bad services! Very disappointed! The company is headed by the undersigned together with a team of Engineers with 15-28 years experience in Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Indian and Malaysian Fossil Fuel Fired Power Plants.
We wanted to participate in a tender from TNB Manjung Power Plant (Tender No. TNBJ/SJM/168/2018) as we are a registered TNB Vendor having experience in the job for which tender was floated by TNB Manjung.
1.0 The subject tender was purchased for RM250.00 on 20.9.18.( Receipt attached)
2.0 The tender required a site visit on 20.9.2018 and it was attended by the undersigned and our contractor by traveling from Johor Bahru and from Seremban respectively.
3.0 We sent the completed tender on 24.9.18 through Citylink Express Courier with a clear note on the Consignment Note " Tender Inside - It must be delivered on or before 26.9.18 @ 12pm .( Consignment Note Attached)
4.0 While handing over the document at Citylink Express office, Masai on 24.9.18 (morning) the criticality of sending within the date/time was verbally informed also.
5.0 We were closely tracking the shipment as the tender value is RM1Million + and it was very prestigious tender to win.
6.0 We were very sure and confident in winning the tender as we have already won two big value tenders from TNB Manjung and we have been a very successful supplier/contractor with no issue with TNB Manjung.
7.0 On 25.9.18 at 9.10am it reached Sitiawan, as per on line tracking. We could not get any further update in the on line tracking (Tracking at different time is attached) until 9.04pm on 25.9.18.
8.0 So, on 25.9.18 we kept calling customer care line, Citylink office Sitiawan where we got a reply that the tracking system was offline and can not get the status.
9.0 When we pushed further to know the status, Sitiawan office informed that due to weather condition it could not be delivered in 25.9.18, but it will be delivered on 26.9.18.
10.0 However, it was not delivered until 10.00am on 26.9.18. When we asked for the reason what is the difficulty in delivering the item in TNB Manjung which is just 15km away, the lady staff said there was no delivery boy.
11.0 We chased them so closely and the person in charge in Sitiawan Citylink Express assured me (when I spoke to him at 10.10am) that they will deliver before 12.00pm by sending the boy immediately.
12.0 Thus we concluded that the tender had been delivered promptly before 12.00pm on 26.9.18.
13.0 However, today (9.10.18) when we called the TNB Manjung tender department to know the status of the tender, Mr.Amin /Tender department confirmed that tender under evaluation, but, our company name was not in the list of participants.
14.0 When we asked him why it was not in the list, he informed that the tender was not delivered in time i.e 12.00pm.
15.0 We asked to send the photo of the tender document package with the time stamp on it. It was sent to us with the time stamp as 3.40pm @ 26.9.18.(Photos attached)
16.0 We crosschecked the on line tracking and the time of delivery was 3.40pm @ 26.9.18 only. ( Tracking record attached)
17.0 We are deeply shocked and saddened by the betrayal and insensitivity of Citylink Express.
18.0 Citylink Express claiming themselves as South East Asia's largest courier service, could not deliver an important shipment despite with a clearly written note and so many phone calls and that too keeping the shipment with them for more than 24 hours by not delivering at a place which is just 15km away.
19.0 Due to their betrayal and insensitivity, we have lost a great opportunity to win the RM1Million Tender and we request MCMC to take serious action and instruct Citylink Express to pay us the maximum compensation of RM25000.00 and also cancel their license for a minimum of One year. After having done such a betrayal, Citylink Express should not be left unpunished.
20.0 When we explained about Citilink to TNB Manjung, they said many suppliers/contractors have lodged same complaint about Citilink.
This complaint must spread to as many people as possible and noted by MCMC of Malaysia, to sincerely consider the pain and losses of many victims of Citilink and take a serious action so that they won't go scot free after inflicting damages and pain to many victims like us for so many years.

The day began with empty mail box and I was at home the whole day expecting delivery from city-link. About mid-afternoon, I went to check my mail box and found a notification/collection card left by city-link. I didn't hear anyone came, called or horned. But there it was, the freaking card. So I called up the branch that was stated on the card to see if my item is already at that branch ready for collection. She said yes and I said ok I come to collect now. When I reached there, she told me that the item wasn't there because the driver had attempted second delivery. WTF? Didn't I told her I was on the way to collect? Fine, I went home immediately to wait for the second attempt to arrive. When I got home, mail box was empty. I went inside my house, and continued waiting for my item, no TV, no radio, nothing, my ears 100% focusing on any sound around my house. Couple hours passed, curious, I went to check on my mail box again. A second card! Now I know for sure the driver did not call or horn or anything! His purpose was just to drop the freaking card?! So I called up again. The same lady told me that the item will be back to the branch around 7pm, and said she would call me when the item is back. So I waited for her call. She called around 6:30pm and I went to collect, again. When I reached there, guess what. The item was still not there, and the driver still was not back yet. WTF! The lady who called me also not there, already off duty. So I asked for help from other staffs who were still there and one of them helped me contacted the driver. The driver said he would be back around 8pm so I stayed there waited. Finally, he was back with my item, around 9:10pm.

I have a called from citylink express driver, said that I 'he parcel going to deliver, I've mentioned on the shipping form delivery after 2pm, and they used to deliver sucecess for a few times the Citylink that's the reson I use this express, I thought it's cheap & fast, but the this citylink driver said not possible to deliver after 2pm, then I request to delver after 2pm by tomorrow, he said he can't, then I said I'll discuss to citylink office, after that I did my first call to citylink said that your driver called me just now, then the lady is very rudely stop my word said which driver! We have a lot of driver! Then I answer that I don't know his name and I havn finish my words, she rudely hang up my phone! then I called again she didn't pick up the phone, I keep calling she answered the phone that morning citylink! I just want to said I wanna arrange my parcel deliver time, then she acted can't heard me, keep saying MORING CITYLINK! and I heard someone is laughing on that side very loudly! Then I've no idea what to do just hang up the phone.
This is what happened to me on this morning! It's really piss off to me! I don't understand how come they have such bad & rude sevice and how can they exist to now! I 'll never ever use CITYLINK EXPRESS any more!

worst courier service
By far the worst ever courier service . Totally irresponsible. Rude service staffs in Malaysia and also in Singapore . They can screw up a simple delivery and then get DHL to help send the items but providing a bogus acct no . Worst is no one is aware of what 's happening until we track it to DHL and find out about the discrepancy . Even after numerous calls to get them to contact DHL, they still didn't do it .
My company has to ask DHL to bill us directly so that the items can be delivered.
My advice is - don't use them, they will screw u up big time .

Ordered two bags from qoo10. And the seller used city link express. I had no issues with city link express as normally the delivery man will call me and if I am not at home, he will check with me where to place the items which will not be stolen.
But this time, I was having meeting on 21/5 and I received a few calls. I was not able to pick up the calls. Then I think the call should be from city link delivery man. So I waited for a few more days hoping the delivery man will call agin. Unfortunately there was not a single call from the delivery man or the company.
I check the website to check on the delivery status and was surprised that the item was stated 'delivered' on city link express tracking system. I quickly called the company and the fxxking lady super damn ya ya, told me to call back and look for chris or suria. I called again in the late afternoon and again this lady pick up the call. She then said she will get either suria or chris to return my call. I waited and waited and waited, no calls from either of them. I called again. And I am super 'suay', the same lady pick up the call and I told her that neither chris nor suria had returned my calls. She said : "that is none of my business. They will call you when they are happy to call!". I regretted that I didnt get the lady's name.
I waited another 5 to 10 days... No calls from city link express.
I think I will try to search for the email address of the ceo and write to the ceo. If no answer from the ceo, I will publish on the best networking site - facebook!

inbound parcel delivery
One of the worst delivery company i've come across.
The actual hq is in malaysia, in singapore, it's just a distribution to 3rd parties deliveries.
3rd party delivery without notification of any sort, thus missed.
3rd party called me and was extremely rude that why I wasn't home to wait, expecting me to wait 24/7 no knowing which day or time.
Called city link express at least 30 times, with only one successful answered but staff was extremely unhelpful.
Refused to follow up and claimed that item dispatch to 3rd party, so it's not their responsibility any more!
But they were the official shipper for my parcel from china.
After much hassle, only gave me hp for 3rd party delivery.
And as expected, refused to answer or reply my text requesting for time & date for delivery!
It's being 5 days since and still unable to track or trace my parcel.
This is one experience that I hopes that whoever reads this complain, remember this company.

This is the worst courier. Cause when I checked my parcel on their website it's say your address are invalid. Then I called the customer services and they say the sender don't know my address. If they don't know my address WHY they don't contact me. The parcel have my phone number. The sender are LAZY to send my parcel and contact me. 1. On 20th Jan, our documents collect by your Nilai Branch for Docket ref: [protected] and only reach customer on 23th Jan at about 3:30pm.
Reason was given due to Heavy Rain in Nilai which we check there is no rain on that particular day. Fyi, Our office location not far from Nilai.
2. On 27th Jan, our documents collect by your Nilai Branch for Docket ref: [protected] for delivery to our customer in Shah Alam.
However documents was delivery to your Klang branch by mistake but until today dated 28th Jan our documents still not reach to our customer.
3. Difficulties to get through your Nilai branch office contact no : [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and your main line 03-[protected] . Your phone line engage at all time
Please look into this matter seriously and revert your comments with corrective action to prevent your service failure not happen again infuture.
I am really disappointed and furious with this company. This is not the first time. I always email and asked about the courier update previously, but nobody keen to respond and reply.
5th August I sent information to their staff. She called me, asking me to arrange an earlier time for pick up. She did mention 6th August BUT I told her my pen needs logo printing and can only finish printing by 8th August.
I arrange to pick up at 2.30pm, she even told me pick up service will close at 3pm, left with 30min, they might not pick up on that day. She even say if it can be in the morning will be good. So I pay extra urgent fees to my supplier by asking them to complete by Friday morning. She even asked me if morning, my courier can reach on 9th August (Saturday). I asked her are you working this Saturday? She say half day, but I say it's public holiday. She asked me am I working on Saturday as well, I told her I can be in the office if she needs me to.
This morning I happily email her an updated timing which I switched to 11am, asking her can it reach on 11th August. She say earliest is on 12th August! She even answered me "I DIDN'T CALL YOU YESTERDAY!" I would like to ask, Is this the way they serve their clients? Is this the way they answer their client by pushing away all the responsibilities and promises? If you really cannot do it, just tell me directly yesterday ; by wasting my time pleasing my supplier to rush for me and wasting my money by paying OT/URGENT fees to rush my pen. I told Ms.JULIE more than once that my pen cannot be completed today, why is she still asking me to arrange pick up service today?Is there something wrong with her understanding? If I can arrange earlier pick up service, why wouldn't I arrange? STUPID COMPANY!
I ordered on DHGate and delivery via JCEX. Tracking stated that shipping received 2 days ago! And I've been home for past 2 days. I emailed JCEX and they gave me Citylink contact. The phone rings and someone picks up the phone and SLAMS IT DOWN without answering 3x! How ridiculous! You can't set up some form of phone system?! I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they only start work at 10am and try calling again in 5 mins ...

I totally agree. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. Never use citylink express. I came across so many websites criticising this company. Did not deliver my parcel as promised and it is impossible to get through to them. It is very much like they literally go missing. What kind of service is this? No calls, no updates when parcel did not arrive. I think they simply do not care. Citylink Express Singapore just cannot be trusted.
Someone in the same industry should be able to pick up all the lost customers of Citylinkexpress
. The reason that they are still in business with such bad reputation
must clearly point to the fact they must have something that some people
still need. But personally, I have to agree that it is not a well run
company, and that is precisely why it had such bad service. No one cares
about the customers because there is just no one to complain to ( you
can try). You can complain all you want but nothing will be done. You
can leave all the messages, you can be promised that they will get back
to you ( and take down your number ), but 1 week later and you will
still be waiting. You can try to contact the manager...haha...he is
just as bad or doesn't exist. If you have a choice...use someone else.If
you have high blood pressure or heart problem, do not attempt to call
them over the phone. It will surely give you an attack.I have to go
into a state of meditation before I try to call them for a pick up.
Sometimes I do suspect they may just be under staffs, but over time I
am convinced that it is more lack of supervision. The drivers and
delivery personnel are not really the problem, the hotline
staffs I think are way below par industry wise. The bosses of this
company is sleeping...so it is no wonder the staffs are also sleeping.

I'm unsure if i'm sending the email to the concerned authority however this is very critical. I've been receiving many fake emails from various places (namely city link couriers, microsoft, etc) claiming that i've won funds worth 1 million pounds in some kind of lottery, one of which I believed. They asked me to pay some bills and taxes first to get the money. I did all that however when I doubted the person who also kept calling me, I found that his actual identity was all a scam that I was enveloped with. I know what i've lost I won't be recovered but just thought of letting you all know that these emals are also affecting other people and helping those scamsters win who also are enjoying to malign great companies' names. I'm drop my important documents to be sent to Tampoi johor from mersing since 04/01/2023, but until now 11/01/2023 still not delivered.
