my parcel was never delivered or got lost
Hello this i shiped my parcel with you BEKE-[protected] 1 UPS SAVER #1Z39E4180438207851...when tracking it and writting many emails the parcel was never delivered ups said it decleared abandoned and the G4S in kenya inquired for prove that is a gift i was sending to my mother in law and the tablet and the phone included in the toys were actually mine and old and there wasnt bussines taking place after all the prove was given i also wrote a mail and afterwards no response thats how i lost my shipment.both me and the reciver tried reaching out but all our efforts never paid i dont know whom to contact since ups said they cant do anything,thank you for your assistance

I contracted the delivery of 3 boxes from Spain to UK for a price of 130, but after paying they requested additional 360 in case taxes were needed. 20 days after picking the boxes these were returned to the sender without any notice from ParcelABC, I requested reimbursement of the money and still waiting when this will happen.
During all the process the lack of information provided by ParcelABC has been really frustating, even when I have requested information this was not accurate.

Courier service and then demands for money and threats to damage the credit rating of our company
Beware of this company!
I placed a contract for them to deliver a flexible bath panel from Croatia to Ireland and the cost was €198. The panel was delivered later than the quoted date, but that is not the worst of it.
Then I started receiving emails from ParcelABC claiming that the price should not have been €198 and should have been €640.
They claimed because the panel was not exactly rectangular that they were re-calculating the price.
I provided them photos showing that the dimensions of the parcel I had provided were correct. They refused to send me any evidence showing the size of the parcel they are claiming for and said that their transport provided does not make mistakes. Then they began sending me emails from their lawyer saying they would report my business as committing fraud which would damage the credit rating of our company… unless I paid the extra money. This company judging from reviews used to be good up until 2022. But in the past few months, they are receiving many many bad reviews.
They have now sent me an email claiming that I now owe them over €900.
Beware… this company is not to be trusted.

Courrier service
I chose this company to pick up a parcel at the Barcelona airport and have it delivered to Canada and paid the full amount upfront. However they fail to pick up the parcel and not only I risk losing my parcel but they want to charge me 25% and refund me only 75% of the money paid for administrative tax. The service has been so bad and I had to write to them multiple times to get an update and they were not even able to pay for such an update

Witholding my customs duty tax fee- Should be refundable as it wasn't charged.
This is regarding order: ESGB-[protected]. These packages were delivered on the 13th December 2022.
These packages were not charged any customs duty taxes. I had also applied for 'transfer of residence tax relief' application with the HM Revenue & Customs which was approved.
Before ParcelABC would provide the postage labels and collect the packages, they told me I had to pay a fee of 35 Euros Customs duty tax in advance and that it would be refundable within 21 days of the packages delevered if no tax will be charged.
I have been messaging ParcelABC and I have been told again and again that I will be 'informed on the refund shortly' I have been very patient and I want this sorted ASAP. It has been 2 months. There is no reason for my money to be held this long.

I paid for the courier service on 10th Jan and requested collection on 11th Jan upon confirmation but your staff didn't turn up. I rearranged another collection time today with your staff Monika's confirmation but again your staff didn't turn up. I will escalate this complaint to your consumer council in your country and ask for compensation for any loss caused by the delay of this courier.

Shipping a bag ESTR-[protected]
I sent a bag for travelling with basically clothes and suncreams from Spain to Turkey in June 2022
When we were tracking the bag, after 3 weeks aparently the bag was in Istanbul. We were calling there but they said they didn't have the parcel. I sent a lot of emails to the person in charge of my shipping and they kept saying this: "The Local Customs Office informed that the Importer has still not provided the documents necessary for customs clearance. The shipper should contact the receiver and ask them to contact their local UPS office for document delivery."
But they never said what documents - shouldn't have told us before that we needed some extra documents? They never helped with that. In Istanbul they kept saying they didn't have the bag. After almost 1 month, they said that the bag was returned to Poland (?) Why not Spain, the origin country?
After that, I asked if they could send it back to Spain.
They made me go to a Notary to make a power of attorney, I payed for everything. I sent the documents.
Yesterday I received an email in Turkish saying that the document I sent was incorrect and I have to do another one. Which makes no sense if the bag is in Poland.
Desired outcome: I WANT TO HAVE MY BAG BACK AFTER 6 MONTHS, NO HELP AT ALL, LOT OF MONEY LOST

This is a long review. But I want to be thorough and provide a warning to anyone considering using Parcel ABC as a potential shipping service.

While Parcel ABC seemingly provides attractive rates for overseas shipping, if anything outside of the ordinary happens, they will cancel the shipment, not provide refund options until requested and will charge a 25% administration fee for any issued refunds.
I was looking to ship a used laptop from Canada to Australia, and after taking my payment and scheduling pick-up by the shipper, I was abruptly notified that my shipment is a “forbidden” item and the shipment was cancelled outright.
It turns out that it is not forbidden to ship the used laptop overseas, because it was accomplished using exactly the same details provided to a major carrier.
In the meantime, after cancellation of the shipment, there was no direct contact from Parcel ABC to offer a refund.
When I did contact the company to request a refund, I was told that I could get a credit toward a future shipment or a refund with a 25% administration fee.
I made the argument that I wasn’t the one who cancelled the order (they did) and that 25% appeared to be excessive, especially considering the circumstances.

There is nothing in the Terms and Conditions regarding used electronic equipment, and while I did not make the direct connection regarding lithium batteries, they would ship lithium batteries for a new laptop. It’s beyond my own personal pay grade to understand the details.
I asked the company through their “customer service” the following (twice):
“So that I am clear, as a company, your customer service approach is that if the customer has a misunderstanding about your services, you do not a) automatically offer a way of returning the paid fee to the customer after your company has cancelled the order, b) not offer any further solutions or recommendations and c) blame fault unequivocally to the customer and not offer or consider any other ways to assist the customer in a satisfactory experience.
I would appreciate your response.”
Their response:
“Please note that refund rules were presented to you in Terms and conditions which you accepted before you proceeded with the order. Our company is basing the business arround (sic) booking the remaining space in the trucks. That is why we can offer such good rates. We book a space automatically in the truck, when the client makes an order, so when the client cancels, we cannot obtain a refund from this booking. Sadly this is how our business works. That is why 25 % administration fee is necessary. We would quickly go bankrupt if not for this fee, as every cancellation we would have to pay on our own.”
(I never suggested there shouldn’t be an administration fee, but did question the excessiveness of 25%)
In conclusion, Parcel ABC will not directly answer any questions should it be outside of their templated answers and also, they will charge the 25% administration fee regardless of what the reason may be and that they will charge 25% on any insurance costs paid, as well.
Fair weather company, but not dedicated to helping and working with customers to reach a satisfactory compromise and resolution to customer service issues.

If you insist to send parcel thru ParcelABC, make sure of basic logistic knowledge by your own, otherwise it will be going to be nightmare.
Do not expect you are able to contact for any help by email or live chat... by phone never got thru...
It made me desperate when I was told my boxes were not able to send from Italy to UK even though I did follow all steps and procedures what they did request me to do that the agency UPS returned my boxes to Italy after a month from placed order. During the process, I am the one contacted UPS directly since ParcelABC did useless just keep telling me waiting and waiting but nothing done. They did not even know what EORI (paper import to UK) is ... what a courier company! Mama mia!
Finally, they did return me 50% from my full payment, I was told to deduct 50% for their administrative fee... what a fraud!

Good morning, my parcel numbered NLES-[protected] should have arrived in the past weeks. However, i havent received any notice about its location and whereabout. I contacted the business last week to let them know the situation. I am extrémelly concerned. I sent several pictures in order for you to find the parcel. As i havent heard from you, Im writting again to formally complain on the following basis: -that i have a contractual obligation with parcel abc and ups, to the extent that my parcel had to be picked up from Maastricht and delivered in Spain. -that the price was paid up to the amount of 57€, thereof, the contractual obligation of the consumer was fulfilled. -that the service was not performed, as no delivery has been Made. Thereof, the other part has breached the contract. -as the result of the loss, as the company does not know its location (as stated in several emails). Refund after two month always pending!
In February 2022 I make an order for a shipment from Brazil to Switzerland. The boxes couldn't be delivered because of duty issues in Brazil.
So the order was cancelled and the boxes returned in Rio de Janeiro. UPS confirmed me, that they had already informed and returned the invoice to ParcelABC for the refund.
I informed also ParcelABC per message. They told me, that they had to wait up to 20 days to refund the amount I payed (ca. EUR 1400).
Now, two montha after that, I'm still waiting of the refund. They promised me two times already (the last time on 25.05.2022) they would proceed to the refund. Today I received anotther message, that I have to wait other 2 weeks.
This situation is during since more than 2 Month and no refund was made until today!
I'm really angry about this situation, cause it's a lot of money (EUR 1400) an this is really prejudicating my wife's business.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back !

Courier service from Barcelona-Spain to Santiago-Chile
Last Feb 8th 2022 I paid 113,43 Eur in advance for the courier service. On the same day, after paying and providing all the requested information I was asked for for additional documents. Then, being impossible for me to work on that request, on the same day I sent an email asking for cancelling the service and the refund of 113,43 Eur. They did not follow my request and the package was later picked up, and also not complying with the condition : "El colector se rehusará a recoger tu envío si no tienes la documentación correcta lista."
After many emails, on Feb 22nd they decided to return the package and on March 23rd they also charged me 77.87 EUR. Moreover, until today April 12, the packaged has still not be received back.

Shipping of family personal effects from Indonesia to UK
I selected Parcel ABC to ship my late brothers personal effects from Indonesia to the UK. I submitted one order - Ref IDGB668040921. As I subsequently needed to amend the value of the shipment, I had to cancel this order and the payment was refunded to my e-wallet. I submitted and paid for a second order - Ref IDGB409215052 £423.68. Parcel ABC then asked for an additional payment to cover customs clearance? £48.53 which again I paid. I was then asked for a further additional payment of £88 with no explanation. As I had lost all confidence in Parcel ABC, I cancelled the order and was promised a full refund. My payments were made on the 24th & 27th January 2022 and as of today, 2nd March 2022, I have not received any refund. I'm in continual correspondence with Parcel ABC over the matter without success. One response to my Trust Pilot review (The only one I've ever written!) states that I have confirmed receipt of the refund, which I obviously haven't. I will continue to fight them over this, but will never use Parcel ABC again and I urge everyone else not to either.

I was asked a shipping instruction, by a certain date, to Monica in the team ABC, and she advised an option of parcel ABC disposing the package or returning to sender, if not replied to her by that date, where I already advised the team in Greece of UPS to return to sender..! is that a threat or what? as if I will not reply by a certain date a simple shipping instruction. can they reruite to the USA where I ordered the package from? otherwise return to my brother. as I suggested to Monica. what is the shipping instruction then? and why is the option of disposal? you know I can sew Monica for what she dared to say as that option? I'm waiting for that parcel to get back to sender to get my money back when sent back to America! this is $2000... ! if Monica dares to dispose, I WANT $2000 from her!
Lost my package - no response from service
A package has not been delivered and has apparently been lost. At ParcelABC it is listed as delivered.
Support from ParcelABC simply does not respond to multiple emails.
It is not possible to start an investigation directly with the carrier, because apparently if you use ParcelABC service, you are not considered the sender.
Not recommended for valuable goods and shipments.
