very poor customer service - nobody can change/reschedule your flights
I have been calling cleartrip customer service for so many times to change my flights and after being put on hold for a very long time, the CSR will always say that there is a problem with their server and they will call back but nobody every did! How many times do I need to make an international call to change my flight bookings and I am running out of time! Someone please call me back and resolve this issue as soon as possible. payment not received for jet airway
I had booked a Jet airways ticket on 01.09.2018 and and my ticket was cancelled by the airlines due to there personal reasons. I am chasing for my refund since past 9 months but till now i haven't received any refund. every single time i call customer care they give me next months date to follow up.I need my money back for the trip ID-[protected] at earliest.

I had booked a spicejet ticket on 11.07.2019 and my icici bank a/c was debited with rs 2368-00 towards payment. but I have not received the ticket till now. I called your customer no. and the automated answering system was asking for my booking id, which I did not have. pl note full booking details : flight spicejet sg3744 ixe to blr dep 9.35 pm. travel date 20.07.2019. passenger : narasimha pai kulyadi mail id : [protected]@gmail.com. ph no [protected]. booking date and payment on 11.07.2019. so I contacted the spicejet customer care and they have confirmed that there is no booking with above details. I thank them for booking the ticket afresh.
now I request you to refund rs 2368-00 and credit the same to icici bank a/c from which it was originated. hope for your swift action.

Booking done on 29/06/19. Money transferred to cleartrip. Booking was successful and tickets in 5 hours i read on screen... Then after 5 hours, booking failed due to some airline problem i was told. Money will be refunded in 3 to 4 days which later changed to 3 to 4 working days and today to 5 to 7 working days... Why your customer care is careless i. Changing goal post to cover up cleartrip delays. Your system appears fully geared up to cover flaws in refunds. How do i communicate to ceo of clear trip so that he knows fraud.
visa 75 coupon not issued after booking the ticket

While booking the ticket on cleartrip website from Hyderabad to Dubai and Dubai to Vijayawada and they offered a code for VISA75, uponentering they will issue a coupon for 75 AED amount which can be redeemed while applying for UAE VISA, and I entered the same but did not get the AED75 voucher which can be used to apply the VISA. I called customer care multiple times requesting them to issue at the earliest so that I can apply the VISA as travel date is approaching, but they keep on telling that i will get in next 24hrs. Nothing has happened.
Now its over one month, still nothing received.
When I called to their customer care at +97148 754545, spoke with Nikhat on 26th June and received feedback as, they will get back to me in next 48 hrs.. This activity is continued from the day when I booked the tickets
Hence, I would like to file a compliant against cleartrip and want get penalty for cheating me and troubling alot without issuing the voucher on time.
They should pay penalty for the stress what they gave to me in this regard.
Today called to the support +[protected] on 30th June 09:40 AM and
spoke with Disha and she confirmed that the case is still pending no
feedback to provided further.
When I asked to connect the call to the Escalation manager, she put
the call on hold for around 10 min and after that connected to the
floor supervisor by name Payal (whose manager is Yasin Shaik)
Payal acknowledged that the coupons were not issued for both the trips
and also their team member Apoorva escalated the case, still there is
no feedback received from the back end team.
Payal promised to look into the issue and get back to me within 24
hours with appropriate resolution as issuing VISA coupon now is
useless for me.

i have booked the attached ticket on 16 June 2019 for travel from Jakarta to New Delhi on 10 July 2019.
while booking the ticket it was showing the same is refundable.
now i have to cancel the ticket and your customer care executive first confirmed that the ticket is refundable and after putting me on hold for 7 mins mentioned that it is non-refundable. Also, there is no where mentioned in the ticket that the same is non-refundable.
This is just an unfair trade practice. the clear trip can not fool people first by mentioning that the ticket is refundable and then after booking, they change the same to non-refundable.
Would appreciate please cancel the attached ticket and process my refund within 24 hours failing which i will file the case in consumer court (copied on the email).
Further, while reviewing the comments from other customers, i think it is a custom for cleartrip first to show that the ticket is refundable and post booking, it becomes non-refundable.

This is utter shame on cleartrip that after promising the much delayed refund amt date 27th May. Still refund is not processed .upon continue follow up with customer care the experience became more worst and looks open fraud as each CSR provide his wishful delay reason.
Been calling almost daily since 26th may requesting to speak to customer care manager the CSR make hold call for 8 to 10 mins to say he is not available but promise to arrange call in next 2 hour which never happen.
If customer change the flight date then customer has to pay difference with penalties..but now clear trip keep giving false commitment with new much delay date then why they shouldn't pay for this?
Such disgusting experience is not acceptable with all false promises on the recorded lines n mails .
Looking forward for refund at the earliest.

While booking a flight from Mumbai to Delhi on 29th May, my cc was charged 4037 INR and the booking confirmation did not flash! Now there is no way I can find to contact them as the customer care number IVR asked for trip ID which I don't have and even when posting a query on their site .. they are asking for a booking ID. This is ridiculous.. they have not shared any direct number or email ID where we can contact them!

Hi i booked through an agent who cheated and faked my ticket he was using cleartrip.
I am trying to know if someone can help me to get maximum information and listen out about it.
I booked a ticket on 19 feb 2019.
This is ticket was canclled on 2nd march.
And he recived a refund on 4th march.
I got all this infor.from cleart trip agent over the call when i shared him the trip id.
2nd a day before my flight as i was not aware about the cancelattion he msged me that their is a delay in flight for 48 hours and i told him that i am looking to leave to india from canada early as i dont even have vacation for not even a month, please look for wht best can be done. He came put with a solution and he booked a ticket a bit early on date and i again transfered him the money as he told me tht previous one will be refunded in a 10 days and also as its more the 48 hours of delay the airlines will refund 100$ per ticket.
After 25 days when i was upset about refund i called cleartrip agent and i got to knoe about the 1st ticket was refunded.
In the mean while.when i reached airport with my wife. They told we dont have our names on flight and realized the ticket which we recived is a fake ticket.its only one way amd the round trip is fake.
After that we bought a ticket for $4000.
Immediately and came back.
Still trying to get him but no details we have recived from him.
We do have the ticket clear trip id everything.
Please help me what should be done.

I had a booking in with the ref id [protected], it is a round trip from kochi abudhabi and the partly used. Return ticket date is supposed to be 11th April2019.
Since i need to change the date to 10th April, i send a mail dated 05/04/2019.
Aslo i contacted the call center to confirm the receipt of the email and to avoid any delay.
on 5th April 10.19 PM i talked to one amazing cleartripper all the way from Mexico and he assured that he will send a email with the amount to the registered email and over the phone i gave the email and he confirm the email ID.
Also i inform that i send a detailed email to support.dubai@cleartrip.com. He told that they have no visibility to that but he will reply.. since there was no reply and the change date is unavoidable, i book a separate ticket for 10th.
once i reach abudhabi on 8th 930 Pm i called cleartripper and spoke 15 mints not sure he was attending my call. i could hear all hindi discussions and even someone singing. I am sure it is not going to take cleartrip any further.
Again i called to ask where to send a complaint as i was terribly upset, the new cleartripper told to send cleartip.com :-)
As there was no response on time from the agents, on the change date request, i paid a big amount to book a new ticket, also 15 mints call from mexico cost me a fortune.
I am expecting a reasonable compensation from cleartrip.

I took air ticket from clear trip on 17th Sep 2018, ticket numbers are 0652685938400/405/410/411, after one month airlines rescheduled my 4nos of ticket, that I was not comfortable to travel with my family, finally again reissued ticket without my wife ticket, so I complainant to airlines they are agreed full refund with box mail confirmation, total amount AED 3, 736, then I am received 1428 aed only, there after I called to clear trip many times regarding remaining amount but they are not giving a proper answer, so finally again am approaching to the air lines to get my remaining refund amount as soon as possible.

ID [protected]. Our Air India flight from Udaipur to Mumbai 16th Feb cancelled so had to book with another airline in order to make the British Airways flight to London. Cleartrip promised refund for cancelled flight and kept insisting this had been paid when it had not. Many phone calls and emails but no refund received. Back and forth and many expensive phone calls from the UK to India and this problem STILL NOT RESOLVED

Myself and family had booked a return flight from Abudhabi to kochi with first departure on 24 Dec 2018 and second leg, the return on 10 jan 2019.We did travel on the first leg of the eturn journey changed.
We have subsequently cancelled the return journey by contacting the customer center.
Received an email confirmation but since 31 Dec, no further information on the case.
Cleartrip website/ mobile app buggy product
Today I was booking flights from BoM to DEL round trip for my family (5 members). To my surprise it first displays 29k on the main window where it displays flight information. The moment you go to Book flights it's showing 15K for 5adults. I was assured that it was a bug on their application.
More useless is the customer care numbers, you cannot talk to the support guys until you have a ticket ID. Finally I dropped a mail to them with the screenshot.
However a similar situation had been to me while I was booking flights for Bali, one of the site was showing half the price compared to other sites. We often fall in trap and get lured. I too went for it n booked the flights. Later after a week the rest of the amount got deducted from my debit card. It was a shocking experience, I got an apology mail from the company saying it was a fault on price.
Now a days it's so difficult to trust these sites and no wonder if someone is unaware of such bugs on apps they will definitely go for a loss.
Advice - hire good developers for your site !
It is a fraudolent company.
They have got my e-mail and my account No. of my Credit card. Then they have misuse it.
Because of them I have to block my account and my credit card.

We have booked a flght from cleartrip trip ID [protected] from Trivendrum to New Delhi for 21st Dec.2018.
They mentioned the departure of flght from Terminal No, 2 whereas it was actually from Terminal No, 1, which is approx 6 K.M.
We have left our taxi and to hire otherone and have to pay him Rs. 2000/- in emeregency apart from mental harassment.
Secondly they have mentoned it a direct flight but it landed at kochhi and stayed there for more than two hours thereby keeping us harrassed and illegal confinment.
we have to reach Delhi at 22.55 whereas we landed after 12.00 in mdnight,
I demand from cleartrip to rewfund the money which I paid within a weeks time otherwise I will be complelled to take legal recorse and cleartrip will be responsible to pay me this amount, amount for compensation for mental harrasment and expenses of legal action.

I booked a flight via cleartrip which is a return flight which goes through Toronto and requires a transit visa.
This ticket is deliberately mare non-refundable and cheap so that customers fall in the trap of purchasing a cheap ticket and miss the flight.
The Canadian VAC in New york is horrible and a huge number of people do not get a transit visa ...all thanks to the horrible and worst management of Canadian VAC.
The airline Air Canada then wouldn't allow people to pass through Canada as they don't have a transit visa.
And Cleartrip has a policy that if you miss the onboard flight, your return flight will get automatically cancelled. What kind of a joke is this?
There are several people who miss an onboard flight and want to take the return flight.
A ticket deliberately made non refundable which cannot be converted into a refundable ticket, which requires a transit visa via Canada and return flight gets automatically cancelled if missed the onboard flights clearly shows that they have a collaboration with Air canada airlines to dupe customers of their money.
I called the centre several times for a refund but they are reluctant to do anything about it and blame the customer. I won't stop at this and will complain to a higher authority for my refund.
stupid service and ignorance when requesting for refund
Let me start with the summary for the consumers who are reading this; I can only suggest booking your flights directly on airlines' website is a better idea.
Apparently in my case, I booked a domestic flight and even selected a meal on one of my flights. Only to find out that Cleartrip had charged me but the airline did not get the meal instructions from Cleartrip. In fact to make it more trackable, after completing the booking procedure on Cleartrip's website, I noticed the meal is not specified anywhere on the e-ticket meanwhile I know I had selected that option and I even remember the amount. So I chatted with cleartrip support and they confirmed over the chat that my meal is selected and it is on the system. I even pointed it out that its not mentioned on my e-ticket and I was assured not to worry as its there on the system.
Now comes the day of travel, I was told by the air hostess that I have not paid upfront for any meal. So now going back to the support person of Cleartrip on chat, Im told that I didn't pay for the meal and that support person who had confirmed initially on 1st chat, made a mistake by confirming multiple times that I had selected a meal. So that leaves me with one question - I know that I paid, and the support person confirmed I paid and it's on their system. So now when it's time for a refund Im told I am a liar. CLEARTRIP can go and stuff themselves! That was the last booking done on their website. No more cleartrip, makemytrip [censored] websites!
non refund of cancelled air ticket fares
Vide cleartrip trip id [protected] two tickets from del to hyd were booked in r/o manas and kaberi chatterjee in jet airways flight no 9w-643 of 10 dec 18. Cancellation of that flight of 10 dec 18 by jet airways was informed to me vide cleartrip email dated 20 oct 18 giving further advice to book fresh tickets. As per their advice, fresh tickets were booked from del to hyd in indigo flight no 6e 679 of 10 dec 18 from cleartrip site by paying again for the new tickets on 21 oct 18 vide cleartrip trip id [protected]. However, refunds for the jet airways flight tickets cancelled at cleartrip site on 20 oct are still awaited. Their confirmation mail dated 20 oct (1.52pm) relating to cancellation of trip id [protected] had mentioned that the refund would be transferred to my bank a/c in 5-7 working days. More than 26 days have already lapsed but i am yet to get back my refunded ticket fares. Since the jet airways flight was cancelled by the airline concerned, there cannot be any doubt about getting back full fare paid by me without any deduction. Request, please look into the case and expedite the refund. Regards.
