company
This company is absolutely fraudulent and I would recommend staying away from them at all times. Apparently I was signed up for their trial service which I never knew about. When I noticed due to a $40 charge that came out from my bank, I contacted them first and was able to get the charge refunded and my account closed out. Remind you, this was about 3-4 days ago when this happened. The refund posted to my bank account and all was well. At that point, I thought everything was all good. Nope. This morning, I got another charge of $40 and here I am, cancelling my debit card to prevent this company taking out unauthorized charges.
This company also goes under "SCRSHIN.COM" which shows up in the bank statements.
they are supposed to protect me from fraud! they have not done so in december 2017 and february 2018!!!
Fraud was committed against my bank account in December, 2017! I am still out $244.00 + since then! Then, in February, 2018, someone(s) attempted again, but My bank caught them this time! What am I paying Click Your Scores for? Definitely not their other services, which I have never used!
Plus, I cannot even cancel my Membership!

hard to cancel, no refunds
I called before my 7-day free trial was up and ATTEMPTED to cancel. I was overtalked by a female representative. I was under the impression I had canceled, it turns out I did not. I called them again after I noticed a $39 transaction in my account. I got another fast-talking representative, luckily I was able to cancel but when I asked for a refund I was hung up on.
membership scam
Don't do any business with them! First it seems like they ask you to pay only $1 BUT they will charge your card next week for 39.90! So you get an impression that first time using their services is 1 dollar and they never warn you about next week charge for membership and no way you can cancel it online. But when you call they will hang up on you if you ask for a refund. It never happened to me before, I was just shocked.

I signed up as a part of a promotion where there was a 7 day free trial and the offer clearly stated that you could call [protected] to cancel. A screenshot of that is attached. I called, and that number was disconnected. I looked at their Terms of Service (https://www.clickyourscores.com/cp5/info_terms.asp) and called the number listed there [protected]) and that one was disconnected. I then called the number listed in my welcome email [protected]) and that one was disconnected. They clearly are making it impossible to contact them and avoid the monthly charge.

They should have canceled my account when I called the first time.

credit monitoring services
I never authorized a monthly membership. I received an email from clickyourscores.com that something unusual appeared on my credit report. I clicked on a link that asked to update/verify my address and asked questions that only I would know the answer. I presumed my credit report was being updated, but it was actually obtaining information to open a membership. NOTE: I never received an email confirming a trial period or Membership costing $39.90/month.
*********************************
I view my credit report for free on Credit Karma. Why would I pay for these services?
*********************************
Called to have $39.90 reversed. Representative insisted I authorized charges and could not refund. Furthermore, they have NO DISPUTE DEPARTMENT to plead your case. I had to remedy this with my bank to reverse unauthorized charge.

I thought this was a free service, however when the $39.90 was charged, I called to get a refund. They out right refused a refund. Charged me an entire month of service but I only would have access to 3 days of services because I am canceling my services. This company is a scam. Contact you bank, reverse or stop payments. I sent an email canceling services in response to their email of what the charge would be. No where on the email does it state that you have to call in to cancel. This is a vulture company that steals money from people. They should be shut down.

cancellation of membership #id# [protected]
Hello,
I tired reaching customer service at [protected] and get nothing. I sent an email on Monday October 23 at 11:10 pm asking for my membership to be cancelled. I have yet to receive a response.CLICKYOURSCORES.COM does not work when you click on thier link. Can someone please reply back with a valid phone number or a receipt of cancellation!
Sincerely,
Nicola Hockingberry
I just spoke to someone at clickyourscores at [protected] and was able to cancel my membership. We will see when I get my next bank statement. I talked to a person named Kelly. She swears they are a real company, as I bluntly asked.
I just got an email from them with my full name saying there was setting odd on my credit report. It happened a few mins after I applied for a credit card too! I don't think I've heard of them! It said the incident happened in November though? It showed a customer # and everything, but when I clicked on the link it look like it was an ad for me to sign up for the service because it talked about a 7-Day free trial for a dollar and all that, but I did sign up for a free trial for something that I forgot to cancel and it came out of my account last month and I wrote it down to call and cancel but it was not a credit monitoring it was a background check thing. And it was $20 and not 40. so if I found out they're doing something because I had been checking my credit score because it is messed up bad and I filed sun complaints about a bunch of stuff on my credit report that's false. Names that I have never had States I've never lived in, jobs I've never had, ect! Pisses me off. My credit score is a very low 620, mostly because I don't owe any thing! 10 years ago I sold my house and moved back home because I have a disease that didn't allow me to keep working. I bought a new house with cash and I'm on disability. I do fine, financially. I live in about 23, 000 annually and I'm mortgage free oh, and I did have my car paid for but I had to buy a new one, and I bought a used one that was a Mitsubishi and my payments on that are 200 a month and I only owe two more payments. and it just has a hundred and forty thousand miles on it so it should be good for several more years. when you just have utilities and groceries and some medical bills that gives you plenty to have fun on LOL I live in a rural area where the cost of living is high, well too high. the part of the state I live in is the most expensive part of my state, but it's by far the best part of my state. I live in Arkansas. NW Arkansas, in the Ozarks is the best lots of $$$ in this area with Don Tyson and Sam Walton, to name a few. We're a lot more hip hehe. The state college is here too! Woo Pig Sooie! 🐖

clickyourscores billing/reps
This is an absolutely horrible company! I started service on September 5, 2017 and I cancelled that service the same day. I was then charged $40 several weeks later, when I called to complain the rep was not helpful and told me that although it was their mistake there was nothing she could do and eventually hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another rep who informed me the refund process was initiated and I would receive the refund in 3-5 days. A week later I called again because I still had not received the money, and the rep I spoke to said it was initiated but could actually take 3-10 days. He advised me to wait a few more days and call my bank. Now, almost 3 weeks from the charge date I call my bank who informs me there has been no refund sent so I call the customer service number again. Now the rep I spoke to said the refund was never even initiated and that there was nothing he could do. This company is a bunch of thieves and liars. I have worked customer service my entire life and have never received service as horrible as this. I will be posting my story on every site possible and will be reporting them as fraud to the BBB.

I got swindled in three days and it's a 7 day trial for one and two they said you visited the site we can't give money back. I was still on s trial and it just a scam. Credit carma is so much better and they don't rip you off.
If doing surveys stay away from this shaddy site. It will save you money and head ache.
See I'm trying to post about this to everyone and anyone who will listen.

the company/site
I was on a site that popped up that I have used several times before and never had problems and their add came up to check my scores for free. I would receive the new I Phone 8 from the site if I signed up for the clickyourcredit.com site so I did. Stupid me. Stupid me. I entered one card info and it told me that it was the wrong info so I double checked and checked my account again and yes there was money on the card but a low amount. They asked after everything had been filled out for us to pay 1.00 fee. Well it said FREE and I have prove of that but I figured well you know 1.00 for a I phone 8 is worth it. I would just have to cancel with in 7 days so they cant charge my card. So after checking the first cards info I entered another one that had a little more money on it. Stupid me stupid me. something happened. So stupid me stupid me gave them another card that had enough money in it to cover the 1.00 and a first month just in case that's what they were needing. So it worked or so I thought. It let me into their home page and asked me to sign in so I did with the user name and password that I created at the beginning of this nightmare and it said it was wrong. I looked for a way to email them but there inst a way and I'm not about to call them because if they have a "Secure site" that isn't a secure site then who knows what they have done to a phone call. A phone call wouldn't allow me to have the evidence that one may need to take these guys down. Next stop BBB, Then the site that referred me to them but so help me god if they stolen any info or money they will surely go down you see I am a victim of Identity theft already and have it noted on all three bureaus and I am on Disability
I was one day late I had forgotten to cancel and probably wasn't even a day late but a couple hours and they charged my account 4995 whenever I call them that day at lunch time they told me they could not give me any refunds it ended up over drawing my bank account by $120 because of the fact that I had other bills out there that needed to be paid and I paid and I forgot to call them the night before and tell them to cancel but I did finally call them in the morning it was too late it don't already charged my bank account the 4995 then they told me for the inconvenience since they could not give me a refund if they would leave my account open for 3 months and I could view my credit score for free well guess what every time I go in there they tell me I still owe them money every time I access their website they say I still owe them money they're still charging me when they said that they had cancelled it tell me how that works
The thing That I don't understand the most is how they can call it a free credit score check went when they charge you a dollar and then ended up charging you $49 a month if you one minute late cancelling never trust quick my credit click my score never never trust

free trial do not trust
Do not complete this offer. They charged me a dollar for the week trial, then a week later charged my credit card, and did not send an email at all. I didn't see until a week later because they never sent me a receipt. They require you to call in to cancel and upon calling, the guy was extremely rude and said I signed up for them to charge me $30 which is ridiculous. I told them to give me s refund as I didn't even get a receipt, they denied me and the guy got angry. I cancelled and asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy started laughing and told me he'd transfer me. He hung up on me instead. I called back and the new rep asked for my acct number and her line was getting cut off so I told her I couldn't hear her. I said this twice and then she yelled at me "i'm practically screaming idk what you want me to do". I reigned in my temper and told her my acct number and said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She hung up as well. I tried a third time, and went through the entire process again. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and this woman said she was the manager for the day, which is ridiculous. Then! She said she had a totally different address than the one I submitted and told me they had my previous address which I havent been at in months. She told me she can't give me my refund, I would have had to call the same day, and said they couldn't help me at all.
I'm extremely angry. They just stole $30 from me and was extremely rude. Do not do this offer. I can't believe tapjoy has these people. I'm very frustrated and I feel like I will soon have some type of fraud. I'm canceling my card.
I didn't not remember signing up for this . I would not have had $40 taken out of my account at Christmas time. I would like to have my acct credited back the $39.99 as soon as possible
Thank you tarina bennett [protected]
They charged me but I found the right number to call. I saw it posted on a site and it worked for me.
It is their manager number, so when they answer it they have to give you a refund. They gave me my refund and did not ask any questions really.
The number is [protected].
Call that number and you will get your money back. I did.
This needs to be removed from this life. States the service is free. But the last thing it asks for is cc info. They should not even be allowed to advertise. After getting out of web site, not even 5 minutes later I received a robot phone call about fixing my credit. Really... How do we let businesses like this operate in the USA.
This credit score company claims that for an applicant to qualify for Section 8 housing through the Federal Housing Authority, they want the applicants credit score. This information is not true. I want them to cancel my subscription.
