They sold us a vehicle that is always needing repairs. Sometimes we don't even know it has mechanical problems until my uncle's OnStar contacts us and tells us there's an issue. The vehicle has been in for repairs many times since we bought it.

I leased a 2017 *** Equinox from Sweeney ***, Buick, GMC (***, Youngstown, ***). They told me I had coverage for wear and tear, damage, excess mileage, and any missing items for up to $5,000 with smart care auto. When I turned in the lease in July , I called smart auto care and they told me I had to pay the *** first and I would get reimbursed. I turned my car into another dealership and they asked why I didn't have GM financial lease end protection service. I told them Sweeney never offered coverage with GM financial. They said Sweeney pushes Smart Autocare protection because they get a percentage. I paid the *** and smart auto care said I couldn't be reimbursed because a key fob was missing. I told Sweeney many times that the key fob was missing, and they said it was covered under my lease end protection but it's not. I was never reimbursed and I want to be reimbursed for the $197 I paid.

After a while, we agreed and I talked to a salesman named *** on 8/9. I made it clear that we didn't wanna buy another car from 'em or pay any extra fees. He said it was all good, they'd buy it and sell it on their lot. He mentioned ***, the used car Manager, would check it out and if everything was fine, we could go ahead. So, I thought as long as the car ain't damaged or in bad shape, we'd be fine. And it ain't damaged at all, plus the mileage is way below the limit. But then they called and said we gotta pay $2900 to turn it in early. 'Course, we already bought another car from a different dealer 'cause of the agreement with ***.

I bought a 2020 Buick Encore from Cochran Chevrolet Buick GMC about 8 months ago. Recently, the check engine light came on, and since it's still under warranty, I need to take it in for service. The problem is, every time I try to schedule an appointment, they're closed due to my work schedule. It's frustrating because those are the only times I can make it there.
I asked if I could drop off the vehicle, but that's not possible since it's my only mode of transportation. I can't afford to take time off work just to do that. I suggested getting a loaner car since my vehicle is brand new and still under warranty. They told me they stopped providing rentals 10 months ago because of a shortage of vehicles. I don't think it's fair because it's not my fault, and they should arrange for a rental from a car rental place. I've talked to four different people, and they all promised to call me back to help me get a rental, but none of them have returned my calls. Now, whenever I call, nobody answers, and I'm forced to leave a voicemail.
I even offered to take a day off work and bring the car in, but if they're not providing a rental, I think they should compensate me for the day I have to call off. Unfortunately, they said they can't do that either. I'm really worried about what will happen if something goes wrong with my car and I fall behind on my bills because I had to miss work.
Can someone please advise me on how to resolve this situation and get my car fixed without losing out on work and falling behind on my bills?

I bought a new 2023 *** Tahoe on 8/26/22. When they showed me the car, I didn't want it because there were two deep scratches on the front driver side panel. This happened before with the same dealership in January 2022 when I bought a new 2022 *** Tahoe. The scratch was big, but not as noticeable and didn't go down to the base. The salesman, ***, said it was an easy fix. He said they would order a new part from the factory and it would arrive the following week. He also offered to have the dealership pick up the car since I live about 60 miles away. I asked if they could take a small part from another truck and put it on mine to avoid the hassle. *** said they couldn't do that because all parts are labeled for specific cars and can't be switched. So I agreed to still buy the car, thinking it was a small part that would come painted from the factory. *** reassured me that it would match since it was factory paint. They picked up my car and called me when it was supposed to be returned. The body shop representative said he wanted to keep it an extra day because it didn't meet his expectations. I asked if the part wasn't lining up, and he said no, it just didn't look right. It was a new complete front bumper that came unpainted from the factory. This was the first time I heard about this. I would have never bought a BRAND NEW $75,000 car if I knew it had to be rebuilt. The front panel also has many sensors that I wouldn't want to be redone, especially on a brand new vehicle that wasn't my fault. It's also not what I was originally told. In the end, they took another front end from another truck, removed the sticker on the part, and switched it with the sticker on my truck part. They told me this couldn't be done on the day I bought the car, and I thought it was just a small part as I was told.
