Fort Myers Mitsu Car Dealership won't return my calls or emails 'bout gettin' my refund for the GAP insurance they pushed on me. I done refinanced my car with another agent and need 'em to cancel my GAP insurance and give me my money back, but they keep ignorin' my calls.

I financed a car for $28000, with a $1000 down payment. I got it from Fort Myers Mitsubishi. The Carfax showed an accident before, but it didn't mention it on the contract or when the dealership told me about it. I only found out about the structural damage when I took the car to VW of Fort Myers for service. If they had told me about the damage, I wouldn't have bought the vehicle.

The car I bought from Fort Myers Mitsubishi got wrecked real bad. My insurance and gap insurance paid some money for the loan, but it wasn't enough to cover it all. Now I'm stuck with more than $6000 left to pay. The gap insurance and Wells Fargo told me to call Fort Myers Mitsubishi and cancel the contract so they can help pay off the rest of the loan. But dang, I can't get a hold of anyone! Every time I call, they transfer me to the wrong person. And when I leave a voicemail, they don't bother calling me back. I really need this process to start 'cause I'm homeless right now 'cause of the dang COVID mess, and I can't afford to owe $6000 on this loan. The loan company said Fort Myers Mitsubishi should be able to cancel the contract and give me around $3000 to help pay off the rest. I really hope they do it soon.

I bought a car and they sneaked in some extra warranties when I was signing the paperwork. It took forever, so I just wanted to get out of there. But then I realized what they did and canceled the warranties. I filled out a form and sent it to the dealership's GM, Sean M, and also told United States Warranty Corp. They canceled my contracts on 6/15. The message said, "We got your request to cancel. Give the dealership 6-8 weeks to give you a refund, or the lienholder. If we need more papers, we'll tell you in 3 business days." It's 9/16 now, which is 14 weeks later. I still haven't gotten my refund, but I'm still paying interest on my loan for something I haven't used and don't even have. I should get my refund right away, with interest added to my loan. *** is answering and said they're taking care of it, but I'm asking ComplaintsBoard.com for help.

I went to Fort Myers Mitsubishi and bought a Used 2016 Ram 1500 truck. The carfax didn't show any damages or accidents. Nate C. told my dad and me that I had 15 days to return the truck if I didn't like it. I bought it on April 18, 2022, and when I got home, my brother noticed some damage. The front fender had a big dent, and the fender underneath was missing screws and bolts on both sides. They also replaced the sway bar and used rubber bands on the motor mounts. There was a big dent on the roof too. I called the dealer, but they never called me back. So my dad took the truck back, and they admitted it was in an accident but said it wasn't severe enough to report to carfax. They sold me the vehicle under false pretenses. The carfax said no accidents or damages. I've tried to return the truck, but they refuse. I have them on video admitting the accident.
