Hi,

My name is Angelo and I've had the privilege to be part of the Coles (RROA) family for a brief four months.

I recently was terminated as shift manager at RROA (Erskine Park) for my performance. Which was one of the most disappointing days in my career.

I have an attached an email to explain my experience with my direct manger who looked through a microscope to find any mistakes I done.

I was terminated on the 25/11/2019 where I was told the issue will be investigated I still haven't heard back from HR as they said they will forward the outcome.

I fill that my issue has been swept under the carpet and fill help less and disappointed. Starting with RROA I thought it was going to be a boost in my career where I can learn and be there for many years to come. Instead I get bullied, terminated just before Christmas and left with no outcome or apology.

I hope this reaches someone who can get me the answers I think I deserve.
