Delivery
I had ordered to my U.S address from a website, and the package arrived on the 11th of July. The package is supposed to show up on the dashboard (ready to ship out) within one business day after it's been delivered to the address. It's been 15 days and the package doesn't show up on the dashboard at all, and any attempts to communicate with comGateway about this issue is met with either an unanswered email or an auto-generated message from their texting feature which promises a response once they're online, which never ends up happening.
Desired outcome: I would like my package to show up on the dashboard, so I could be able to ship it out to my country.
Lost package
I purchased items in the US that were sent as a package to comGateway via FedExpress. Tracking showed the package was delivered on 28 June, however up to 13 July it hadn't appeared in my comGateway account.
I have tried to contact comGateway twice using the contact form. So far, no response.
A month earlier I sent a package to comGateway but it had moved and changed its address. The package was undeliverable and returned to sender. comGateway didn't advise me of the address change, I only noticed it when I visited the web site looking for my package. I eventually sent that package using another forwarding company.
Desired outcome: Package to appear in my account.

I’ve used comGateway once before to forward a package to me.
I’ve now ordered a package from Amazon and had it delivered to the comGateway adress. The package was delivered to comGateway adress, but i’ve not heard from them in the package.
On checking on my account on their website, i could not logon to my account. It indicates that my account now does not exist.
I’ve sent the company emails but have not had any replies. Also tried calling them without success.
Have no idea now how to get hold of them or to get my package back from them.

Missing packages and no live customer service
I have had a number of packages delivered which do not show up in my account and hence I cannot access them to in forward them. When I emailed the company (which is now the only way that you can get any customer support as they have no telephone number and have disabled their Live Chat platform (they advised that the packages had been posted to another account number. When I checked they had not been posted to my account and two parcels that had been in my account had disappeared. When I emailed them again on the matter they replied that their warehouse has received some of the parcels but had sent one back to the vendor (with no explanation why) and that I would have to wait several weeks while they moved warehouse for the packages to even show in my account. Packages delivered but not updated since several weeks ago. Nobody replied emails and phone calls. The live chat agent has also totally disabled from the platform. I now have 9 which show that they were delivered to Comgateway from vendor tracking numbers but are not showing in my Comgateway account. All these items were bought for my wedding which is in a couple of weeks and I need them NOW. There was no notice posted by Comgateway about moving warehouse and potential long delays either on their site or via email to customers. The company seems to be in crisis.
Desired outcome: I need all 9 of my outstanding “missing packages” that Comgateway has received but not added to my account added to my account by no later than end of this week so I can arrange to have them sent to me in time for my wedding.

No. They more or less decided to disable any customer service support during the event. Very bad business management. I had been a long standing and frequent customer. I'm now looking to take my business elsewhere.

Comgateway missing items, no contact
I have had a couple if packages return to sender, a couple more delivered yet nothing shows up in my account. Have sent numerous “ contact us “ requests, no replies, they used to respond within 36 hours.
Have now attempted to message in their facebook and instagram. Again no response.
What is going on?
Are they going into liquidation?
Please respond to emails.
Desired outcome: Contact , have packages allocated to account, or return then sender . If company is closing down , contact customers for alternative solutions .
ComGateway has gone MIA
Packages delivered but not updated since several weeks ago. Nobody replied emails and phone calls. The live chat agent has also totally disabled from the platform. ComGateway has been reliable and I have been using the services for many years. I am very frustrated and have no idea what is happening and what will happen to my packages delivered to the ComGateway address.
Desired outcome: CEO or someone from comGateway should reply soon.

slow delivery service
comGateway is probably the worst delivery service I have ever used. These guys promised fast delivery but it actually took forever to get my order.
I'm glad I did receive it, but it was a birthday present and it arrived late. I used comGateway only because I thought I'll get my order quick. I will never use this service again, as a company they do not keep their promises.
lost package
I used comGateway and shipped an item with them and these guys actually lost the package. I have a small business and sell stuff and one of my clients ordered the item comGateway lost! I asked for a refund or something, but they said sorry and told that sometimes things like that happen and that was all they did to resolve the issue, no refund was given! So was so humiliated! Thanks to these guys I lost a customer.
my item arrived broken!
I have ordered an electronic device from Amazon and it was very expensive one. And because of this highly unprofessional shipping company my device arrived completely smashed and crashed! I contacted them many times and told them that it was their fault and that I want a compensation, but they said it was not their problem and stopped responding. I even provided photos and gave the all the details and information, but they decided to ignore my issue! Comgateway is the worst company to deal with!
item purchased not displayed on my mail box
An amount of approximately $300 has been credited to com gateway Singapore from my Barclay's credit card account on about date 6may 2013 at about time12.30hr to 14.00hr. i have no single information concerning the item purchased .how can i get it ?

this company is a con job
I've bought some stuff from BBW and wanted to shop to other countries. Then they told me that they can't do it, so i told them to send it to another company that is willing to ship it for me. Then they say they will charge me 24USD to deliver the parcel within portland.
I asked why is the cost so high, and they avoided my question and even block me on facebook to prevent me from further commenting. I can show you all the screenshots that they have blocked me to prevent me from even contacting them.
Now all my parcels more than $150 worth of goods are stuck with them. THIS COMPANY IS A CON JOB. AVOID AT ALL COST.
They are really bad, it didn't know other site but I decide to stop using this company . they ship to me in 6 different pieces ! different time . 2 little book, one dict, some small items for polo RLH. cost me USD 308 and I have to arrange with the delivery company more than few times. which is so inconvenient.
changing shipping policy without warning
I used to ship wine from US to Hong Kong via comGateway. This time, without prior notice, they told me they couldn't ship the wine because of bla bla bla after the wine reached "my US address with comGateway". And they asked me to bear the cost of returning the wine (shipping and restocking if I return to the merchant) or shipping to another US address simply because they wouldn't do it now.
I tried to reach them, but the only way was through email. Its email service was dis-organized. Depending on who picked up the email, I got 3 different responses to the issue; and the service team didn't talk to each other, different people emailed me on the issue with different email subject lines. That was really helpful...to confuse you further. Sometime you just can't solve things with email only.
When I tried to argue with them that I should not be responsible for the return or redirecting cost, the service team wrote back black and white
"If you decide to return the package to the merchant, you will have to bear the return cost. Otherwise we will not submit a return request to our US team."
Am going to let my precious wine go sour in their warehouse? My heart was almost broken when I thought about it. No... Do I have other choice?
Moreover, the wine merchant used FedEx to ship the wine to comGateway (New York to Oregon) via two-day-freight! I have the tracking email from FedEx!
ComGateway says the reason they can't not ship the wine was The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires wine to be shipped by ground transportation only.
"Based on the invoice, it contains ORMD/PROHIBITED ITEM. We regret to inform you that this is prohibited for air shipment." "The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) considers certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, perfumes, nail polish, etc.) to be Hazardous Materials and requires them to be shipped by ground transportation only."
Ironically they shipped wine for me by air before, did they breach the laws and regulations before? Two other US forwarding companies confirmed to me yesterday that they will ship the wine!
changing shipping policy + return cost
I had terrible experience with comGateway recently. After relocating to Hong Kong from New York, I used comGateway for forwarding services, it was reasonable in the past but deteriorates recently.
- They shipped wine for me at least twice before. This time, without prior warning, they claimed they can't ship due to bla bla bla. When we talked about return to the vendor or ship to other address, they insisted I should bear all the cost etc. Why do I need to deal with the hassle and incur so much additional cost since it is not my fault? The service team responded "If you decide to return the package to the merchant, you will have to bear the return cost. Otherwise we will not submit a return request to our US team. "
- The client service is poor, I can't reach them through phone and are asked to can contact them via email only. Sometimes you can't solve an issue with email exchanges only.
- The client service team is dis-organized, I got 3 emails with different subject lines talking about the same issue, each email stating one different reasons for the same issue, which is very helpful... to confuse me.
