I would give this place 0 stars if I could
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They can't keep a consistent office team since my fiancé moved in. There have been at least 4 different teams and they are all rude and don't keep their promises. We asked for a screen on the windows and it took a year to get it. We also asked for the stain on the outside of the window to be cleaned and it's still there. They don't even have the key to change the filter and it hasn't been changed since we moved in. They came out twice and said nothing could be done. A third tech had to use power tools to open the closet and now the door won't close. They told us we have to pay a utility bill that was their mistake and threatened to evict us. The office manager said they can double charge us for utilities. The grounds are dirty and the neighbors are loud. Don't move here. The office is trash and they close whenever they want. I hope they fix their problems.

on time every month
on time every month. The management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and the staff is not very friendly. The location is good, but the overall condition of the apartment complex is not worth the high rent. I would not recommend living here.
I gave the office $80 but they didn't do what they were supposed to do
I gave the office $80 but they didn't do what they were supposed to do. They said they would fix it when they got the money but they haven't.
I applied and signed my lease while in New Mexico
I applied and signed my lease while in New Mexico. When I moved into my new apartment, it was not what I expected from the website. There was trash everywhere, the wood was rotten, the stairs were rusty, the windows and doors were broken, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. It was not safe and nothing like what we were shown. We didn't feel safe living there, so we stayed in a hotel instead. We're trying to break our lease, but they want us to pay over $2000. They promised us a free month for a broken door, but now they want us to pay for it. This place is not what they advertised.

The office keeps changing their hours and it's hard to get in touch with them
The office keeps changing their hours and it's hard to get in touch with them. They don't answer the phone when they're in the office. The office staff lied and said that they would take care of a lot of maintenance inside and outside of the apartments. Someone hit my car and I called the police. The police couldn't impound the other car because it was on private property. The office management refused to do anything and said they would get arrested. Even after I called the officer back and confirmed, they still refused to tow the car for another 24 hours. The management is really rude and nasty all the time.

When we moved in, the guy who rented us the place said all the appliances were new, except for the fridge which would take a month or two to fix. After a few months, someone came to "fix" it, but then it started smelling so bad we couldn't breathe without gagging or throwing up. We asked for a new fridge, but they always say no. So my brother and I moved the fridge outside, but now they want to evict us for not taking care of it. I'm going to court because I'm not moving it back in.
they fixed things that they didn't fix
they fixed things that they didn't fix. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience at Commons at Waters Edge. The apartment had too many problems and the complex itself was not well-maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent living space.
I live here for almost 2 and a half years and the billing changed for rent and utilities
I live here for almost 2 and a half years and the billing changed for rent and utilities. They made us go to an electronic payment only portal to pay rent with no option of paying in person or using money orders. This portal also charges a fee no matter how you pay. We are now being charged for water and sewage by a third party company (according to the office manager). The biggest thing that made me file my complaint is because I was billed two utility bills in July and both are due with August rent. The office manager stated that they bill one month behind. The first water bill I received was for mid March - end of April (more than 1 month behind). The second I received was from beginning of May - mid June. The first statement was issued after rent was due for July. When I asked if a temporary credit can be placed on the account due to partial payments not being accepted I was told no, given a third party option. Call *** for more.
I got a problem with Commons at Waters Edge
I got a problem with Commons at Waters Edge. They added someone else's bill to my rent and now I have to pay $742.41 instead of my usual $680.00. I went to the office and they said it was a mistake and they would take it off. But when I went to pay at Kroger moneygram, they still wanted me to pay the full amount. I tried calling the office, but no one answered. I'm on social security and I usually pay on the 3rd of the month, but my rent was due on the 1st. It's been a hassle trying to get this sorted out.
