subscription fee taken without my knowledge
I noticed that I had a 15 euro pending transaction to WLY*CompleteSavers, which I had not subscribed to.
When looking into my account I learnt that 15 euro had been deducted every month from December 2018 - July 2019 without my knowledge and my bank clerk informed me that this happens on booking sites where this company can access my details.
I wish to be refunded as I'm a student with no steady income as it is and this is extremely unfair and fraudulent.
complete savings
Like many others on this page I've fallen foul of this. I too unassumingly signed up to receive cash back which I never did through Trainline and certainly never expected there to be an ongoing membership. I'm going to be raising this with legal council unless my money is returned immediately. It's a disgrace that this company can get away with this and I'm shocked a refutable company like Trainline would be associated
fraud
This company has been taking money from my account from as early as the 26th October 2018, these are £15 regular transactions that I never agreed or signed up to, I am furious as I never noticed before and I would like a complete refund in return for a termination of the "contract" I didn't sign or agree to. I really hope this can be sorted out, thank you

charges
Hello, like a lot of people I have been charged £15 out of my bank account which each month food the past few months. I would like this money refunded as I do not recall giving permission for it to be taken out or know what it is for. I was going to contact my bank and report it as fraud, before I found this complaints board. As I am you d I was first unaware but now I see that it has taken at least £45 from my bank account.
money taken out of my account
I have noticed on my bank statements that I have been paying wly complete save for 2 months. I have no recollection of ever having signed up for a membership to this programme or even ever having used whatever service you claim to provide. I would like to cancel my ‘membership' as well as be reimbursed for the £30 that was taken from my account without my knowledge immediately
Kind regards
unauthorized credit card charges
To day looking at my online banking to find Complete Save have taken £15.00 from my account...I called them this day 11/06/19 and informed them that I have not given my bank details to them and also my new card only arrived on the 10/06/19 which i used to pay my credit card payment online. So where have they got my card information from ? I have spoke with my bank and they have informed me the transaction is now pending and can only look into it when it showes on my statement.
I am fuming that complete Save took my money without my permission...And they are saying i signed up when i made a perchase on ebay. How can this be when I have a new debit card only used for the first time on the 10/06/19 and the day after these scum take money from my account.
I will be making a call to my credit card company Marbles to find out if they passed on my debit card details...
unauthorized credit card charges
Unauthorized deductions of £15 was made form my account. To think I registered for this service using trainline, this is unacceptable, no where was it stated that there will be a monthly deduction and if this company was providing a legitimate service, then they should notify customers 1 or 2days before making deductions, which legitimate businesses like Netflix does. This is very shady, fraudulent and unacceptable. How do I get a refund?
unauthorised charges to bank account
I have recently had two charges from my Bank Account to the sum of £30.00, I have never used this website before therefore somebody else has signed up and somehow used by bank information on a profile.
I need this money to be refunded.
As I have no idea which account has used my details, all I have is the information shown on my bank statement which I have shown below.

Hi
completesave and a similar company wly mytimerewards are online discount retailers. Its very easy to sign up to them without realising. Ie you may have used Trainline, Argos or Papa johns or other online site to buy goods and there has been a tick box and by either ticking or unticking this box it gives you a discount for those goods but in the background will sign you up for a monthly membership. Its very simple to fix. You have to contact your bank and advise them to stop any future payments and then you will need to contact the retailer either by their email you can find on their site or their phone number (which are usually on your statement). They are very good at offering refunds. If the two payments you've seen are in April and May then the activity first started in March. Your bank should be able to see which retailer you've used so you know in the future what to look out for. Just for the record I work in a fraud department and we see this all the time. Hope this info helps.

I have been paying £15 a month for the last 14 months without knowing I had signed up for anything, I have seen the forum where as I am not the only person having the same issue. I have not signed up to have £15 a month taken out of my account & would like it refunded ASAP. I have cancelled the membership as I have never claimed any money back through complete save.

false claims from complete savings discount scheme
While planning a trip to England in 2017, I booked train tickets via Trainline. Since May 2017 I have been charged £15 per month by Complete Savings, but the alarm bell only rang loudly today. I had noticed the withdrawal a couple of times in the past but thought it was for some online purchase, as I regularly shop online. So I have been swindled a total of £375 by the company for something I didn't want. The company says "we send all members regular email communications, including five in the first 30 days of their membership to confirm their member details, remind them about billing and encourage them to make the most of their membership benefits" (www.which.co.uk/news/2017/10/beware-costly-online-cashback-schemes/) I have certainly not had "regular email communications" nor any "reminders about billing". I will be instructing my bank to stop all transactions with this company. In addition, unless I am refunded, I will also be taking the matter to the legal authorities.
bogus 'membership'
When you buy something through, somehow you end up being a member and paying £15/month for nothing much.
I never agreed to this, didn't even realise it until I stumbled over it in my bank statements. This seems to be common practise, and a lot of people are complaining about.
I've cancelled my 'membership' and asked for a refund. Don't know how they will respond as yet.
monthly subscription
I remember seeing something about a saving on my next purchases butt here was nothing about having to pay monthly for this service.
I also have a quidco account so assumed it was the same as that !
Remove my account and refund me the monies that you have taken from my card.
I cant see how you would have to spend £15 per month with you to gain anything !
This surely is illegal
online scam
I have NOT signed up for this £15 a month subscription! I do not use my UK bank, I live in spain! I only have uk DD x 3 that's all. My debit card has been used online fraudulently recently and my bank notified me so steps have been taken to block my card and and investigation into who has stolen my details online. However - I still want a full refund and an immediate cancellation of this unauthorised transaction by This company

unauthorized charges on my credit card
Today I received my credit card bill and I saw a charge by WLY COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK.As I have never heard of such a company before and I surely have never bought anything from them or said "yes" to a membership with a monthly charge of 15 GBP, I would like to protest.
I did not authorize such a transaction so I would like you to cancel this membership and refund my money.

unauthorised credit card charges
From what I can discover the first unauthorised credit card charge was 23rd March 2017. It writes Wly*Completesave.co.uk, [protected]. One time is wrote Eysins .
Unsually taken on 13th of each month but did vary now and them to the end of the month.
I require a full refund as I have never authorised this and would never set an on going debit from my credit card ever.
The last payment taken 13th April 2019.

completesave cashback that's all the details I know.
To Whom it may concern,
I'm writing to you as today I have notice £15 has been deducted from my account in the pending payment. This came to me as a shock and then i was confused. I was totally unaware from my behalf of any such authorized payment to be taken from my bank account. I can't understand how on earth this has happened I have not given no such company my bank details so I have not given no Authorization at all for this deduction.
I Believe this somehow is a scam and I am demanding MY £15 back...it may be just penny's to you but to a struggling single parent of 3 its a god dam lot... My contact email is

Thank You for taking time in reading upon this and I will be waiting on this issue to be resolved

My name is Antonio Moreira and I have bank account on Lloyds bank, my branch is in Chard. My address is: 4 Beckington Crescent, Chard, TA20 2BT, Somserset.
I started to be charged for a fee regarding this company of £10 monthly since 2012, until now.
I notice this so I went to the bank to cancell because I did not ask or I have not done nothing to have this. They said they had cancell but this had still be charged from my account. I do not benefit of this at all.
I want you to stop to take my money and I would like to be refounded for all the back money you have taken.
My email address is:
