Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking payment without permission

I checked my bank account on the 14th December and a payment I did not recognise for £15 was taken out of my account without knowing. I didn’t recognise the company as well so decided to call my bank and talk about the transaction and I was told It was a survey when trying to save money which I can’t remember if I submitted, but I definitely did not agree to any payments.

Desired outcome: I would like to cancel whatever membership i apparently have to stop future payments being taken out of my account and get a full refund ASAP.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Payments taking out my bank.

I haven’t subscribed to any complete saving websites and £25 pound is getting taken out my bank each month now and I would like a refund considering I didn’t accept or give any permission for this money to come out my bank!

This has been occurring since august. The first money that was taken out my bank £15 pound on the 30 of August and has been happening since. I didn’t realise until I checked my bills today and notice that there was a subscription. £60 is a lot of money when I have a child and a baby on the way. I didn’t accept anything or also agree to anything from this company to take money out my bank!

Date money was taken out my bank account:

21st of December 2022. Amount taken out on this transaction £15 could be much more

Just checked today and I’ve had £15 taken out today and more than likely previous months this has annoyed me and I snag a full refund? How do you thinks it’s okay to steal peoples money from banks. Not on I want a full refund and a comment back about this lucky I checked!

Desired outcome: I would like a refund on all amounts taken out ASAP. Thanks

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money taken from my account

€15 was taken from my account on the 18/12/2022. I never gave permission for this money to be deducted from my account. I never confirmed for any money to be taken while signing up and I would like a refund of this money immediately, this has left me short of money that I needed to purchase something, I am very disappointed and will take this further if the money isn’t refunded!

Desired outcome: A refund of the money, and for it not to happen again.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money fraudulently taken from my account

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my current account for the last 23 months, totalling £345 I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. C Fleming

Complete Savings / Complete Save Monthly membership

I did not consciously sign up for a monthly membership with this company, I don’t even recall having ever heard of it and do not know what service they provide. Yet, they have been charging my credit card around £17 every month for over a year. I received almost no emails about the services of their product leading me to believe they are intentionally staying under the radar so one won’t cancel their membership with them.

Desired outcome: I would please like a refund for the duration of my “membership” beginning September 2019 to December 2022. I never used this service once and was completely unaware of the charges for the entire time.

Complete savings have been taking £10 per month from my account for years without me realising. I didn't know I had signed up for this and have not had any emails confirming any kind of subscription to this company.

I want this to stop and for ALL the money to be returned to my account. I have never used this service and have not received any kind of notification that I was signed up. If I don'tg et this money back I will escalate it as the fruad that it is.

I have been trying to find out how to stop £15 being taken from my bank account for months, my bank could not help me. I have a chronic illness and am living on benefits. I cannot afford to lose £15 a month, I have been robbed by this company for many months and have no idea how to stop the money being taken from my account. Who are these thieves ?

Have been taking £15 a week from my account without my permission I haven't done anything online by mistake I only noticed because Its on my bank statement about 5 times I would like to no who I can contact to resolve the matter with I would like to do asap I can't get on my banking app at the moment because there updating it so I can't stop them taking money at the moment because I only have online statements so can you help resolve this plz

just curious, Complete savings are you a bot or just repeating a script? every time someone mentions they DID NOT sign up you claim "how you signed up to the programme but we must first locate your record" um how is there a record if they never signed up? or you admitting that you have some secret that is getting you customers?

Hello I was looking back on my internet backing and was charged for £15 for something I do not recall on 29th November 2022. I looked up Wly.completesave.co.uk information and there is no way I made this/agreed this transaction. To me this is fraudulent and I didn’t consent to this coming out of my account. I am very conscious of where my money is spent and this transaction didn’t take place with my knowledge.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Fraudulent charges on my account

On 27/11/2022 I have noticed this company weekly has taken £15 out of my account abd I have never subscribed to anything regarding them. I was so devastated because I am a university student and £15 was very noticeable. Now, I am unable to do any transaction for a week because my card is canceled and the bank cannot retrieve the money. I would like a refund because that is my weekly groceries money and it is very unfair and hard as a student surviving in the economy of high cost of living.

Very recently, my partner noticed a transaction of £15 with the name “web loyalty” on the bank statements. When he asked about it, I had no idea what it was, as a matter of fact, I thought the money had been for my union membership.

Soon as I realised that I’ve been paying £15/month since October of 2020, I immediately cancelled the membership. I have never used the scheme, I’ve never made a claim and yet these people have been charging me £15/m for more than 2 years up to the tune of £375.

I’ve reached out to them and they have only agreed to refund just £45, and I’ve zero intentions of accepting this because I have zero recollection of signing up for it. All the emails they have sent since 2020 had always arrived in the spam folder so I never got their email until I cancelled the membership.

I did not sign up to the subscription. I found that they have taken 3-months money from me,and 2 payments also in November this was not authorised.

when I found out at the beginning of November I tried to cancel this and all I got was a live chat and did not get any further. even if I had subscribe to this service I would like to say how awful it would be there was no welcome emails, and apparently a new client bonus, which a I did not even recieve an emai about, as there was a time limit. We know why they do not send emails, as this would alert the consumer to fraudulent activity on their account. I have no idea I was a member.

This is very wrong, as I am unwell and find dealing with finances a real challenge, due to my mental health,

Also to a willing member, I would say they do not even courtesy email you to thank you, remind you, or inform you, that you are not receiving any oth the so called benefits!

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised transaction

This morning (Wednesday 16th November 2022) at around 8 o’clock this morning, I have woken up to a transaction or £15 coming out off my account. I have not authorised any transaction to come out of my account. I would like a refund and these transactions to be stopped. I have contacted my bank and if this is not sorted by yourselves it will be investigated by a frauds team.

When I checked my account this company have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card. Totally £15 been taken, I’m not sure how long this been happening but I have never signed up or did anything with this company and I definitely didn’t give consent on taking my money in the first place and on top of that I would not ever give my bank details to something I never heard before and don’t trust I believe this is a fraud and I extremely mad If this continues I will have to take other measures to get this sorted out if the company doesn’t return and cancel the future money stealing .

Desired outcome: Get my £15 back and erase my bank details from the company so my money doesn’t get taken away again

To my surprise I have seen monthly payments of £15.00 being deducted from my credit card payment.

I have never knowingly subscribed to such a site and don’t know what this is. Payments have been made since may 22 so to date £105 has been taken!

I need this stopping with immediate effect and expect a refund to my account for the funds cheekily taken.

I seen from August 2022 I had been getting £15 taken out of my account every mont from you. I contacted my bank and they said it was due to me buying a moon pig card back in July. I have been told to contact you to get a refund as I wasn’t aware of this at all, and I’ve had £60 taken off me throughout the 4 months. This is not ok, it’s scandalous that without even knowing companies like yourselves can automatically take money of costumers and not even make them aware of this.

So therefore I would love if I could be refunded for all my payments.

I have unwillingly had £15 taken out of my account from complete save since December 2021 and they have taken £165 in total! I am furious as this is money I can’t afford to loose! I have tried to stop it but I can figure out how to do so! Please can you help me get a refund. There was no sign up or anything it just started taking money out of my account! Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorized credit card deductions

Since april 2022 wly timerewards and wly*natexpressrewards both based in nyon che have been deducting £15 each (so £30) a month from my account. I noticed this in october and on 15th october went to the bank, and called the credit card fraud team from the bank and my card was apparently stopped and a new one ordered. However, on 17th october these wly companies deducted (4x£15), on 24th october they deducted (2x£15) and on 25th october they deducted (2x£15), which given that they had already deducted £30 on 3rd october means they took £150 in unauthorized deductions this october. I discovered this and phoned the fraud team at the credit card on sunday 30th october. Now there is a stop on my card and the bank says they will help me apply for a refund. It was only when taking with the fraud team today that I learned they were actually a registered company and their name. The bank has written to them and so have I to tell them I never knowingly agreed to their deductions. Let's see what happens. It seems that many others have had similar experiences spanning many years.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund. I would like no further deductions from my account. I would like WLY entities to reform their practices and stop duping people.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Scam bank account withdrawals for nothing

I have had £15 out of my account since july and just noticed today

I rang my bank and asked them to block any more payments

The bank gave me a customer number for complete save and told me to ring them and say I wanted to cancel the membership but the number went to a man's house who knew nothing about it

They have had £60 off me for nothing and I want that money back
