Taking money fraudulently for 4 months April to July, 2022 £15 each month
I have never given permission to do so, not even got a clue what it’s supposed to be for or why it’s happened
I don’t have any documents or serial numbers as I don’t know why it’s started coming out of my bank
I have no reason of knowing why this Mooney has started to be taken from my bank.
I tried to get my bank to stop the payment been taken, and they said I need to get the company to stop. But i don’t know who you are. I just want my money back

an unsolicited transaction from my bank account claiming £15 from an account called WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C
I have never interacted with anything by this name, especially not this past week that I've spent ill in bed. I am not subscribed to any services or even have any 'unclear' direct debits. I'm a postgraduate student so I'm counting pennies and this is not a small amount to me but rather a full week's shop so I noticed immediately when I received a notification from my banking app. it is still pending as of 9.40am of the same day and I would like it cancelled it and have my details removed from the Complete Save system as I never gave consented to them having it my info in the first place.

complete savings membership
£15 was taken out of my Barclays debit card on 30/06/2022 at 8:30am without any express permission given from card holder, same story as all the other complaints. Very unsavoury way of doing business, soliciting memberships from people who aren't even aware they have been signed up.
Desired outcome: I would like my membership cancelled and to have the charge reversed and refunded back into my account.

Unauthorised credit card charges
This company has taken £15 out of my account without my permission when I never heard of the company before nor did I give out any of my details, I have had to take half an hour out of work which I now have to make back up, bear in mind I am only just turned 17, maybe a small amount but if I hadn't of noticed this would have carried on and I would like to know how they have got a hold of my bank details?
Desired outcome: my £15 back or however much they have taken and an additional compensation for the amount of crap i have had to go through to sort it out and do extra time at work

Since 28/06/21, this company has been taking £15 from my account without my knowledge or authorisation.
I did not sign up to this as I simply don't need it and never have done, I would not save this way.
I have only just noticed that the next payment is pending and have missed the amount taken from my account until now.

hope they ACTUALLY give you a legitimate result. so far their responses here basically have said "you signed up for this on checkout on a site."
which is interesting since most of these complaints state they did NOT sign up or fill out their information with this company. which to me sounds suspicious and wonder where they get it if the person never signed up for the service.
I'm glad, so far, i have not seen this company stealing from me.

wly completesave took 15 pounds from my account on the 26th may and the 25th of June in 2022. I have no idea who they were and why they took money from my account.
Desired outcome: I would like a £30 refund as 15 pounds was taken off my account on May and June which were both separate payments.

I am sick of the robbing company taking money out of my account I never agreed to this they need to put my money back they have taken the lowlife scammers and this company needs investigating as to why they think they can rob of anybody I’m not the first and I certainly won’t be the last to say this company needs to refund the thousands of pounds they have taken from us all who got scammed you cancel the direct debit they still take money you contact the bank the still take the money you contact the company they still take the money it’s wrong something needs to be done it’s not on..

WLY* Complete Save has been taking £15 a month out of my account. I have never even heard of this company and certainly did not subscribe to be charged on a regular basis - the total amount I have lost is now £30. I am a student and currently working to save up for uni in September and so this is money I literally can't afford to lose! I am really upset about all of this and it has really made me concerned about spending money with my card out of fear that further charges will take place. I did email the company with my problem and received an automated email that was of absolutely no help, it was as though my email hadn't even been read. I would like my £30 fully paid back to my account.
The dates the money was taken was May 19th and June 19th

They’ve been constantly trying to charge me but I’m a student so I don’t have money on my most of the time, but when I had a little cash on me I was charged 21 pounds which was all of my groceries money, I didn’t consent to being charged and I want a refund, I have proof too

On or around the 18th of each month for the last five months (since February 2022) you have been debiting my joint account with £15 for a service I am not aware of. I have asked my wife and she is unaware of anything agreed to in relation to this charge.

I will contact my bank to try and have this payment returned and would appreciate you returning the other £60 as soon as possible.

Hello. Today I just observed that I have every month suspicious transactions from my card. I suppose that was happened since I've done some purchases from Wowchershop. The thing is that I don't participate usually in kind of promotions and try to avoid this kind of offers, so I was "surprised" when I saw this subscription which trying to cancel but still in progres... I never visited their website for sure and conditions described there I understand, so I know if anything anywhere was submitted, it was not this, even if it was in different interpretation ...now just want to know if is any possible way to resolve this issue and if possible to get any refund. I had assumed that it was for a life insurance policy / pension only to find out that this was not so.

Hi, I would like to write a complaint about Complete Saves as they have been taking £15 from my account. i had to change my card and freeze the older one but this still contiunued i dont understand how this happened as prior to this i never heard of this company so how they have access to my information i want a refund immediately i also request that they get rid of my bank details as i never gave them in the first place

Been charged £15 for a monthly subs that I never signed up for.
I noticed a £15 charge on my account and called today to get a refund. This is a 'legit' scam and tell you you gave your consent for this when in act, I have never signed up nor gave my bank details. They obtained these details when I paid for a Trainline ticket which is a GDPR Breach. I am reassured to read so many other people are experiencing the same issue and believe we should join forces and raise an embezzlement.
Desired outcome: This company should be charged as scammer, ordered by the court to pay the victims with a compensation and forced to stop any business.

Every month Complete Save has been taking £15 out of my bank account. I did not give them permission to do this, I am not paying them for any product or service. I don’t know how they got hold of my card details as I haven’t paid for anything from any retailers I haven’t spent money at before. This is completely unreasonable and I am incredibly upset.
