I have bought vip tickets online on the 18 july 2024, requested cancellation and refund on the 26 July and was assured I will get my money within 7 working days
To date I have not received my money and this cancellation was done way before event happened, now i am being take from pillar to post about my refund, i have trails of emails from a lady that was assisting me about my refund and now she is ignoring my emails, yesterday I spoke to some guy from computicket and he promised to callme back and made me wait instore for 2hrs and never called me again, ɓelow are emails I have been senting and communicating with. I am very disappointed and angry

Computicket, you've really dropped the ball here. After purchasing VIP tickets and requesting a cancellation well in advance, it's outrageous that the refund still hasn't been processed. Now, after being promised a quick resolution, you're ignoring emails and leaving a customer stranded for two hours with empty promises. It's time to stop the runaround and make good on your commitment — refund the money, and restore a bit of faith in your service.
