7/26/24 appt. at Moorestown NJ site with Jessie. Arrived told it was cancelled. I was never notified. Given a phone # to call worthless! Called another # told I was scheduled for 9/23/24 had to get someone else for a time. What right do they have to set up an appointment I set up my appt. They don't know my availabiliy. Waste of time. Spent another hour talking to at least 3 p eople one said they could give me a date not a time what kind of office are they running and this is pain management! The time and frustration spent was unbelievable.! I am 77 years old and I don't really need this type of frustration. I hope this complaint get to you asap. Thank you

Having to call multiple numbers and speak to several people, only to still not get a proper appointment, is unacceptable, especially for pain management. Your time and availability should be respected, and it’s outrageous that they set up an appointment without consulting you first.
At 77, you certainly don’t need this kind of stress and frustration. I hope Cooper University Health Care addresses your complaint promptly and ensures that this doesn’t happen again. You deserve better care and consideration.
