pemungut hutang yang biadap dan tak ikut prosedur.
Aduan ini adalah bertujuan untuk syarat aduan susulan kepada Bank negara malaysia jika pihak pemberi hutang tidak mengambil tindakan sewajarnya.
1) pihak pemungut hutang dari court menghubungi pelanggan dengan tutur kata yang tidak baik contohnya " kalau dah hutang tu bayar lah" dengan nada keras"
2) menyamar sbg. Ahli mahkamah tinggi dan mengugut untuk membawa polis untuk membuat tangkapan dipejabat saya bekerja.
3) Menelefon ahli keluarga dan majikan bermakna membocorkan butiran peribadi peminjam.
4) menampal notis merah dipagar rumah dan diberikan kepada jiran. Memalukan penghutang dan membocorkan maklumat penghutang kpd. Pihak ketiga.
Semua diatas adalah satu kesalahan serius dibawah akta undang2 sebagai pemungut hutang. Kutip hutang tidak salah tapi cara sebagai pengutip hutang haruslah bersesuaian dgn. garis undang2.
Diharap pihak pengurusan tertinggi court dapat mengambil tindakan.saya pernah membuat aduan melalui telefon di cwg. Setapak tetapi kecewa dgn. jawapan diberi kerana sama macam bahasa pemungut hutang.

sudah beberapa kali saya menelefon pihak courts uuntuk bertanya kan status cash back saya macam mana.. namun tiada jalan penyelesaian lagi sehingga kini.. email pun telah saya kirimkan hanya 2 kali je dijawap itu pun suruh saya tunggu panggilan daripada pihak courts.. namun gagal dan terus gagal untuk membuat keputusan.. semasa membeli barangan dapipada courts kuantan.. pihak salesman syarikat kata hanya mengambil masa 2-3 bulan sahaja untuk saya dapatkan kembali cash back saya tersebut.. tapi ini dah memakan masa setahun.. so berapa lama lagi perlu saya menunggu dan terus menunggu
begini kah pihak courts memanipulasi pelanggan untuk melariskan perniagaan merek. sedangkan ganjaran yg sepatutnya didapati oleh pembeli hanya janji kosong

Saya puan hasnida binti shahrom.. Saya cuma nak mohon si pemungut hutang wakil dari courts mammort yang membuat penggilan terus kepada pelanggan untuk bercakap terus dengan pelanggan.
Bukannya membuat panggilan selepas itu senyap dari panggilan. Satu lagi jenis buat misscall. Kerjasama dari pihak courts mammort amat saya hargai. Saya sertakan juga panggilan yg di buat oleh pihak courts mammort. Bukan hari ini sahaja sudah kerap kali saya kena.

I would like to buy a phone samsung galaxy note 9, but no one attend to me when I am there for like 15min then I call out to the service person but he ignoring me
he follow another person around and chit chat with him, wherever where that guy going he will follow and try to speak to that guy like I was not there, he is a malay guy wearing black afterward I call out to him he ignore me and walk to another customer...
I try to confront him to try ask about the phone he reply rudely, and ask me back about the question, I think he may be gay and racist malay guy, coz he just serve the malay guy politely but when is mine turn he become rude and speaking tone total different... from before like he dislike to be ask... this kind of person are not suitable to be on front service people since he don't treat and respect customer mutually...

Beberapa tahun lepas, kami telah melangsaikan arrears sebanyak RM1, * dan pembayaran ansuran dibayar seperti biasa mengikut offer letter yang dipersetujui dengan pegawai 'legal' Courts cawangan Cheras.
Walaupun installments dibayar, kami masih lagi diganggu dengan panggilan collector yang menyuruh kami membayar tunggakan.
Sehinggalah pada hari ini, kami diganggu lagi oleh bahagian 'Repossession' Courts meminta kami menyelesaikan tunggakan atau berdepan risiko barang akan ditarik semula.
Persoalannya sekarang, kenapa kami masih diganggu sedangkan tunggakan telah dibayar dan installments dibayar setiap bulan?
Pihak 'Repo' mengatakan tunggakan tersebut adalah tunggakan late charges. Tunggakan late charges sebanyak RM1, * pulak tu? Makanya, installments yang kami bayar setiap bulan tu (tanpa gagal) untuk apa?
Kami buat pembayaran pun kena ganggu juga ke? Kalau tak bayar tu, memang wajar pihak Courts ambil tindakan.
Minta penjelasan dari pihak Courts berkenaan hal ini.

Pada 24/08/2018 jam lebih kurang 2055, saya telah menghubungi courts cawangan karamunsing, sabah. Saya telah bercakap dengan pekerja (lupa tanya nama) berkenaan warranty barang yang sudah di beli (sales order no:[protected]) oleh saya pada tahun lepas. Pekerja tersebut sendiri memberitahu saya bahawa barang masih dalam warranty. Pada keesokan harinya pada 25/08/2018 jam lebih kurang 1815 saya ke courts kemudian di beritahu oleh staff bahawa warranty telah tamat dan kemudian menyuruh saya ke kedai sony atau kedai lain yang boleh baiki barang tersebut. Saya terpaksa bersusah payah, tenaga, minyak kereta, wang ringgit, kredit telefon dan penat lelah tapi sia-sia dan betul-betul MEMBUANG MASA saya sahaja ke courts. Tiada pun meminta maaf malah memberi saya nombor telefon petugas yang bertanggungjawab bahagian warranty. Malah saya juga sendiri kena menghubungi staff tersebut yang bernama jelson. Beginikah cara melayan pelanggan courts. Sepatutnya penyelia bertugas datang untuk menyelesaikan masalah saya namun hanya staff biasa yang melayan saya. Saya seperti langsung tidak dihargai. Adakah saya membeli barang secara tunai tidak penting untuk courts? mengapa pekara ini terjadi. Saya mahu pihak courts bertanggungjawab keatas pekara ini. Kalau pekara warranty saya di beritahu lebih awal saya tidak akan membuang masa untuk ke courts. Saya mempunyai hak dan akan melapor pekara ini kepada kpdnkk jika pekara ini tidak diambil tindakan. Saya betul-betul kecewa pekara ini boleh berlaku. Sepatutnya tiada bintang yang patut diberikan.

complaint regarding a staff at courts mammoth setapak
I went to Courts Setapak to buy an electrical product and we were asked to pay for the product at 1st floor. Upon payment we were told to go back to ground floor for product testing. Upon arrival at ground floor, the staff, Pn Norni claimed the product was already tested and it was working fine. She refused to check in front of us initially. But after insisting, then only she opened up the box and checked in front of us but she really showed face while doing the job. After checking, she just pushed the box towards me and walked away rudely n started talking to her other friend. When I asked for a plastic bag, she just said no bag rudely. Upon leaving Courts when the guard checked our payment receipt, he provided us with a plastic bag upon request with a huge smile. A nice and kind guard working with smile. There were hardly any customers around and the staffs were free when this incident took place. It was around 750pm on 31/07/2018. This is really unacceptable from a reputable company like yours. Pls kindly train your staff to be more pleasant and pro active. I really hope you educate and teach Pn. Norni about mannerism and how to be polite to the customers. Hope some actions will be taken and Im given a feedback. Thank you

saya ingin tahu bagaimana sop untuk penghantaran barang yang rosak?
Saya dari melaka.. telah menghantar hp A7 GOLD yang telah rosak pada 6 Julai 2018. Sehingga hari ini saya cuma ingin tahu dimanakah hp saya berada dan status barang kerana saya telah mendapat panggilan daripada KL dimana mereka bertanya hp tersebut sekarang berada di mana. Yang menjadi persoalan jawapan yang diberikan oleh courts mammonth melaka sentral.. adalah barang tersebut mungkin dalam proses penghantaran dan tidak pasti lokasi dimana. Minta jasa baik untuk saya dapatkan info apakah proses sebenar jika kita menghantar barang yang rosak? saya sangat memerlukan telefon tersebut untuk diguna pakai.
Saya sangat kecewa kerana apabila bayaran lewat pihak courts meminta seperti tiada tempoh masa. tapi apabila kami meminta untuk barang kami dipercepatkan proses, staff anda mengambil mudah benda tersebut. Please advise. Thank You

I am here to lodge a complaint about one of your cashier at Courts Puchong Branch named NORAIDA. This happen on 7/7/2018 around 6.30pm to 8.45pm. She was a very rude staff and did not even have initiative to solve the problem. The problem occured when my husband's Maybank Account was debited twice. She asked my husband to keyed in password 2 times which she claimed the first was cancelled and not successful. Luckily, my husband checked his account and confirmed that his account was debited twice. This NORAIDA asked us to settle with bank because she said her side only reflected once. This was bank system problem. Instead of trying to help us, she played with her phone in front of us. Plus she yelled at me and being very rude to us. I do not know how your system works but it is impossible that the first transaction (that she claimed 'cancelled' was actually success), do not have any record at your side. How can this happen? This is two way transaction, debiting and crediting. How come your system only show the success one while the unsuccess do not appear (not even a record)? This cannot be happening because my husband's account actually showed two times debiting.
Back to story, we asked this girl to call up her manager. The manager came and try to solve our problem. After an hour I only found out that this NORAIDA actually WAVE my husband's debit card on the first transaction. The amount was RM960.00, wave function have limited amount and as far as I know only cap at RM400.00. How come she can wave my husband's card? After waving, my husband needs to keyed in password. Then she claimed it did not success and she do it again. This time successful. First things first, this NORAIDA made a mistake by waving the card without asking my husband's permission. Waving is not something you can do without asking the owner's card permission. We can sue her for this.
This NORAIDA did not admit her mistake and she just walk away with a sour face when I asked her why did she wave the card without asking my husband's permission. This was very rude attitude towards customer which cause unhappy experience to us. This type of attitude cannot be a frontliner. She carry an image of Courts.
We were certainly not happy with the service and experience we gained at Courts with this type of rude girl. She made the mistake and did not admit, yet asked us to settle by ourselves without having any initiative to help us solve the problem. She even played with her phone at Cashier table while we in front of her trying to solve the problem. We spent more than 2 hours at Courts just to solve the problem created by NORAIDA. At least the manager have an initiative to call up the bank and try to solve the problem. Some more, she did not even apologize to us for yelling, making sour face, not smiling, and being rude. Please do something as we do not the same thing happen to your other customers. Luckily we checked the account. What if we did not checked the account? This can be happening again. Plus pls checked your system also why unsuccessful transaction did not appear or have any record at your side. It is not small amount of money. We need to wait up to 60 days to get the money back. I am about to give birth next month and of course we need to use a lot of money for it.

My complaint is about a debt collector and lawyer that called and harassed my mother and ask her to make payment immediately by threatening to seal the house in about 2 hours from time he called. My mum's address was given as a second address and since they couldn't get my sister first address they tried to make my mum to make immediate transfer of 10K for the account [protected]. When i checked, the amount balance is less than the amount requested to pay. Please help to advise. Thank you.

sy beli set bilik tidur pada 20/4/2018 lepas, selepas guna dlm 3 minggu, sy buat report masalah almari dan ingin claim warranty pada 14/5/2018 kerana tak boleh slide seperti biasa dan dapati terdapat beberapa skru/plastik dah tercabut. pd 15/5/2018 sy hantar gambar pd sales person court untuk report ke bahagian service dan pd 20/5/2018 sy hantar gambar lg sekali kepada en. shyam (NH images service wakil AIG) TETAPI tiada maklum balas sehingga 25/5/2018! apabila sy tanya kpd bahagian service, mereka suruh sy refer court. bila sy refer court, court mintak refer bahagian service. what the hell dude? pass sana pass sini! sehingga 30/5/2018 masih tiada maklum balas sehingga sy sendiri yg call sana sini baru nak update sy. then, sales person court inform that service akan dtg 1/6/2018, sy tunggu sehingga 6/6/2018 semua org senyap tiada berita langsung! bila sy call customer service baru nak bergerak inform dtg semula pd 7/6/2018 dan lagi sekali sy DITIPU tiada seorang pon yg call/dtg ke rumah!
so sekarang sy buat keputusan sepaya COURT MAMOTH CAWANGAN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA ambil semula barang anda dan sy xkan bayar 1 sen pon kepada anda! SERVICE PALING TERUK DAN MELAMPAU pernah sy alami.

Untuk pengetahuan pihak Courts Mammoth saya telah membuat komplain ttg ini bulan lalu dengan berjumpa dengan bayaran pembayaran di tempat saya mengambil barang di Seksyen 26 dan telah membuat aduan.. tapi masih tetap menerima panggilan dari staff untuk buat bayaran..
Yang saya tak puas hati kenapa kena talipon pelanggan pagi2 lagi dan buat banyak penggilan pada pelanggan (Apa diorang ni tak ada keje ke). Hari ini due date hari ini kena bayar.. tunggulah esok ke atau 2 hari.. (Memang nampak mcm cara EON Credit) dan Along). Boleh semak saya tak pernah gagal dlm. membuat pembayaran tiap2 bulan kepada Courts Mammoth. Tindakan dan siasatan dan improvement harus di berikan oleh Courts Mammoth untuk menambah baik perkhidmatan dr sykt. ini.

My complaint is not about the goods I bought from you. I am complaining about your rude bill collector, a malay woman who was rude, and invaded my privacy. I don't know her name. She calls my workplace to harass and threaten me. True, I am a few payments behind, but are you not charging me further late payment interests? Still, I make my payments so what's her problem. I want to complain the way she talks. Don't forget, I am a paying customer. Please investigate and get back to me. I want to get this person!

On 25 apr 2018, I bought air cooler (Model: PJA36TVB/W, Company : Sharp)
I received the air cooler on 29 th april 2018. And on 02 may 2018, Air cooler became faulty, not working at all. I reported to Kajang branch on 04 May 2018. I asked for replacement as per courts policy. But Kajang branch said that Replacement will come from warehouse (Shah Alam) directly to my house requested me to wait.
After 10 days, on 14 may, someone called me from courts and advised me to contact with sharp! She mentioned that it is not courts responsibility. She also sent message to my hp number to contact with sharp!
Its very disappointing and clear breach of courts policy as I am concern. I bought goods from courts and as per the policy it is mentioned in no 4 point that if goods are faulty and reported within 14 days, courts will either exchange or refund.
Finally COURTS contacted with me and exchange the air cooler as per their commitment.
Hence I would like to withdraw my complain and will except more vigilance to avoid this sort unwanted situation.

I have purchased goods from courts a few year ago, I have also walked in to the subang jaya branch, spoke to the cashier, asked for a final amount & made the full payment as per advised.
Recently, when I checked on my ccris report, courts appeared as a company that I am still owing, it states that amount of rm 3, 392.00. I was shocked, thus called your 1800 number only to be directed to another number.
When I called, I was advised that they are unable to check on the system & advised me to call back. When I did call back, they advised me that I owed them rm 4116.39 & I have to pay rm 3705.00.
My question is why should I pay when I have gone in to your subang branch to make a settlement?! I want this sorted out asap, it is ridiculous when you've settled the payment & you have a bad record because courts did not update their system.

Hi, don't you have proper system to update customers contact? When other staff of yours can call me and contact me on my mobile, why cant your staff by the name of "lini" from cheras contact me on my correct mobile number? And she has to lie that she is calling from cimb. How stupid can she be? I have 2+ months of outstanding n 4 more balance months to go only. I've been paying for the past 5 years, u think I will stop paying for the balance 4 months and let u ppl to take my things away is it? Do u think im that stupid? Please teach your staff on how to speak to your customer. This will be my definitely last purchase from courts. Im never gonna buy anymore stuff from you guys and i'll make sure ppl that I know also will never buy from you.
