Today I received a call from Courts from this no [protected] under name Khazali, He was soo freaking rude to me since my friend's has purchase a item from courts using my name as a reference. As she has outstanding payment from courts, this guy calls me and talk in a very bad way! Is this the way a staff should talk to the customer? Where is the disciplinary? Seriously I got shocked the way he communicated with me. Please teach your staff some manner and the way to speak to someone. I'm so disappointed on his behavior. And I wont purchase anything from courts again! TQ!

Item not received
Yesterday (30 August 2023) ive been aprroved to collect the "loan" product (mobile phone)before 6 p.m at the branch Karamunsing Complex, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. So I did. Upon my arriving, the employee assured me, to pay for processing service fee, document identification etc. Then they told me, to wait for 1 hour to get the order. So I wait. After 1 hour of waiting,, ive been told that their system is down, so i cannot take the order that day. I am very dissapointed with this type of service. Thanks, for wasting my time and energy just for all this nonsense and poor service that your company provided.
Desired outcome: I hope this company can make a better system for the future. Despite that, they must realized that their competer far more advanced than them. So please catch up.

Courts doesn’t allow their customers to make a full settlement
Hi I’m zam, recently I want to make a full settlement for my account with courts, but they did not allow their customer to make payment in advance. They said I will breach their promotion and a clawback will happen if I still want to settle in advance. They force me to pay monthly as schedule. How can they make this arrangement? They did not mention in the agreement earlier. Feels like I was being scam by them

Tiada pelindung (plastik) tapak kaki sofa
Pada 18/4/2023 jam 12.10 petang bertempat di kediaman saya di kg skim pamalan keningau sofa telah dihantar. Setelah dipasang lengkap dan siap, saya mendapati 2 tapak kaki sofa 3 seat tanpa pelindung (plastic cover). Saya telah rujuk kepada courts cawangan keningau. I already buy Honor 70 from COURTS KARAMUNSING BRANCH ON 8 FEBRUARY 2023. Then they said that I will get a free gift which is a HONOR SMART WATCH. The problem is they told me early before I buy the phone I will get the phone with a free gift and they told me that they still have the stock of the phone. Probably not. I still have to waiting a week until I can get my phone. On 8 FEB 2023, They contacted me to take the phone at their branch (Courts Karamunsing,Kota Kinabalu,Sabah). But I was so disappointed because I only get my phone without any free gift that they promised to me. Unfortunately I have to wait for a week. And no its almost 3 months I've been waiting for my smart watch. If i can't get it, I want to return this phone back and I want you guys to refund my money back. Hi, this is just a complaint about staff courts so rude went she call customer to collect the debt. She call and ask to settle debt n off phone immediately with the rude attitude n respond. This attitude really2 rude . And courts always have issue with their own staff because went they call n nothing report recorded went they talk to client n no report recorded , so that every-time courts call always keep asking same question event customer already answer few time already. This is the phone no the girl that rude went call the client . [protected]. For your information i really2 not satisfaction with this girl and will do report n more Action regarding his call just now n the attitude to me

Aircon repair
Our aircon spoilt for the 3rd time within 1.5 years. The sensor and signal has problem. Our aircon will on by itself automatically. All 3 times are the same problem. There were a few times when nobody was at home and the aircon was blasting at full strength. Imagine how much electricity we have clocked for that month. We called Courts as our Fujitsu aircon is under extended warranty. This time round, they attended to us and came to inspect our aircon in May/ Jun. After the first inspection, no news came from them for 3 months until today (Aug). I have been calling courts hotline repair hotline for almost 20times, 3/4 of the time it did not get through. 5 times, after it went through, they say they will get the relevant department to get back to me, but waited for weeks, nobody got back. Yesterday, repair personnel called me telling me that the repairman is coming today. I told her, but nobody make the appointment with me. She could not give me an answer. Fine, I take leave to attend to them since I already waited for 3 months. Today a repair team came, they inspected again and told us another team will come and change the parts. This really pissed me off as my aircon was already inspected 3 months ago and we are not changing the parts today? Called the repair team hotline, they were as confused. This kind of service is unacceptable. I hope Courts can quickly review their service process.
Desired outcome: Send someone to replace the parts immediately and not let me wait for another few months.

Bad service from courts mammoth collection staff
I am very very disappointed and annoyed with collection service from courts mamooth. There was many many times have complain about this worst and rude service hence no any action been taken on the staff. In fact these people willingly reveal my information to 3rd party. On top of it threaten the 3rd party which I never provide any of the contact details.
It seems courts mamooth did not take any action or take any responsibility for this irresponsible things and bad service.
I urge you all to take my complain, investigate further and take an immediate action on the staff.

Collector repeated call is anoyying and unrespectful
I bought TV from Courts Mammoth (CM) in Dec 2017 for 60 months installment. I have paid installment without failed for 51 months. Recently I get call from CM due to delay in payment for 52nd Installment. I'm ok with the reminder, however repeated call within 2 days is really anoyying. From my past records, CM should know that I never failed to pay for past 51 months and it's proven that I'm will not run from my responsibility (This is not my 1st purchase from CM). Even though I late, CM will charge me unjustifiable interest. Please stop unnecessary reminder call and please look back my past records and train your staff to respect people privacy. Assalamualaikum dan Hai,
Saya telah membuat pembayaran penuh untuk akaun Ali bin Said pada 17 Dec 2021 hari khamis,
Dan saya telah meminta surat agreement settlement pada staff court di Bandar Sri Damansara, akan tetapi staff kata tiada sebarang surat akan dikeluarkan.

I bought a 62inch Samsung TV at Courts Tawau... after one month the TV was broken.. I contacted the Courts Tawau and was told to contact Samsung service myself...
The Courts should follow up on this matter... Courts seem to be out of hand.. The service center said to wait for the Courts' instructions... The Courts also told them to contact the Service Center...

How to send an email to Courts management for request of reduction on Courts items which bought 8 years back.

Even Bank giving a big rebate on bad payment during last couple of years to settle the entire case.

Send an email to claim return and exchange as we bought extended warranty. Courts responded few days later with approval to exchange one-one but we dropby Tampines Megastore but being rejected. Back home, we reply back the email to clarify it but till now no response after a week. Very frustrating and bad customer service. If we willing to pay extended warranty, do courts honor the agreement?
