Your debt collectors are disturbing and making a mess in my office. He barged into my office without notifying before hand.
Date: 4 Jan 2024
Description:
On 4/01/2024 approx. 0941 hrs while I was outside my office in Kuantan at Malaysian I was informed by a friend saying two men in a Myvi car bearing WWV7110 introducing themselves as debt collectors from mammoth courts came to my office. When the meeting took place, I also received a whatsaap message from +[protected] he insisted on appearing in my office to mean embarrassing and disclosing my information to an office friend. Is this the kind of work ethic of debt collectors representing your company? For your record, I have been a loyal customer to Courts for 20 years and never fail to pay (although at delays happened) as I am now having financial issues due to marriage breakup. Can they just notify me and ask me to pay instead of appearing like that in front of my office and embarrass me like that in front of my colleagues? Something has to be taken as this is against the policy.
Desired outcome: Actions taken on debt collectors as to protect the client’s image and reputation at work
