I bought an item which failed at day one.

Send in for repair under warranty period, they failed to fix it.

Asked to refund in full, yet they rejected. At the end, I had to get the authority to issue "court order", then only they refund partially.

Bad customer service still and refund only at the last minute.

Don't send more good money after bad money.

It is better stay away from the company.

Your worker name Shasha called us and being very rude for not doing the payment. She used vulgar words to my mother and being very rude to the customer. She is keep arguing with me and using vulgar words to me as well. Take a severe action on her and please hire good people to work. Thank you

Aku dah bayar system tak update pembayaran so salah sapa ..anjing betul! Lepas tu menyalak seolah2 aku tak bayar dah bagi resit pembayaran still cakap aku edit resit aku takda masa lah nak mengedit apa2...dasar anjing pukimak...+[protected] ni no si pukimak anjing...tolong ajar sikit staff korang ni...perangai mcm anjing...
