CPAPXChange This place does not do expedited shipping. It's a scam to take your money

Ordered from this place and paid the extra money to have it expedited to me. By the day it was supposed to be here, it hadn't even shipped. They say they have an online chat, but it's just to blow you off. Tried to call several times, but they never answer and it says the same thing: "the number of callers ahead of you is 8 callers and the wait time is 46 to 83 minutes.".

Done with these clowns forever.

Recommendation: DO NOT BuY FROM HERE!!!

CPAPXChange CPAPXCHANGE: The Real Deal for Your CPAP Needs

I gotta say, CPAPXCHANGE is the real deal when it comes to getting your CPAP machine up and running. I had a part that needed replacing on my BY PAP machine and PY was there to help me out. She really went the extra mile to make sure I got the right part and that it was installed correctly. I mean, who has time to deal with all that technical stuff? Not me, that's for sure.

But PY made it easy. She knew exactly what I needed and even gave me some tips on how to keep my machine running smoothly. And let me tell you, it's been working like a charm ever since. I highly recommend CPAPXCHANGE for all your CPAP needs. They really know their stuff and they're super helpful.

CPAPXChange Fraudulent and Rude: My Experience with CPAPXChange

I ordered from CPAPXChange a few months back. The payment was taken from my card pretty fast. But, I didn't receive my order. I contacted them three times to ask why, and they said I didn't verify the purchase. I think this company might be fraudulent. I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. The customer service was also pretty rude.

CPAPXChange Great Experience with CPAPXChange: Affordable Phillips Dreamstation with Excellent Service

Got a Phillips Dreamstation from CPAPXChange and it was a steal! Saved $100 compared to other places. Got it in a week and it was all set up and ready to go. All the accessories were included too. The website was easy to use and the customer service was great. I've bought supplies from them before and it's always been a good experience. Highly recommend!

CPAPXChange Disappointing Warranty Experience with F20 Mask from CPAPXChange

I bought a F20 mask from CPAPXChange and it broke after only 5 weeks. I talked to a representative and they said they would replace it under warranty, but I had to pay for shipping both ways. That means I would be without a mask for about 2 weeks and it would cost almost as much as buying a new one from Amazon. I wish I had just bought it from Amazon in the first place because they delivered it the next day. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of hassle when you're already dealing with sleep apnea.

CPAPXChange Disappointing Service from CPAPXChange: Overpriced Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on CPAPXChange (cpapxchange.com) and I must say, I was not impressed with the service I received. I paid a hefty price of 30.00 for one-day shipping through UPS, but to my dismay, the item did not arrive until six days later! I was extremely disappointed with this delay, especially considering the fact that the company was offering free shipping that month anyways.

When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with an unhelpful representative who simply stated that once the item was shipped, it was no longer their problem. As a business owner myself, I was shocked at the lack of customer service and care shown by this company. I have never and would never treat my customers in such a manner.

It is clear that CPAPXChange does not value their customers or their business, and I would advise others to save their money and shop elsewhere. These people are nothing but crooks, and I will not be returning as a customer.

CPAPXChange Disappointing Experience with CPAPXChange: Faulty Machine and Unfair Postage Refund Policy

I recently purchased the CPAP Z2 machine from CPAPXChange and opted for the 2nd day air delivery as I was planning to go on a month-long trip in just five days. The machine arrived on time, but unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message when I tried to use it. I was disappointed and frustrated as I had paid extra for the speedy delivery and now I had to deal with a faulty machine.

I decided to return the machine for a refund, but to my dismay, CPAPXChange refused to refund the $65 I had paid for postage to get the machine to me or the $25 I paid to send it back to them. I was leaving in just two days and couldn't wait for a replacement machine, so I had no choice but to return it for a refund. I was very disappointed with the company's policy of not refunding any of the postage costs, which I felt was unfair.

Overall, my experience with CPAPXChange was not a pleasant one. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. The faulty machine and the company's refusal to refund any of the postage costs left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that CPAPXChange will reconsider their policy and provide better customer service in the future.

CPAPXChange Excellent Service and Quality CPAP Machine from CPAPXChange

I had a bit of trouble at first when I tried to order a CPAP machine from CPAPXChange. There was an issue with the address on my credit card, but thankfully the customer service team was able to help me out and get everything sorted. Once that was taken care of, the order went through without a hitch.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my new CPAP machine arrived. The delivery was right on time and I was able to start using it right away. I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with my new machine. It has exceeded all of my expectations and I am sleeping better than ever before.

Before I got my new CPAP machine, I was using an old Phillips machine that was incredibly loud and uncomfortable. I had been waiting for over a year for them to replace it as part of a defective devices recall, but it never happened. I'm so glad I decided to switch to CPAPXChange instead. Not only is my new machine much quieter and more comfortable, but I also feel much safer knowing that I'm not using a machine that could be exposing me to toxic gases and cancer-causing particles.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience shopping at CPAPXChange. They have definitely earned my trust and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. If you're in the market for a new CPAP machine, I highly recommend giving them a try.

CPAPXChange Impressive Service and Quality from CPAPXchange - Highly Recommended!

I recently made a purchase from CPAPXchange and I must say, I am impressed! I ordered a Respironics Gray Smooth Bore CPAP/BiPAP Hose Tubing (6 ft) on Wednesday and to my surprise, it arrived on Friday! The shipping was free via USPS Ground Shipping which was supposed to take 5 - 8 days, but it arrived much sooner. I also got a $2 discount and wasn't charged for state tax, which was a pleasant surprise as Amazon charges tax these days!

The hose I received is of better quality than the last one I purchased from another supplier. The previous hose only lasted 6 months before it collapsed. This hose is a bit larger and stiffer than my original ResMed Slimline hose, so it will be slightly bulkier when traveling, but this won't be a deal breaker for me. The quality of the hose is great and I am confident that it will last me a long time.

I am very happy with the service I received from CPAPXchange. The price was great and the shipping was fast. I am now considering ordering their mask liners and will review them once I have tried them out. Overall, I highly recommend CPAPXchange for all your CPAP needs.

CPAPXChange Poor Communication and Customer Service from CPAPXChange

I recently made a purchase from CPAPXChange and was disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered an oxygen concentrator and sent in my prescription, but after a few days of not hearing anything, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. The customer service representative informed me that there might be a delay due to the processing of prescriptions, which I understood. However, I was surprised to receive an email a few days later stating that my order had been canceled because they were unable to get a hold of my doctor.

I was upset that they had not communicated with me before canceling my order. I would have appreciated a phone call or email letting me know that they were having trouble getting in touch with my doctor. I told them that I was disappointed in the lack of communication and offered to give my doctor their information to call. However, I received another email from Jennifer stating that my order had been canceled and that there was nothing more they needed from me.

I was frustrated with the response I received from Jennifer. It felt like she was telling me that they were not willing to work with me and that I should find another company to help me. I didn't want to use another company because all the other companies were back-ordered, but I guess I'll have to find another.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received from CPAPXChange. They need to improve their communication with customers and treat them with respect. If they don't, they will continue to receive bad reviews and lose customers.

CPAPXChange Unpleasant Experience with CPAPXChange: Order Cancelled, No Refund Offered

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with CPAPXChange. I ordered a nose pillow style CPAP mask on 3/15/2016, and the price was a steal at $29.89 with shipping included. I was supposed to get the mask, three different sizes of nose pillows, a head harness, and a hose. The normal price was listed at $49.89, so I was feeling pretty good about my purchase.

But then, two full days after I ordered, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. Not only was the item "not available," but they were also discontinuing the product altogether. They offered me a list of CPAP masks as an alternative, but all of them were more expensive than the one I had ordered. They didn't refund my money or offer me any of the masks at the same discount percentage. They told me I needed to reply to their offer of a more expensive CPAP mask or let them know if I wanted a refund.

At this point, I was getting no product, but they chose to hold my money. I responded via email that I wanted a refund, but they came back with another email telling me they had a "woman's" small mask that might fit me (I'm a 6'4" man). They said they were going to hold my refund until I got back with them or until the next day.

I was tired of playing email games with this company and not sure if I would be strung along once again. I insisted on my refund being given that day since I paid via PayPal, and it takes less than a minute to refund a client their money. I even filed a claim with PayPal for good measure. Only after filing the PayPal case was I refunded my money.

If they weren't going to deliver my product, they should have given me an instant refund. It would have been my prerogative as to how to spend my money. This was a very unpleasant experience for me since I rely on my CPAP mask. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

CPAPXChange Disappointing Shipping Time for CPAP Hose from CPAPXChange

I ordered a cpap hose from CPAPXChange and boy was I excited! I was told it would arrive in a jiffy, but it took longer than expected. I was pretty bummed out about it. I mean, I needed that hose like yesterday! I was so disappointed that I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's a shame because I've heard good things about their products, but the wait time was just too much for me. Hopefully they can improve their shipping times in the future.
