A Blend of Experiences: Unveiling the Creative Market
As I delve into the realm of Creative Market, I find a tapestry woven with diverse threads of customer experiences. From the highs of seamless transactions to the lows of unresolved queries, the journey through this marketplace is a blend of colors. The allure of unique fonts and graphics beckons, yet the shadows of slow site tech cast a veil of frustration. Each review, a brushstroke painting a picture of a platform striving to cater to the creative souls. While some find solace in the vast selection, others stumble upon hurdles of unresponsiveness. It's a marketplace where the melody of creativity harmonizes with the discord of technical glitches. As you step into this world, be prepared for a mosaic of encounters, where the canvas of possibilities awaits your touch.
I signed up for the Free Goods
This site has digital purchases for creative artists and designers--or people like me who want fonts and images. I signed up because you can get 6 Free Goods a week. I mostly download free fonts--usually handdrawn--and jpg or png files. There are also brushes and stuff for Adobe Illustrator and instagram themes and mockups which I don't use. Everything downloads fine. And, it's nice to get free stuff. Most come with a license to use it commercially up to 50 or 100 times. Some of the free stuff have unlimited commercial licenses which is great.
CreativeMarket is fantastic company
The negative review above was written by Jio Lucci a cyber bully. He has posted reviews on the [redacted] Scam.org and many others calling the owner Ken a drug addict and even accused him of extortion. Google this guys name Jio Lucci and you will see he posts these same remarks against the landlords who have evicted him for non payment of rent, his own daughters who were put into foster care after he abused them and even the people who have filed lawsuits against his (get this) coaching company working with kids.

CreativeMarket's Unfair Customer Inactivity Fees: A Small Business Owner's Experience
I recently had a really bad experience with CreativeMarket. As a small business owner, I was hit hard by the pandemic and had to close my doors for a while. When I finally got back on my feet and tried to access my account on CreativeMarket, I was shocked to find that my entire account balance had been stolen! I had no idea what had happened, and there was no communication from CreativeMarket about what was going on.
It turns out that CreativeMarket had introduced a new policy of charging "customer inactivity fees" of $4 USD per month. This was not something that I had agreed to when I signed up for the service, and it was not mentioned in any of the terms and conditions that I had read. But apparently, CreativeMarket can change their terms whenever they want without notifying their customers.
I was really angry about this. It felt like CreativeMarket was taking advantage of me and other small business owners who were struggling to get back on their feet after the pandemic. It's not fair to charge people for not using a service, especially when they didn't agree to those charges in the first place.
I did some research and found out that this kind of policy is actually illegal in some states. But when I tried to contact CreativeMarket about it, they didn't seem to care. They just told me that the policy was in place and that I had to pay the fees if I wanted to keep my account.
I was really disappointed by this whole experience. I had been a loyal customer of CreativeMarket for a long time, but now I don't think I'll ever use their service again. It's just not worth the risk of having my money stolen again.
Disappointed with Creative Market's Lack of Support and Accountability for Product Sellers
So, I recently bought a product on Creative Market website (creativemarket.com) for $39. I was excited to use it, but when I clicked on some of the links, they didn't work. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to contact the Shop Owner (the product seller) and Creative Market customer support.
The Shop Owner's response was not helpful at all. They told me to figure out why the links were not working, which was not what I expected to hear. I was hoping for a solution or a refund, but instead, I got a vague response that left me feeling even more frustrated.
I then decided to reach out to Creative Market customer support. I sent them three emails explaining my issue, but I never received a response. To my surprise, each time I submitted a support ticket, it was marked as "Solved" shortly after, even though I never got a reply. I felt ignored and disappointed by their lack of response.
It seems like Creative Market is just a hosting site for sellers, and there is no accountability for the products they sell. The sellers can sell products that don't work, and they don't have to answer to anyone. This is great for sellers, but terrible for buyers like me who expect a certain level of quality and customer service.
Overall, my experience with Creative Market was not great. I was disappointed by the lack of support and accountability, and I don't think I will be using their website again in the future.
Disappointing Changes at Creative Market: Payment Cuts, Deleted Comments, and Unfixed Bugs
What's up with CM these days? I'm really disappointed that they got rid of the community where we could chat about all the latest news and our experiences as shop owners. And have you noticed that they delete any negative comments on Instagram? It's like they don't want to hear any criticism at all.
But that's not even the worst part. They've cut our payments by up to 50%, claiming that other marketplaces charge more. But that's just not true! And to make matters worse, bugs on the site are left unfixed for weeks on end. It's so frustrating trying to find new products or popular ones because the feed just stopped updating.
I'm just shocked at how terrible their attitude has become. Creative Market used to be such a great company, but now it's just a shame. I've never experienced anything like this before.
Disappointing Subscription Service: Creative Market's New Model Falls Short
I've been a loyal customer of Creative Market for quite some time now, but I have to say, their new subscription service is not up to par. Firstly, they've increased the prices of all their products, so the so-called "20% discount off all products" is hardly a discount at all. It's frustrating to see prices go up when you're expecting a deal.
Secondly, their "drop" feature is a bit of a letdown. It's a collection of items that may or may not be of interest to you. Who wants the same things as everyone else? I spend hours sifting through the files to find what I want, and I don't want a bunch of random junk cluttering up my computer. To make matters worse, there's no option to selectively download what you want from the drop. Instead, it downloads a massive zip file that slows down my internet and laptop for nearly an hour. It's a real pain.
I'm disappointed with this change, and I'm actively looking for other sites to purchase my clip art from. It's a shame because I've always enjoyed the quality of Creative Market's products, but this new subscription service just isn't worth it.
Negative Experience with CreativeMarket: Payment Issues and Poor Customer Service
I recently decided to check out CreativeMarket for some fonts to use in my business. I had to create an account to make a purchase, so I signed up using my business email. However, when I tried to buy the fonts, the payment wouldn't go through. I tried again, but still no luck.
Thinking it might be an issue with the name on the card not matching my account, I created a new account using my personal name. Unfortunately, I still got the same error message.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that I had been charged for the fonts even though they were never checked out of my cart and weren't associated with either of my profiles. I immediately tried to contact customer service, but received an automatic email saying that they only respond on business days and it would be at least three days before I heard back.
Frustrated and worried about the charges, I contacted my bank to handle the situation. I also decided to deactivate my accounts on CreativeMarket. However, when I tried to do so, I received an error message saying that I couldn't deactivate my account.
While I eventually got my money back, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be using CreativeMarket again in the future.
Disappointing Customer Service and Unfair Treatment of Sellers on CreativeMarket
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with the customer service I got from CreativeMarket. I sent a second email and nobody even bothered to get back to me. And let me tell you, it was about the credits I got left in my account. I earned those credits fair and square by selling one of my templates, and now I can't even withdraw the money I earned? That's just plain wrong. It's like they don't even care about us artists who make their platform what it is. Without us, they wouldn't have anything to sell. And now they're just keeping my hard-earned money? That's just not right.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend CreativeMarket to any of my fellow creatives. If you're thinking about signing up as a seller, don't even bother. There are way better websites out there where you can actually make some money and get treated with some respect. I've been a seller on Envato Market and they've always treated me right. But CreativeMarket? They should be ashamed of themselves. It's a total scam and they don't care about the people who make their platform what it is.
Why I Don't Recommend CreativeMarket for Selling Your Assets: A Frustrating Experience
I've been selling my assets on CreativeMarket for a few years now, but I have to say, I wouldn't recommend it to other creators. In fact, I've moved almost all of my assets to my own site, which is powered by Gumroad. There are just too many problems with CreativeMarket, and they seem to be getting worse by the day.
For starters, the editor is just terrible. Uploading assets takes forever, and sometimes the prices get reset or reverted to draft for no reason. It's incredibly frustrating. And don't even get me started on their affiliate and referral tracking. It just doesn't work correctly, and they refuse to acknowledge it. I've even provided them with proof that they failed to detect a referral, but they still haven't paid me for it or responded to my messages in over a month.
The search function on CreativeMarket is also a mess. It's poorly organized, and there are creators who spam upload the same asset multiple times, making it even harder to find what you're looking for. And when you do find something you like, there's a good chance it's not even worth the 40% cut that CreativeMarket takes from your sales. Other marketplaces charge much less, like 15-20%, or even as low as 10% with options like Gumroad.
To make matters worse, the engineering team at CreativeMarket takes months to reply to messages, and when they do, their solutions are often half-baked. For example, their Help Center is currently a broken infinite loop because the Zendesk SSO is implemented incorrectly. It's just not a good look for a marketplace that's supposed to be helping creators sell their assets.
At the end of the day, I've had enough of CreativeMarket. I've moved all of my assets over to Gumroad, where I only pay 10% per sale. It's just not worth the headache to deal with CreativeMarket's issues. If I had to guess, I'd say the problems started when they became part of Dribbble, which has been pretty terrible for years now.
So, if you're a creator looking to sell your products, I'd recommend selling them from your own site using Gumroad or Paddle, or choosing a different marketplace altogether. CreativeMarket is just not worth it.
Creative Market's Commission Cuts and Deceptive Promotions Disappoint Creators
Creative Market is a marketplace that has been around for a while now, but it seems like they're struggling to keep up with the times. As a creator, I've noticed that they've been lowering their commission rates over the years. It started at 80%, then went down to 70%, then 60%, and now it's at a new low of 50%. It's disappointing to see them take more and more from the creators who make their site what it is.
Recently, they sent out an email saying that creators could "Earn 100% of profits!... for the first month of release of NEW products". At first, it seemed like a great deal, but then they quietly slipped in that commission has been lowered to 50%. It's just another commission cut, this time hiding behind a pointless 4-week commission raise. It's frustrating to see them try to make it seem like they're doing something good for creators when really they're just taking more from us.
To make matters worse, they've made it difficult for new products to sell in the first 4 weeks. They used to have a "new products" feed on the home page, but now it's disappeared. This makes it harder for creators to take advantage of the 4-week raise. It's like they're trying to make it seem like they're doing something good for us, but really they're just making it harder for us to make money.
Another issue is that they've taken away the forum where creators could discuss issues with the commission cuts. It's just disappeared without any explanation. It's like they're afraid of what would happen if creators were able to communicate with each other easily. They know that if we were able to connect with each other, we would likely form an organized walk-out, pulling our products in protest. But now we're all suffering in silence.
Overall, I'm disappointed in Creative Market. I'll be looking for other marketplaces that treat their creators better. I'm sure I won't be the only one.
Disappointed and Frustrated: My Experience with CreativeMarket Customer Support
I recently had an experience with CreativeMarket that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had purchased a product that was not as described and when I reached out to customer support for help, I was met with a policy statement and no real resolution. This was the first time I had run into trouble with CreativeMarket and I was left feeling ripped off and like they didn't care about their customers or user experience.
The product I purchased came with files that I couldn't open and were not the files listed for purchasing. The shop owner said they would send me the correct files, but after five days, I still hadn't received them. The project I was working on had ended and I didn't have my files, so I contacted CreativeMarket customer support to request a refund or credit. After going back and forth, they finally gave me a partial credit of $4.50. Not even a full credit, let alone a refund.
It was clear to me that CreativeMarket didn't care about my user experience or whether I spent money on a bum product. They didn't care whether their shop owners were responsive, helpful, or accurate. Customer service was not their top priority. As a loyal customer of CreativeMarket for years and a professional designer by trade, I was disappointed with how I was treated and made to feel.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that CreativeMarket kept arguing with me about this issue and didn't care that I didn't get to use the product because a week had passed and the project was over was frustrating. They completely ignored the fact that their seller ignored me, which ultimately compromised my use of their product.
Overall, I am now looking for other options for design resources and it makes me sad because I used to love CreativeMarket. However, after this experience, I cannot recommend them to others.
Unacceptable Customer Service and Racism at CreativeMarket: My Frustrating Experience
I recently had an experience with CreativeMarket that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to their customer service team, which is apparently run by one person named Beth R, and was met with unhelpful responses. It seems like they only care about certain sellers on their platform, like Eug?nie, who has received negative reviews but is still allowed to sell on the site. Meanwhile, they banned another Muslim seller for what seemed like flimsy reasons. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reeks of #Racism.
As a customer who is already dealing with a lot, including health issues like fibromyalgia and domestic abuse during lockdown, I don't appreciate being treated poorly by a company that I trusted. When I received a bundle of miniatures instead of the promised full bundle, I was told that I was the first to complain and that I wouldn't be receiving a refund. When I tried to leave a comment warning other users about the seller, my comments were taken down. It's frustrating to feel like my voice isn't being heard and that I'm being silenced.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the way that CreativeMarket handled this situation was unacceptable. I was left feeling sick and stressed out, and even experienced a low blood pressure episode. It's clear that they don't take responsibility for their customers' well-being, and that's not okay. I hope that they can learn from this experience and do better in the future.

Disappointing Experience with CreativeMarket: Misrepresented Product and Refund Trick
I just had an experience with CreativeMarket that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I decided to buy a product from their website, and while the description seemed okay, the images were showing something completely different. When I received my purchase, I quickly realized that it was completely worthless to me. I reached out to their support team hoping to get a refund, but unfortunately, they used a trick to avoid giving me my money back. They claimed that since the product was digital, it couldn't be broken, and therefore, they wouldn't issue a refund.
I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with this response. I understand that digital products can't be physically broken, but that doesn't mean they can't be misrepresented or not live up to expectations. It felt like CreativeMarket was more concerned with keeping my money than making sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Overall, I would say that my experience with CreativeMarket was not a positive one. While I appreciate the variety of products they offer, I don't think I'll be using their website again in the future. It's a shame, because I was really excited to try out the product I purchased, but now I'm left with something that's completely useless to me.
Disappointing Membership Experience with CreativeMarket: Unfair Credit Policy
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with CreativeMarket. I signed up for their membership, which was supposed to be a good deal, but when I tried to cancel it, they wouldn't let me keep the credits I had paid for. I mean, come on, that's just not fair. Most other companies would let you keep them or at least use them until the end of the year. It's like they're trying to take advantage of people. I wouldn't recommend using CreativeMarket at all, to be honest. There are plenty of other places to get design resources that don't have such predatory practices.
CreativeMarket: A Scammer's Paradise - My Experience and Warning
I recently had a bad experience with CreativeMarket. It seems like something fishy is going on with this website. I heard rumors that they were taken over by bandits, but I'm not sure if that's true. What I do know is that they are stealing money from their authors. They raised the commission to 50%, which is outrageous. As a seller and regular buyer on the site, I was shocked when my account was shut down after I had made over $13,000.
I'm not one to take things lying down, so I'm planning on taking them to court. This company is a scammer and I don't want anyone else to fall victim to their deceitful practices. I strongly advise against buying or selling anything on CreativeMarket. It's just not worth the risk.
I used to love this website and the community of creatives that it brought together. It's a shame that things have taken such a turn for the worse. I hope that they can get their act together and start treating their customers and authors with the respect they deserve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While CreativeMarket has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 10 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- CreativeMarket protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Okay Service, Great Products: My Experience with CreativeMarket
I had some real issues trying to buy just one thing from CreativeMarket. It was a real pain in the neck, let me tell you. I waited a whole day and didn't hear a peep from them. And then, as soon as they got my cash, I couldn't even get into my account anymore. What a drag!
But, after a few days, I finally got through to someone and they sorted everything out for me. So, I guess the service was just okay, nothing to write home about. But, the stuff I bought was exactly what I was looking for. So, I guess that's something, right?
CreativeMarket Review: Cool Products, But Shady Privacy Policies
I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with CreativeMarket. I wanted to delete my account, but they wouldn't let me. They disabled it instead, which I guess is better than nothing, but still. Their reasoning was that if you don't live in the EU or California, they don't have to delete your account even if you ask them to. That just seems shady to me. Like, why wouldn't they want to delete my account if I asked them to? What are they trying to hide?
I don't know about you, but I don't want my personal data floating around out there if I don't want it to be. And if a company isn't willing to respect my wishes and delete my account, then I don't really trust them with my information. It's just common sense, you know?
Anyway, I'm not the only one who's had issues with CreativeMarket's privacy policies. I've seen a lot of people online complaining about it. Some folks are even looking into legal action, which I think is totally understandable. If a company isn't willing to do the right thing when it comes to privacy, then they should be held accountable.
All that being said, I do have to give CreativeMarket credit where credit is due. They do have a lot of cool stuff on their site. I've bought some really great design assets from them in the past. But at the end of the day, I just can't get past their sketchy privacy policies. It's just not worth the risk, you know?
CreativeMarket's Recent Changes Leave Customers Disappointed: A Review
CreativeMarket is a website that offers a wide range of creative products for artists and designers. However, there have been some recent changes that have left many customers feeling disappointed. One of the biggest issues is the reduction of the cookie window from 1 year to 30 days. This decision was made by the customer team, and many people feel that it was a poor judgement call.
The problem with this change is that it makes it much harder for artists to earn commissions on their products. With such a short window, it's unlikely that customers will return to the site and make a purchase within that time frame. This means that artists will see a decline in their sales and earnings, which is a major problem.
Another issue that has been raised is the conflict of interest within the company. Not only do they rip off partner commissions for their own benefit, but even their own team has stores selling products on the site. This has resulted in their own shop being featured prominently on the front landing page, which is unfair to other artists who are trying to sell their products.
Overall, these changes have left many customers feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's clear that the customer team needs to take a step back and reconsider their decisions, as they are having a negative impact on the site and its users. Hopefully, they will listen to feedback and make changes that benefit everyone involved.
Disappointing Experience with CreativeMarket's Pro Account: Limited Assets and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with CreativeMarket. I signed up for their Pro account, but man, was it a letdown. The selection of assets was seriously lacking - I mean, come on, give me something to work with here! And to top it off, once my subscription was over, I couldn't even access the files I had "purchased." What kind of nonsense is that?
To make matters worse, their customer service is a total snooze-fest. It took them days to get back to me when I had a question. I mean, I get it, they're probably busy or whatever, but come on guys, step it up!
Honestly, it's like they took a page out of Adobe's book and decided to lock up all your files once you stop subscribing. What a joke, am I right?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend CreativeMarket to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
CreativeMarket Review: A Cautionary Tale of Theft and Creativity
I decided to give CreativeMarket a try and opened up my own shop. I uploaded a total of 16 files to sell as products. However, after just 3 days, I discovered that 4 of my products were already available for free on other web resources. I was shocked and disappointed to see that none of my products had been sold yet, but they were already being distributed for free.
It was clear that my files had been stolen from the web server, as they had the exact same title, description, and requirements as my original products. I couldn't help but wonder who was responsible for this theft. Was it the administrator of CreativeMarket or one of their employees?
If I had known that this was going to happen, I would have never started selling on CreativeMarket in the first place. It's a shame that my hard work and creativity were stolen and distributed without my permission. I would advise others to be cautious when using this platform and to take measures to protect their work from theft.
Despite this negative experience, I must say that CreativeMarket does offer a wide range of products and resources for designers and creatives. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and there are many talented artists and designers who sell their work on the site.
Overall, I would recommend CreativeMarket with caution. While it can be a great resource for finding unique and creative products, it's important to be aware of the potential for theft and take steps to protect your work.
Fraudulent Purchases and High Fees: My Experience Selling on CreativeMarket
Hey there,
I wanted to share my experience with CreativeMarket, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. As a seller, I was excited to join the platform and start selling my digital products. However, I quickly realized that there were some issues with the management of the site.
One of the biggest problems I encountered was fraudulent purchases. It seems that CreativeMarket doesn't have a very robust system in place to prevent these types of transactions. As a result, I had several sales that were refunded due to fraudulent activity. This was incredibly frustrating, as it meant that I wasn't making any money from my sales.
To make matters worse, CreativeMarket deducts a tax of 15% from each sale, on top of the 70% they take as their commission. This means that as a seller, I was only getting 50% of each sale. And when you factor in the refunds, it felt like I was giving away my products for free.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with CreativeMarket has been pretty terrible. The management of the site leaves a lot to be desired, and the fees they charge are pretty steep. If you're thinking about selling on CreativeMarket, I would advise you to proceed with caution.
Creative Market's Device Authorization Policy Causes Frustration and Inconvenience
I recently tried to access my Creative Market account through Facebook and was able to login without any issues. However, when I tried to access my settings, I was met with an unexpected roadblock. Apparently, I needed to authorize my device in order to proceed. Unfortunately, my account had an old email address that I no longer had access to, which made it impossible for me to authorize my device or make any changes to my settings.
As a result, I found myself stuck in a perpetual loop of frustration. I couldn't cancel my subscription or make any updates to my account because of this issue. When I reached out to Creative Market for help, they informed me that they were unable to change my email address in the backend. This left me feeling helpless and unsure of what to do next.
To be honest, the whole situation is just plain stupid. It's frustrating to encounter such a simple issue that prevents me from accessing my account and making necessary changes. I hope that Creative Market can find a way to resolve this issue in the future so that others don't have to go through the same headache that I did.
