Credit Genie Delivery of advance

Make me pay $5.99 fee and then it don’t even arrive before the 3-5 standard delivery.. why?

IT DOES ZERO GOOD TO CONTACT YOU! I have sent 3 emails in less than a week because you have my pay dates wrong. You all are trying to take money out of my account tomorrow and I don’t get paid until [protected]. I get paid bi-weekly and got paid on [protected]! Fix it now! And effective immediately my ACH is revoked until you want to fix the error! I will file fraud charges if any money is taken from my account before [protected]!

Credit Genie Horrible customer service!

Not a great experience. The app is very vague, and I have a question about my advance. Requested the advance Friday afternoon it’s Monday afternoon and so have not heard anything. My advance is due is 3 days and I still haven’t even received it. All of this would be okay if I could get ahold of literally anyone to explain the issue. I have emailed and called to no avail. I don’t recommend attaching your bank to a service that can not answer questions. Proceed with caution. I’ll update if I ever actually receive the advance

Credit Genie APP DOESN’T WORK!

Tried numerous time to connect my bank, it connects “successfully” then when it says it’s saving it it never does. Every time I go to the app I have to reconnect my card so I have been unable to get an advance because I can never get pass this step. Sent multiple emails with no response. This app was made as a copy cat of the other advance apps but it doesn’t actually help you. Just there for sure and I’m certain the good reviews on here are fake because there is no way anyone likes this app. I should have listened to the reviews.

Credit Genie stolen

i’ve emailed them and told them about somebody stealing my stuff and putting my information on their app. No one has responded back to me and i did a police report and told them whatever money they put please take it back i wasn’t the one who made the account. Customer service don’t work they keep saying it’s takes 3 business days to respond? which is really stupid to me if i’m telling you something i think there should be a number you can call. I am taking legal actions against them and the person who used my information to put on this app.

Credit Genie took $52.66 out of my account without my permission on (Monday) October 30th, 2023.

My name is Erma Jean Taylor.

I did not sign up for this service. You have been taking money out of my account for over 6 months ..one with my name and one with a completely different person's name of Kyrsten Duval...
