Ridiculous billionaires making money off poor people
Cresco Labs is one of the most talked about and bought products around for some reason they do not care about their patients or their customers their last quarter they brought in $90 million dollars profit and they seem to not be able to do good marketing and promotion skills you ask them for a simple swag package because you like their products so much you just want to wear a t-shirt from them so bad and they can't even give you one when they make $1,000 off you every month when you buy their products I think it's ridiculous it's unethical and it's un-American they act like a $5 t-shirt is really going to make a difference when you're making at least $12,000 a year off one person it's crazy each of them people are spending $1,000 a month and that's not to mention on Christmases and birthdays and holidays that they're spending extra to get themselves something nice so they might spend that rare $100 on a cartridge which is the regular price anyway but I'm saying they might spend that extra $300 because they're like why not it's Christmas so then you're getting $1,300 now the money they make is outrageous the house is they live in or outrageous the cars they drive are outrageous and the f**** they give are none it is so crazy this place told me they couldn't do it because of PA Law b******* you're competitors rolled out the red carpet I mean rolled out of red carpet gave me $100 hoodie and rare beautiful shirts and $30 hats it was amazing I've gotten water bottles that are more expensive than anything Cresco has ever sent or had at a pop-up Cresco won't send anything because they are stingy they are backwards half [censored] sales people and I wish them nothing but the worst and I like every company but I hate them I don't like their stupid cartridges I don't like their dry flower I don't like any of your ingestibles I don't care for any of their stuff I tried their batter once it was ridiculous 2 grams lasted 10 days I buy from another company one gram last 15 days get it together Cresco and next time someone asks for some swag don't be such a [censored] just because people don't have a million followers on Instagram I bet you if I did you would send me out of package and you guys know exactly who this is because I wrote to you before plenty of times having the same argument and you know what you did no response and no response no response hide behind your stupid corporate office and your Porsches and your big fancy houses and you're making all that money off me off of scheduled one narcotic and you're saying you guys care you guys could give two s**** you don't even care about this you see it as a scheduled one narcotic you just want everyone hooked and paying that's all that matters to you give me money f*** off Cresco have a wonderful day with all your t-shirts I hope you're rolling in them and when you die I hope you can take them with you because they mean that much to you sincerely yours

I've bought a lot of Cresco flower and recently got an eighth of what is supposed to be premium. There were a bunch of tiny nugs and it was so dry that you could squeeze them and they'd just turn into fine powder. This is irritating after spending $75 on an eighth. I'm waiting to see if it's made right.

I had a bad experience at the Sunnyside location on ***. It was really unfortunate because I got robbed and beaten up when I was leaving the place. The robbers seemed to be watching the area, specifically targeting people who had just made purchases. When I tried to talk to the manager about what happened, I described the attackers as Black Males. However, instead of listening to me, the manager accused me of being racist and refused to hear me out. It's really important for places that deal with drugs to have proper security and lookouts, so that customers don't end up getting robbed and ending up in the hospital like my friend did.

I gotta say, this dispensary is the absolute worst. I went to sunny side in *** and got myself some flower. Can you believe they shorted me by half a gram in all four of my 1/8 containers? I went back to get it sorted out, but the manager *** just brushed me off. He said there was nothing he could do for me. Can you believe that? Not only did they take my money, but they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. If I could, I'd give them a big fat zero stars. The whole place is just garbage.

I would give you 0 stars if I could. Why do you say you're open till 8pm? It's a lie. I made an online order for pickup at 715pm. I got held up a bit and arrived at 740pm. When I got there, the door was locked. The security guard came to the door and I told him I had an online order to pick up, but he told me to leave. Verdant creations is the worst. You lie about your hours and then treat me like I'm in the wrong. That's a terrible way to run a business. I'm leaving bad reviews everywhere I can.

I pre-ordered 7g of a product from Cresco Labs, LLC. When I got there, the cashier confirmed my order. Instead of checking the product, he bagged and stapled it, then charged me. In the parking lot, I found only 3.5g of flower. Back inside, the manager claimed no returns due to regulations. They offered a 30% discount on a new purchase. The manager insisted they were busy and dismissed me without resolution. This seems deceptive, echoing other reviews of Sunnyside-Beloit.

Their prices online be different in store even when you order. As a medical patient I order and my screenshot shows different than the price they be charging. Tried to charge over 40 dollars more then almost 20 dollars different. They dont honor their prices they show online unless you are willing to keep pushing the issue. Its their price its listed as such and when confronted they be aggressive. No other dispensary acts this way. A medical definitely shouldnt. And when you have the daily allotment to buy more at that price they refuse to sell to you. But its listed and its shown and they just blame it on the system but I checked out on even shows that. In the future I will find someone where to go to as it is always some form of misinformation or you order and it says its yours and you get there and they have sold it or claim it is no longer in stock. But I have a number showing I purchased it. Then they argue about it and are negative and make you feel like your the problem cause you as a consumer are simply asking for what you purchased and what the price is displayed. Not everyone is rude grantee but definitely ego and intimidation tactics and when you ask for contact information they dont want to give it unless you push the issue. Not a very transparent business practice I spend *** a month and they treat you like you dont matter.

I was a loyal customer to Cresco Labs, LLC for over 3 years but I am not anymore! I recently purchased an eighth of mint face off and the seal was broken on the inside and the outside, I noticed when I got home. It was also over a gram and a half light, probably because it was dried out. I sent them pictures and went back to the clinic immediately. The clinic gave me 50% off as a courtesy and made me aware of the law where the buyer who has the defective product of medical marijuana has to reach out to the grower for a refund. I did this, but the grower told me I had been fairly compensated for what I got! It was like they did not even care that I have an immune deficiency and can get infections from things very easily. I called my family doctor who prescribed me my medical marijuana card and who has been my family physician for over 20 years, and he told me to throw it in the trash. That's what I did, I mean isn't that what we do with open medicine anyway? It was all dust, dried out so bad that even if I bought it, I wouldn't want to smoke it. And then I dealt with Mr. "I know everything" OMG! I swear they must have a PhD in idiot and I would never take any medical advice from anyone but my doctor. They shouldn't give anyone medical advice ever. They didn't even have a pharmacist call me. I have emailed them back two times and nobody has responded to me, and they refused to give me the other 50% for the garbage that they sold me. I will say that this was a one-time occurrence on their behalf because I had been a customer, but this was also a one-time occurrence on my behalf as well, returning something. And knowing that I was a customer for 3 years and never returned one product, they gave me the cold shoulder and now I know they do not stand behind their product and will never buy from them again.

I bought a Cresco vape cart from my local dispensary on 10/27. I used it twice for a whole month. I tried it recently and it don't draw or make any vapor no more. My other carts work fine. I contacted Cresco and they weren't much help, they just sent me back to the dispensary. The dispensary won't give me a replacement or refund after 7 days. They say it's my fault for not using the product every day during the first week after buying it. Cresco won't support their faulty product, and it wasn't even cheap to begin with.

I bought a GG *** Cannabis Vape Cartridge on 3/10 from Rise Naperville. When I opened it, I saw that the cartridge was low - it seemed like only half the usual amount of oil. I compared it to 3 other unopened Cresco cartridges and noticed that the *** cartridge weighed 380 - 383 mg less. So, it only had around 120 mg out of the 500 mg it was supposed to have - that's like 23 to 24% of the claimed 500 mg. I talked to Rise about it, but they only gave me a $30 credit and told me to complain to Cresco. I tried taking more pictures of the cartridge on the scale, and now it's leaking like crazy. There was no sign of leaking in the packaging, so about 3/4 of the product must have leaked before it was packed. I had to throw away the cartridge, so it was a complete waste.

It's disappointing to receive nearly 25 percent less than what was stated. I would like to be compensated for the product I paid for but did not receive. On September 4th, I received a reply from them, but there has been no further communication. I want to reach out to them again: I often purchase 2 gram buckets from Cresco, as they are my favorite company. The batch number of the product I purchased at Beyond Hello on September 3, at 11:26 am is ***. It was 0.4 grams short. Normally, I wouldn't complain as I have spent a lot of money with Cresco, but I have started weighing my buckets from any company, and this one was short by 0.4 grams. I never had a problem with Sunnyside Lancaster until recently. I had a small argument with a front receptionist about my card. She insisted it was expired, even though it wasn't. I had to pay my registration payment of $50 to the state while people were waiting behind me. I was told to "stand aside," which I didn't appreciate. Finally, I got my order and everything was fine... until my next visit. I had an online order ready, and I was let in without any issues. However, I saw the girl I had argued with before in the back where they make the orders. Suddenly, I was told that I was "over my limit" and my order was refused. It was embarrassing with all the people waiting behind me. I was given basically nothing for the week. This is ridiculous because when I first joined Sunnyside, they told me the only limit was $1000 a day. They never mentioned this 200g in a 30-day nonsense, which is *** grams a day. My point is that this was clearly a personal vendetta by one of the corrupt staff at Sunnyside. They refused to show me any proof of being over my limit, which makes me even more suspicious. I have ordered much more than this in the past without any issues, so don't try to tell me this wasn't personal. I will never return to your store again. It just shows the corporate corruption within.

On Monday, September 19, I visited Sunnyside. After ordering and confirming, while paying, a manager created a false situation. I have severe bowel and stomach issues from alcohol abuse. The manager wrongfully accused me of misusing my medication. This is unfounded. I can't drive, so after wasting time and money, I left without my medicine due to discrimination. I repeatedly asked for corporate contact, but got no help. A security officer pushed me while exiting. The manager used lies to deny service, even denying my symptoms. My order was over $900 before discounts. An employee later said my order was denied to favor the manager's friend. I demand action against the management and the chance to buy my order at the initial rate. As a medical patient, I was denied MEDICINE because of staff misconduct. Two employees violated my rights. Cresco's response may lead to legal action.

The discount was supposed to be *** percent off if you bought 3 or 4 items, but that would go over the limit set by the state for the number of items sold per day. The company said, "Sorry, but our website is kinda messed up right now, so we're gonna look into it." But from April to June 13, 2022, they kept advertising illegal sales multiple times. I got some pictures to prove it.
And that's not all. Out of the blue, the company got rid of their loyalty rewards program without telling anyone. They said, "Oops, we had to shut down the rewards thing real quick, and we lost a bunch of data and stuff." But their computer system had all the info about how much money we earned. They're not keeping their word, man.
I think the two paragraphs below should be used to hold the company accountable. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) says that loyalty credits or rewards are like real money when suppliers use them to pay for goods or services or in any transaction. That means loyalty credits are just as good as cash, you know? And having a loyalty program with a customer or account number is considered an account number under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).

BAIT and SWITCH ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM. Yesterday 1/25. I placed an order online for 1/2 oz. High Supply Hybrid 28thc Popcorn. Green Line OG called Sunnyside texted me, saying the order was pulled and ready for pickup. I went to pick up my order and discussed the details with the Sunnyside customer service rep. Their online information is limited, so the rep did a nice job giving me the information. Because of this good salesman, I placed another order for my wife Kathy to pick up since I had already done a pickup earlier. I ordered 2 each of 1/2 oz. High Supply Hybrid 28thc Popcorn, called Green Line OG. I drove Kathy to the store and she went inside to pick it up. However, the security guy told me I couldn't go in because I didn't have an online order. Kathy went to check out and the poor salesman informed her that there was a substitution. They didn't have the pulled ordered product. Why didn't they send an email? "But it's still 28%thc Hybrid Popcorn, just has a different name." "So it's just like what he ordered." He put it in the bag and stapled it closed without giving her the opportunity to read the small print label. No, it is not the same. All of this is a lie. They substituted 2 each of 1/2 oz. High Supply Hybrid *** Jet Fuel Gelato. I read the label at the store and tried to go back inside to return it, but the security guy wouldn't allow it. Returns/exchanges must be done online. So we returned home and started the return #63680. We sent pictures of everything twice to the customer service person and told the story again. She filed the return. Later, we received an email saying the return has been closed. No other communication. Clearly, these are bait and switch product practices. They have both good and bad salespeople. My account records clearly show the thousands of dollars we are spending, and to close a return after a clear bait and switch is unacceptable.
