Paid for service and did not get to use it. Paid $97.00 for may service, two lines. Lost one phone. Called phone service company to let them know. Was told that I could cut the off lost line. The next day they cut both lines off. Call the company, to let them know that the they had cut service. To the line that we had ask to stay on. We were told then, that both lines were cut off. We ask what happen to the $97.00. They said we had to pay more money to cut the one line on. So I am out of $97.00 for may or any service. No service that was paid for.

Cricket is the worst phone company in the world. Their phones DO NOT work. You can't get service, that's why it is unlimited. I live in KC, not in no man's land and this phone company does not have service. How many bars? One is a miracle. If you go outside a metro area by 10 miles, goodbye service... Don't waste your money!

Just took 90 minutes to cancel my Cricket phone account. Their system disconnected me twice. Each time had to call back in and wait 20 minutes to get a live person. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a customer service department!

I`m trying to cancel my phone the last two weeks and the costumer service just doesn`t work. it is so bad! The cell is horrible the service was horrible But one suggestion for all of us: We must go to better business bureau and fil a form of complain agaist them.

I have no idea what you are talking about in regard to Verizon. I have never had phone service with them. Very strange response?!

they have overcharged me 2 times once saying that a 80.00 payment was returned frm my bank when the payment was a cash payment.. the 2nd payment was a 50.00 payment for which I took my reciepts and bank statement neither problem was resolved. the people who work foir cricket are a huge joke! I can't believe those ###s actually get a pay check unless they are paid to act stupid and steal from customers. I had made a bridge payment(because they never refunded me the last payment they LOST! now I can't get to anyone to actually m, ake the payment which will cost me another 15 dollars... Cricket and their SORRY staff can take these phones and SHOVE them! I will make a complaint to the BBB. Cant believe they have actually stayed in business this long.

I wish the authorities would do something about these "people". I've had constant billing errors, overcharges, experienced dismissive and rude responses from customer service on the phone and online. My service is constantly suspended. When restored, I'm charged again for their error. I've resorted to registering a formal complaint with the FCC but doubt they'll do much. Is there no consequence for their practices?

My name is jennifer updegraff, I paid my bill wednesday for $101.00 and my bill was only $88.OO and they took 204.00 off of my card. I ask for the extra money they took and still have not gotten it yet so please help me that was my kids christmas money. thanks! jennifer

I agree with everyone, I have 4 lines and I plan to cut them off at the end of the month. My calls are dropped continuously, customer service is extremely terrible and if you are 1 day late paying your bill (out of town or the country in my case), they will disconnect your freaking phones, OH MY GOD! GOODBYE CRICKET!

I have been a CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS FOR THE MOST PART OK GOOD BUT WHEN I TALK TO ONE REP. AND HE TELLS ME HE CAN HELP ME I BELIEVE HIM WELL MY BILL WENT FROM $170 TO $239 FOR THREE FHONES I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM .

My Cricket cell phone was stolen in a resturant in Portland, Oregon on 5/7/2009. I called Cricket to notify them of my stolen phone. I spoke with Ann from Cricket and she was very nice and helpful. She transferred me to Best Signal Insurance to receive my Claim Number. I spoke with Sharon from Best Signal. She was rude and accused me of making a claim last year which was not true. Very sarcastic not helpful at all. I do not feel confortable with doing business with Cricket any longer. I have paid my bill on time and also have paid $5.00 per month for almost a year for lost/stolen phone. Also, was informed that I have a $50 deductable to pay for new phone. I am not happy and feel I have been cheated.

Your state's Consumer Protection Department/Agency AND the California Department of Consumer affairs
FCC (if they have no FCC license they can not continue thier abuses
Federal Trade Commission - [protected]
Department of Labor - (must have something to hide if they are trying to get me fired from this agency (which bahahah I don't work at) for making a comment on the President of LEAP Communication that theyare a Federal Contractor and maybe in need of a DOL Compliance review)
The LEAP President's office number is [protected] (they only call you back to threaten you)
File a police report if your issue involes illegal and fraudulent charges
I liked googleing the Board of Directors and telling them about the ways in which this company stole from me.

My phone has not work properly for a couple of months. Every time I take my phone to be looked at the representative says their nothing wrong with my phone. i am so frustated, I left my phone with them and walked out. I regret ever doing business. Learn a lesson from me. DON'T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO CRICKET!

On Jan 11, 2009 I purchased a broadband wireless service from you company, with a mail in rebate of $50.00.
Since then I have waited, can wait no longer to get my money, I do needmy money.

The fact exist that when we old you even for less than an hour, you cut our services out, therefold, I ask that you do everything within your power to sent me my money.

The cricket kyocera m6000 ZIO does not stream music videos from aol and yahoo. Cricket doesnt offer the data package for smart phones so its a pointless purchase.

I signed a contract for $45 a month now my bill is up to $61 phone was turned off for 2 weeks when turned on reinstatement fee was paid so why am i being charged $61 when billing is only $45 i am going to contact a lawyer to take you to court and sue you for misrepresentation of your contracts i want this billing straightened out immediately i am tired of being over charged every month that i get a bill

I didn't know Cricket made people get contracts now. They always advertise down here no contracts. It's true across the board with most cell phone companies that they will advertise one price, then the monthly bill comes out to be higher because of regulatory fees, tax, and a bunch of other stuff. Look at the bottom of your bill and see if you're being charged for that stuff. Still, not bad for a cell phone bill. Mine is over $80

Ten cricket is the worst money minded cricket channel ever. Even indian sports channels have to beg him when it comes to ads. Nowadays I have stopped watching cricket and just following score in Google only bcos of TEN CRICKET channel which telecast 80% ADS and 20% Cricket match. BULL ### CHANNEL !

I switched to cricket to save money and needed to port my number over and it took them a month and a half to get it figured out and if it wasent for wanting to save money I would have not gone to them... They suck!

I have Cricket Broadband and have had it for over a yr. now it's nothing, but trouble. Customer service is very rude and cannot solve many of the issues with the Broadband connection. I was told it's my area this started 3 month's ago and have been fighting with them ever since. They say it's out of their hands call dell it's my tower, something new must have been installed in my area or I'm not in a good coverage area. Nothing new had been put up in my area. Called dell they said it was Cricket call them back. Cricket said call dell back I even told them it was not my tower. If the customer service does not know what they are doing them they do not need to be doing what they are doing. I pay $60 a month for their service and now can barely use it. What's the point of having it their nothing, but a joke with rude employees.

i cancelled my services 07/04/2010 and had a refund due. i have been told by customer service that my refund would be credited back to my credit card within 30 days. every other month i called. its not much about 58.00 (hey a half a tank of gas) but its mines. cricke please give me mine money back

I bought a cricket phone from Best Buy with a $55 top off card that is supposed to provide me with unlimited talk, text, and web. I ported in my number from my wireless carrier on a Wednesday and activated my phone. To my surprise as soon as I got off the phone with cricket my phone was not making nor receiving phone calls and I could not use the data either. I called cricket back and they said they would resolve the problem within 24 hrs and "escalate" the claim and that in my area I did not qualify for the unlimited plan. 24 hrs later my phone is still not working, I called in again and they "escalated" my claim again. Bottom line they kept me without a phone for one week and I could not even get my refund on my top off card that I bought for my plan. Their customer service is a whole bunch of idiots with an accent not even a foreigner could comprehend. I call them idiot because they couldn't even get my phone activated in a full service area, they never submitted my port in (all 5 times I filed for one), and they locked my account. DO NOT USE THEM...ITS SIMPLE, THEY SUCK!

Hay everyone just a heads up don't use Cricket phone service we got 2 phones for our kids for Christmasd and they never opened them for 2 weeks we thought from the sales people the service would start from the date the phone was used (opened) well we were miss informed the service started from the date I paid so we lost 2 weeks worth of service on account of them being a gift under the tree!

The phone I purchased online came expeditiously by FEDEX as promised. However, I was unable to activate the phone upon receipt for each minute of every second in a 24/7 for one whole week,
All means of communications were blocked with a voice recording implyiing that all agent are busy
then had the gall to add to call again at a later time [?]
Adding insult to injury.my service was cut off while there were still residual funds from
the month's payment still remaining unused.
To make a long story short I asked that the balance of the payment debited to my account.
Cricket claims the password is necessary to close the account without it would require to travel
100miles just for me to be accommodated to secure my account or said funds will remain
at their disposal, thank you..
Cricket has all the necessary information regarding my debit card account on file which does
not take rocket science to implement.
Obviously the Government Departments overseeing this kind of business need to be apprised.
Cricket should not take the chance knowing they are implicitly in violation of a US Bank Federal Regulation E overlooking the handling of entrusted funds.

I made a bridge request and I tired to make my payment online but it would not go through so i went to the store on 05/15/2012 and made a 54.00 dollar payment mind you that i still need to make my 78.18 payment so i went to the store on 05/18/2012 and made a 78.18 and they turn my service off i can not believe it and they are asking for more money

Cricket decided to increase my bill by 8.5% with no prior notification. They are still advertising the cost of my plan as what I agreed to (without the additional admin charge they decided to add). You cannot send them an email to complain and Customer Service is reading from a script and doesn't get it.

wire modem not working called company on phone with them for over 1 hour they told me they were going to look into and call me. 3 day have passed no return call and no offer to replace my 60 dollars that I just loaded into system.

I have been a customer of cricket since 2012. today I find out they decided to remove my sons phone from my account when I called an asked that it be suspended. Now they want me to pay an extra 40 dollars when I was told it would be a 15 dollar charge to reinstate it
