On Nov 13, 2023, my phone line was suspended 2 days before the payment due date. The reason was because my device was “reported stolen” however, it was not, and the following morning on Nov 14, 2023, the customer service representative said that it was in fact, NOT reported stolen and immediately restored service. I also have a second line that was conveniently NOT affected by this matter. Upon checking my Cricket Wireless account online prior to calling, my device read “Apple IPhone 5s” IMEI [protected] which was not something I had ever had for a phone. I happen to have a small personal discrepancy with an employee at Cricket whom I happened to be in correspondence with just before this issue occurred. I would like to have this further investigated, and have any information regarding this sent to me in email or via telephone. This is not funny in any way, as it cause me to piss $200+ in wages that evening due to not being able to deliver via door dash, where I am employed, as well as nearly losing my position entirely. Please help me resolve this issue as I do not want this happening to anyone else, as I take this extremely seriously. I will be more than eager to provide all necessary information on this employee, in order to conduct a thorough investigation of this matter, upon receipt of this message/complaint, to whom it may concern. Claimed loss: $200+ in wages due to not having my phone connected, allowing me to work and Door Dash. Almost lost my job entirely.
Desired outcome: Loss of position and/or suspension would be ideal. However, I am mostly concerned with my nearly lost job position DoorDash which was 1 night of work, $200 minimum in hourly wages +tips, and gas mileage reimbursement.
