My paid designs that cricut are saying I can't remove to a better desing studio.
I have been calling the help number for days, every time I call, they are telling me that I have an hour and a 45min wait time! I cannot sit on a fun for all that time waiting for someone to answer my questions. I call 4 times last week with the same recording saying the same wait time! I am angry! I need to know what other ways that you have to support your so-called valuable customers who need human support? I will be filling a lawsuit against you if I am not able to get in contact with a human to answer my questions this week. This is absolutely crazy to think someone has an hour and 45 minutes to wait online for help.
Desired outcome: Being able to speak with a human being.

I opened my program and went to new project to print and when I hit the text button the word "TEXT" showed up in blue and I can't get rid of it!
Ya know, I have found this cricut machine more pain in the tushy than it's worth for crafting. It's a MONEY PIT! So disappointed!
And... I go to post and you say my post is to short and will not be seen! Wow! And you also ask for no fowl language, wow! This really makes a person WANT to CUSS! Oh, and tried calling...a freaking hour wait ?!
Who has an hour to wait? SERIOUSLY?! Well, I SERIOUSLY will NEVER recommend any one buy a cricut, never!

MODEL NUMBER Q05091911920 been having issues with the rubber rollers not rolling properly and causing the mat to not load correctly and the rubber has moved. Please help, is there new rollers I can get for the machine ?

Cricut Maker machine
Today I tried loading a mat into my machine. It fed in crooked. I didn’t think much of the issue as it happened before so I just ejected the mat and then attempted to reload it. However the machine would not take the mat which is when I realized that the roller on the left side of the machine was not grabbing the mat. When I try to insert a mat the roller gets wobbly and will not pull the mat into the machine. I called Cricut only to be told that they don’t replace parts and I am out of warranty so I’m also out of luck. They suggested I try to wedge a Star wheel against the rubber roller and lock it in with superglue. It had apparently worked for other customers but other than that I would just need to buy a new machine. My machine is less than two years old.
Desired outcome: The replacement of the rubber washer on the bar.

Does anyone have the problem that the rubber wheel is like melting and getting thinner? if so do you have any advice. I'm so tired to contact Cricut without getting a solution just any time a new number! I have sent video to them contacted them by phone, all this before my warranty expired. The rubber wheels first getting out of place and now one of them is getting thinner. HELP PLEASE.
another thin was that I could not (and still) get a subscription because of my country I can not buy anything from Cricut because they don't accept my Credit card

I was told By Mia over two weeks ago that I would receive a new Cricut maker because mine was defective. As of 2-5-2022 I have not received the maker nor have I received any tracking info as promised. No one responds to the customer service phone or chat line.

Mini easy press
Hi, I have a mini easy press machine and the green light keep switching off when I try and use it and it makes a buzzing noise. I have had one in the past and it did the same thing. There must be a fault with the wiring off this product. Both the presses I have had didn't even last a year. I cant seem to find my receipt to take it back. Was wondering if I should send them back to you so you can have a look with what is wrong with the items. As this could be something maybe you need to investigate as thats two machines that have broke. I cant fault your cutting machines as they are brilliant but I wont be purchasing any of your heat presses again as they just seem to be a waste of money. Thanks georgia

I can no longer use my cricut to make crafts unless I pay for there service. I bought my machaine 1 and half years ago and it was not that way then. If I knew it would be this was I would have never bought this machine. I guess I will have to buy a different machine that cares about their customers.
No response from member cares from cricut
I have tried several times contacting member cares for help they put on hold and never return their calls also the chat bot on web site is no help at all I'm having problem with my cricut maker need help. The rubber roller on rollar bar keeps sliding over need help what to do with it. It is bending my mats on the side also . I Looked on you tube how to get it back over in place but found no help.
Cricut Maker not cutting Basswood
Since the last Cricut Design Space software update, they screwed up the pressure settings for cutting Basswood and other wood. The pressure setting should be at 750, and the default has been set to 150 with no option to edit because you can't edit knife blade pressure settings.
Therefore, the Basswood is barely being scratched by the knife blade since there is literally hardly any pressure. I have spoken with THREE customer service reps who barely speak or understand ENGLISH despite me choosing the English option. I have emailed FIVE time with ZERO response. I try to call but wait times are exceeding 2 hours then the calls get disconnected without any assistance.
The entire reason I bought a Cricut Maker was to cut wood shapes to make items for my Etsy shop.
This machine is now useless and Cricut's customer service and tech team is useless AND they refuse to fix this issue that has been brought to their attention repeatedly by many, many customers. I regret my purchase and will never do business with this company again.

First...Last night approximately 5 pm I dialed the USA number and it went to the Philippine< OK the nice young woman was very helpful and solved the problem. Then,
The problem, I accidentally pushed the wrong thing for hold for a mystery box that a friend wanted and it into the buy and proceeded thinking I was just buying the original items. I noticed it immediately after finalizing and called the USA number above to have it changed.
It was solved and she cancelled the whole order which was necessary, no problem I could go back and put it in again without the mystery box. This call was made within 5 minutes of making the order.
Then I got a call back that the cancellation was "kicked back to her" saying she couldn't remove an order with the mystery box... I would understand if it was a day later, had been delivered etc. but this is ridiculous. Not her fault. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available. I asked for the supervisor name and was told she couldn't give it to me...since I politely didn't give up found the name as Leuniderio, Ian.
This is a terrible way for a otherwise fine company to do business.

I'm not for sure what the problem is, but it takes me so long to do the smallest thing because it takes the app so long to load and process what I'm trying to do. It takes me all day to do something that should take an hour. Not happy

As Swiss, we are supposed to consider the dealers in Switzerland!
Very good! The only problem is that not a single dealer can give information about what exactly is included with the delivery of Circut maker 3 and how it works! They have no idea what cutters you need etc.
Moreover, the cutting mats are not available and neither are the cutting knives deep point.
Do you seriously think that one buys a Circut maker 3 like this?
Then it is still super that in the USA the Deep point costs $24.95 and we are to pay here $58.- plus $8.-shipping. It's the same with the cutting mats.
All in all, very, very annoying!
What do you intend to do? Do you want to sell or would you rather not? I am annoyed insanely

Cricut access paid for did not get access
I have spent about 5 hours between emails and phone calls trying to find out why I do not have cricut access after the money was taken out of my account. Cricut support tells me I have no subscriptions. Well we're did they apply my payment to? Today day 4 I was told they will have to look into it. The more I thought about it there are so may Cricut people on YouTube I could join and get lots of free images etc. so I called cricut and said just refund my money. For a multi million dollar company why don't they have an answer where my payment was applied. Took 30 minutes on phone today trying to get an email from customer service so I could respond with proof money taken out of my account. I already sent it earlier today. Get your act together Cricut. My time and your employee time spent on this costs is both more than the lousy $10.73 payment you took and gave me nothing in return. Now I will wait 10 business days for my refund. You must be kidding me.

The right roller is off track which means the Cricut will not load mats. I spoke to customer service today and I was told there are not repair centers. It was suggested to try and move the off track roller back in place. Ive tried. Its impossible.
I purchased this machine in Nov 2019 and have hardly used it as I told the representative. I was told my Cricut is out of warranty and was offered $50 towards the purchase of a new machine which Im not interested in.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my Cricut repaired or replaced free of charge.

I called the help line today and to be put on hold i finally left my number for a return call after 10mins. Alex returned my call I explained my problem with the Expressions 2 about the home screen not working correctly. Basically said my machine has been discontinued and nothing they can do to fix it. Asked if there is a place to send it to to get fixed, Said sorry no...Really...How come a company can produce these machines and never intend to fix them. Hows the waste fills gong to look at some point with all these Expressions 2 Cricut machines...Is there any help to getting my machine fixed.?

I just just purchased a Cricut maker 3 about two weeks ago from Hobby Lobby. I only performed a few cuts on it before I began having problems. The red blinking light. I called the careline I was on hold for an hour to be cut off saying they were closed . Brand new machine shouldn't be problematic this early. Once I turn it on the paper rollers begins spinning after a couple of seconds it will stop immediately afterwards the blinking light begins

Damaged and missing items
I placed an online order for supplies on cricut.com. One item came broken in half and I was missing 5 items. I called customer service and spoke with Sally. She assured me that they would send me replacements. That was almost 3 months ago and NOTHING! I filed a complaint with BBB and my issue is still not resolved. BBB closed my case because Cricut would not respond when I declined their response for the 3rd time. Stay far away from this company!

I have been using an Expression machine for years. Very satisfied. I now have the above. It was purchased from HSN on May 5. There was an emergency and I had to be out of town for a duration of time. I did not unbox the Cricut until two weeks ago. HSN will not take the machine back because it has been beyond 30 days. This machine in a NIGHTMARE and no help is available to learn Design Space. I have been all over the internet to find help from you by calling, by emailing, by chatting with robots (!) and looking at endless tutorials on YouTube. I am using it with an Adroid Tab A. I am writing to get authorization from you to send this machine back to you and be refunded $196.05. In my internet travels Cricut is not the company I esteemed. There are hoards of unsatisfied product and service customers out there. I have spent way to many hours in these two weeks trying to be friends with this machine. THERE. IS. A. DEAD. END. at every avenue of help I've tried to get from you, save one. Her name is Lucy. She was beyond helpful. She's in a league of her own.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $196.05. I would also like to purchase a new or refurbished Expression.
