it was a very easy process
it was a very easy process. The online proofing was very nice. Shipped same day, so turnaround was excellent. More care should have been taken in cleaning off the smudges and handprints. The box has a dented torn hole where something pressed most of the way through. Little disappointed in the number of flaws - probably wouldn't have been as noticeable without all the hand prints and smudges, and damaged box. Packing was terrific and the corrugate intact so the box had to have been damaged prior to shipment.
When it's an award - you want to be proud of the entire presentation - just saying.
I am satisfied with the appearance of the medals I
I am satisfied with the appearance of the medals I recently purchased. The etched out, more 3-D face of the medals was combined with a decal/sticker a bit more tastefully in this design than others I'd ordered in past years. However, there's a noticeable price difference between the two if you're quantity is 50 or less. You have to order in greater bulk quantities to get the subsidies and for small businesses like mine, it's just another overhead! Over the last 4 years, my have increased over $50 as the quality of materials used and appearances of medals costing $1.49 or so have diminished.

GOD BLESS YOU AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH .VERYYYY SATISFIED
The trophies look beautiful
The trophies look beautiful - the students will be thrilled to get them, I'm sure. I like that we can choose the base color (black or white) and that we can decide if the lettering is identical on some lines, that is very helpful.
I also like that you can choose the type of sport or activity that you want the trophy for and there are choices along the way. it was easy and didn't take much time. I've been doing it for several years now and really appreciated the reminder and that the notice in my email gave me the details of what I ordered last year at this time.
Thanks for a great shopping experience!
Easy to work with
I have been tasked with a project of updating the Years of Service plates on different Perpetual Plaques for several of our offices across the Globe. Most of the vendors I have found would not allow an order of just one plate which was important to me as I wanted to make sure the new plates matched the old ones before I order a dozen of them. Crown Awards was easy to work with and I was able to order one plate for our office in El Salvador. Unfortunately, I don't believe the plate I ordered will be a good match but I'm still happy with what was received. Their customer service was great, the price was great too and I received my order within just a few days.
Great products, pricing and customer service
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I had placed my order on a Thursday and was expecting delivery by that Sunday. Well when I didn't receive my package by Monday night I called Fedex to track my package which I found out they basically lost my package. I frantically called Crown Awards and explained what happened and within minutes they ensured me that I would have it reshipped and delivered in two days as our end of season party is this Saturday.
Crown Awards has great products, great pricing and an amazing customer service team. I'm so happy that they were able to fix my problem that Fedex lost the package and would have my replacement asap. I will have a bunch of happy kids on our last game day.
Absolutely Amazing
I had some rude customer service from a company I patronized for years, an I Googled something about medals, and I found Crown Awards. I'm so glad that I did. Not only was the process absolutely simple, but the cost was less even with expedited shipping! I ordered my medals on a Friday afternoon and received them on a Sunday afternoon! Still, I was a bit skeptical until I opened the package and saw the beautiful awards that I ordered for half the cost that I normally spend, and in better quality. I'll ALWAYS order from Crown Awards moving forward. This experience was truly amazing. I don't normally write online reviews, but I had to do so today so that hopefully consumers realize that this company is the TRUTH. Thank you, Crown Awards!
Unsatisfactory Experience with Crown Awards - Beware of Inventory and Customer Service Issues
I wanted to order 10 trophies from Crown Awards, so I reached out to them and informed them about my request. However, I was a bit skeptical about placing an order without seeing a sample first. Therefore, I requested them to send me a sample first so that I could make sure that everything was done to my liking and then place the order for the rest of the trophies.
Crown Awards agreed to my request, and I thought everything was going smoothly until I received the sample trophy. It was not what I had expected; it did not have the proper insert, which was a bit disappointing. I immediately contacted the customer service at Crown Awards, and they informed me about the possibility of them sending out the correct one for me.
To complete the order for the remaining 9 trophies, I went back to their website, only to find out that they had only 2 of them in stock. As a customer, I was not happy about this; they should have told me about their inventory being low or not having enough stock to fill my order before charging me for the sample trophy.
Now, here is where it gets really frustrating. They refused to give me a full refund and instead charged me a portion of the cost of the trophy. I feel like I am paying for their mistake, and I cannot get all my money back. This is not how business should be conducted, and I suggest being careful when dealing with Crown Awards.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the way things turned out. It's unfortunate because I actually liked their website and product offerings, but their customer service could use some improvement. I hope they will take this feedback and make the necessary changes to improve their customer service.
Unreliable Crown Awards: A Disappointing Letdown for Youth Sports Teams
I'm glad to hear that someone had a positive experience with Crown Awards, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case for me. As a coach and league manager for several youth sports teams, I've placed thousands of dollars' worth of orders with Crown Awards over the years. However, on my most recent order, I ran into some serious issues.
I had a basketball showcase coming up, and I needed the awards to arrive in time for the event. I called Crown to see if they could expedite the shipping to make sure everything arrived on time. I paid extra for this service, but when the day of the event rolled around, nothing had arrived. Imagine my frustration when I had 75 young players waiting for their medals, and I had nothing to give them. It was a complete and utter letdown.
To make matters worse, when I called Crown's customer service to ask about the delay, they said that they would call me back to try and sort things out. However, I never heard from them again. It was like the whole thing didn't matter to them. After all, what's a few hundred dollars to a large corporation like Crown?
If you're looking for a reliable awards supplier, I wouldn't recommend Crown Awards. Their inability to meet deadlines and poor customer service are simply not worth the hassle. Instead, I would suggest trying Hasty Awards or Epic Sports. They may not have the same prestige as Crown, but at least they're dependable.
Crown, you really let me down this time. I can't believe that you would do this to your biggest customer. I was willing to spend thousands of dollars with you every year, but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame that a company like Crown can't seem to get its act together and put their customers first.
Frustrating experience with Crown Awards: Misleading information, tough navigation, and hidden charges
Wow, where do I even start with this review of Crown Awards? First off, let me tell y'all, this website is tough to navigate. I thought I could build a trophy any way I wanted, but turns out that's not the case. I hopped on their chat feature to double check and was told yes, but then when I called to make sure, the lady on the phone said no. Talk about frustrating.
But that's not even the worst part. I went ahead and placed my order for some trophies and plaques that I wasn't even happy with. And wouldn't you know it, I got charged for delivery even though their website says that orders over $100 get free delivery. The lady on chat told me it only applied if I had crystals, which may or may not be hidden in some fine print on their website. Let me tell you, I searched for that info and couldn't find it. If it's there, it's definitely buried.
I felt like I was misled multiple times by Crown Awards and just wish they were more upfront about everything. It's frustrating to go through the whole process of placing an order only to find out you have to settle for something you don't even really want. And with the amount of time and money I spent, I can't just delete the order and go somewhere else.
Crown Awards, please take this review to heart and make your website more user-friendly and clear. Nobody wants to undergo all this hassle when they just want to order some trophies.
Impressive Customer Service and Fast Delivery from Crown Awards
So, I got myself a trophy from Crown Awards the other day and I gotta say, I was pretty pleased with the experience. I placed my order on Monday and forked over some extra dough to get it shipped by Thursday - I had a trip coming up the following Monday that I needed it for. Thankfully, it arrived on time, but unfortunately, it was in pieces when I opened up the box. Not exactly what you want to see when you've spent your hard-earned dollars on something.
So, I gave their customer service a call on Thursday night and explained the situation. I also mentioned that I needed it for my trip on Monday morning, so it was pretty important that I got it sorted out ASAP. They said they'd look into it and get back to me.
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by what happened next. On Friday morning, someone from their team called me up and told me that they could produce a new trophy and get it to me by Saturday. Oh, and did I mention that I wasn't going to be at my original shipping address? But they were chill about it - they said they'd ship it to wherever I needed it to go.
On Saturday afternoon, I received my brand-spankin' new trophy, all shiny and complete. It was a relief to have it in my hands, and honestly, I was blown away that they managed to reproduce it and get it shipped to me so quickly. The whole experience was simply amazing, and I'd definitely use Crown Awards again if I ever needed another trophy or award.
Difficulties with Crown Awards website and customer service experience
I gotta say, Crown Awards website was causing me difficulties. After a couple years of placing orders, it failed to recognize my email for log in - like it didn't know who I was! I thought, "What am I, chopped liver?" Whatever that means. Anyways, I toughed it out and gave them a call for some assistance. After twiddling my thumbs for a bit, a customer service representative finally came on the line. She offered to take my order over the phone and sort out the technical difficulty on Monday. Now, I was okay with that, but part of me was still a little worried I wouldn't hear back in time to check on my order. Nevertheless, I decided to risk it and placed my order.
To my surprise, when the representative took my order, she said she couldn't give me the free items that I qualified for online. I mean, what gives? Then, she threw another curveball at me - she quoted me a shipping cost that was over 4 bucks more than the exact shipping online had shown me. What's up with that? When I asked her about the discrepancy, she suggested placing a hold on the order and emailing Crown Awards to hopefully get it sorted out. I was not too keen on that idea, so I thanked her for her time and hung up.
After 15 frustrating minutes on the phone with no resolution in sight, I was about ready to throw in the towel on Crown Awards altogether. But, I decided to give them another chance based on my past experience with them. I just hope I don't regret it.
Top-Quality Trophies: My Fantasy Sports League's Go-To Choice!
Y'all, I gotta say, I am a HUGE fan of Crown Awards. Listen, I'm not just talkin' about the kind of trophies that look like they came from Fisher Price. These are top-notch, high quality trophies that gets the heart flutterin' and the juices flowin'.
Every year, without fail, I come back to Crown Awards for my fantasy baseball and fantasy football leagues. My league members just can't get enough of them, and they truly appreciate the coveted yearly trophies if they were privileged enough to come out on top.
Now, I ain't gonna lie, prices have been goin' up and up, and that has me a little nervous. I've been a loyal customer since around 2013, and I just wish there was a way for Crown Awards to show me some love. Maybe something like a rewards program? Somethin' that'll encourage me to keep comin' back year after year.
Listen, I live in Hawaii, and I play around with the shipping calculations all the time when I'm ordering online. If Crown Awards could hook a brotha up with somethin', ANYTHING, it would make me one happy camper.
Now, I got a suggestion for y'all. You guys should look into building a proper looking fantasy baseball perpetual trophy. You know, the kind that's sleek and shiny and looks like it came straight outta Fenway Park or Yankee Stadium. I mean, there are plenty of nice Lombardi style fantasy football trophies which replicates the super bowl trophy. Why not give us baseball fans something to cheer about? Make a trophy that makes us feel legit, like we're part of the team.
Honestly, no one else is doin' it, so Crown Awards could definitely be the first to make it happen.
All in all, Crown Awards, keep doin' what you're doin'. Don't be afraid to show some love to your loyal customers, try to keep prices reasonable, and keep cranking out those top-quality trophies. You can bet your boots I'll be back next year, and the year after that, and the year after that...
Mixed feelings about Crown Awards: Great product, but shipping costs and extra fees are a concern
This is my second time using Crown Awards to order season-ending awards for my team, and I have to say, my athletes and I really appreciated the awards we received last year. However, I do have a few concerns about the company's shipping costs and fees for additional characters. As a coach on a budget, I tend to look for companies that offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, but unfortunately, Crown Awards does not have this option for orders over $500. I was a bit taken aback by this, as it seemed like a norm that should be followed by most companies.
Moreover, the additional character fees appear to be a cheap way for the company to make more money. The budget I had for my awards this year was $500. Unfortunately, the extra $226.72 will come out of my pocket, and I still need to purchase at least four more awards after our final meet. As a high school swim team, we don't have a lot of disposable income, but we try to make sure our outstanding athletes, both performance athletes and those with handicaps such as autism and blindness, are awarded.
I do wish we could award more of our children who joined the team without even knowing how to swim, but financial limitations prevent us from doing so. I can empathize with Crown Awards being a business that needs to make money, but I'm still frustrated with my financial limitations.
Crown Awards Review: Great Trophies, Perpetual Fantasy Baseball Trophy Needed!
I absolutely love Crown Awards! Every year since 2013, I have purchased two trophies for my fantasy leagues. Although two might seem like a small number, my league members treasure these awards and view them as an extra incentive to win the championship. However, I was just wondering if Crown Awards would offer discounts to returning customers like me. That would make my life so much easier!
One of my most prized possessions is my perpetual fantasy football trophy. It is always displayed in my home and is a constant reminder of my league's fun and competitive spirit. I have noticed that perpetual fantasy football trophies are quite common and easy to find, but that is not the case for fantasy baseball. In fact, there are very few options available and none that replicate or even come close to the MLB World Series trophy.
As a result, I decided to piecemeal a perpetual fantasy baseball trophy using Crown Award's crystal baseball trophy, which is the closest thing to the World Series trophy that I could find. However, it has not been easy. I have had to create a box and drill the plates in on my own, and my skills in woodworking are not very professional. To make matters worse, the finished product is super heavy.
I would love if Crown Awards could consider creating a perpetual fantasy baseball trophy that replicates the World Series trophy or something close to it. To me, this would be an instant seller if it was marketed correctly because there is absolutely nothing out there that even comes close to it.
Overall, Crown Awards has been amazing to me. Although I have a few suggestions, like offering discounts and creating a perpetual fantasy baseball trophy, I have nothing but great things to say about this fantastic company.
Frustrating experience on Crown Awards' Website: Navigating new site was difficult, kept getting redirected, and had to frequently redefine
I recently had a frustrating experience on Crown Awards' website. Compared to last year, navigating this year's site was much harder as I kept getting redirected over and over again to general pages. I had to constantly redefine my searches just to find the specific medals and dog tags I wanted for a bowling tournament - for high average and most improved. Every time I thought I had found what I was looking for, the options seemed to disappear, making me start the research and redefine process all over again. It was very frustrating, to say the least.
Last year, we purchased medals from Crown Awards and were blown away by the quality and perfection of our order. Unfortunately, this year's experience was not nearly as positive. However, I do feel that the medals I was forced to choose this time around are at least of good quality.
I understand that websites may sometimes undergo changes and that can cause a few bumps in the road. I just wish that the process could've been smoother and less confusing. In the end, with so much research and redefining, I was able to find what I needed. Hopefully, Crown Awards will fix these issues, and next year's experience will be as pleasant as last year's.
Crown Awards: Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had an experience with Crown Awards that left me feeling very frustrated. I needed some awards done for a special occasion and found them on the internet. I started by chatting with their customer service representative, but unfortunately things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.
After waiting for over two weeks and hearing nothing, I had to call them to check the status of my order. I was told it would be done and sent out in a few days and that I would receive a call from the artist. However, the call never came, and I was left waiting again. I called back and was told that they were supposed to contact me with the artwork for my approval, but that hadn't happened.
I tried to make things easier by emailing them a picture, but again I was left waiting. After three calls and waiting for a month and a half, I finally got the order I placed, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I had to pay $79 for a useless product.
I was very disappointed with the way things turned out and felt like Crown Awards didn't care about their customers at all. It took five calls and three emails, and I still didn't get what I wanted. In the end, I had to use a local shop to get the job done, and they got it right the first time. I will be going back to them for my next order.
If you're thinking about using Crown Awards, I recommend staying away from them. They don't seem to value their customer's time or money and the service is simply unprofessional.

Disappointed with Crown Awards' Customer Service and Delivery Time for Trophies
I recently had an experience with Crown Awards that left me feeling a bit disappointed. I had ordered a batch of trophies worth over $160 for a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby, hoping to make the event special for the kids. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received 18 trophies with the wrong engraving.
As anyone would do in such a situation, I immediately contacted the customer service team to rectify the issue. They assured me that the engravings would be fixed within a couple of days, which eased my concerns a bit. However, after three days had passed, I still hadn't received the trophies with the correct engraving.
So, I called again, only to be told that my issue had been forwarded to customer care. Naturally, this left me feeling frustrated as I had been expecting prompt resolution. The event was just around the corner, and I needed the trophies with the right engraving to present to the Cub Scouts.
As the day of the Pinewood Derby approached, I was in panic mode, unsure of what to do. However, I received a call from Crown Awards the day before the event. They apologized for the delay and suggested that I go on with the presentation, even with the wrong engravings, promising to fix them later on.
While I appreciate the effort to remedy the situation, I was still left with zero correctly engraved trophies to present to the Cub Scouts. As a result, the event was not as successful as I had envisioned. Overall, I'd say Crown Awards has some work to do in terms of customer service and delivery time.
Crown Awards Medal Engraving Review: Good Customer Service, But Sticker-Based "Engraving" Disappoints
So, I recently gave Crown Awards a try and I gotta say, I was a bit let down by their medal "engraving." On their website, they use the word "engraving" all over the place, but when I received my order, I realized that they didn't really mean it in the traditional sense. See, the message on my medal was printed on a sticker that I then had to stick onto the back of the medal. Not exactly what I had in mind when I heard the word "engraving." The pictures on their website were also quite misleading. They showed a plate being slid onto the medal, which they called a "flexi-plate" but it was really just another sticker.
Now I'm not the first person to fall for this, and customer service confirmed it. They were nice enough to speak with, but it was still a bummer to realize that my medal was not what I thought it would be. Nonetheless, I think it's important to note that Crown Awards does have some redeeming qualities. For example, their customer service was good. And while the medal "engraving" wasn't what I expected, the medal itself was still of decent quality.
All things considered, I would give Crown Awards 2 stars. They're not a bad company per se, but they definitely could do a better job of explaining what their medal "engraving" actually entails. But, if you're looking for a decent medal at an affordable price, Crown Awards might still be worth a shot. Just be prepared for some sticker shock, pun intended.
Mixed experience with Crown Awards: Damaged Trophy but Impressive Customer Service
I got this trophy from Crown Awards, and let me tell you, the whole thing was messed up. The thing is, the base - it was cracked, marble base, yeah? I don't know how they did it, but it was, and then they glued it together, which just looked bad, you know? And then they put the engraved plaque on top of that sorry-looking base. I bet it was their fault, too, because the plaque was totally fine, not even bent or scratched or anything.
So I complained to the customer service, and that's when things started looking up. The rep that answered - what a guy. He didn't even hesitate, offered to fix the problem right away, and even said he'd send me a new base, with a new plaque, no charge. They say it's gonna arrive on Monday, which is totally fine 'cause I don't need it for another two weeks.
I gotta say, though, that this was my first time ordering from Crown Awards, and I was really disappointed when I saw the trophy. But I gotta give credit where credit's due, their customer service's top notch. The rep who handled my complaint was professional and polite and took care of things quick. I'm happy they're fixing the problem, and I hope they do better next time.

Beware: Crown Awards' Gold Ribbons are more Orange than Gold!
The Crown Awards website has some pretty good stuff on it. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for medals and other awards and stuff. I ordered some medals recently for my staff - we were having an awards ceremony and I wanted everyone to feel special and all that. The actual medals themselves were really nice, good quality, weighty and all that. But there was one problem - the neck ribbons were a totally different color than what I was expecting.
I ordered the black and gold ribbons, but when I got them, they looked more like black and orange. Like, pumpkin orange. I even had my whole staff look at them and nobody thought they looked gold. So I called up the Crown Awards customer service rep and she was all like, "Yeah, our gold is kind of orangey. Next time you order, you should get yellow if you want a more gold color."
I had to send her a picture of the ribbons and she was like, "Yeah, that's our gold all right." Then she sent me a pic of their dark, burnt orange ribbon and said that's what their actual orange looks like. Definitely did not match the color scheme I was going for at my event.
So I had to go to a local store and buy some new ribbons and fix them up myself. It was really annoying and took extra time and money that I wasn't planning on spending. So just a heads up - if you order the black and gold ribbons from Crown Awards, don't expect them to look like how they do in the pictures!
Limited Free Shipping and Engraving at Crown Awards is Deceptive and Disappointing
It's really disappointing to see that Crown Awards only offers free shipping and engraving on trophies and plaques. I've been a loyal customer for several years now, and it's frustrating that there's so little incentive to keep coming back. Last year was a bit of a nightmare - several of our trophies were broken and had to be replaced. So this year, I decided to switch things up and go with medals instead. But wouldn't you know it, they're just as expensive as trophies thanks to the shipping and engraving fees. It's a little bit deceptive, honestly. You see "FREE SHIPPING" and "FREE ENGRAVING" in big, bold letters on the website, but then you notice the small print - only for trophies and plaques. That's not fair.
I even reached out to customer service yesterday to get some clarification. Francesca was the name of the representative I spoke with, and at first, she told me that engraving on medals would be free. But when I pressed her for more details, she kind of backpedaled and said it wouldn't be. That was frustrating. I just want to know what I'm getting into before I commit to something.
All that said, I will grudgingly admit that Crown Awards does have some good products. The trophies and medals both look really nice, and the website is easy enough to navigate. But when it comes down to it, I don't know if it's worth it. The fees for engraving and shipping really add up, and I'm starting to wonder if I wouldn't be better off shopping somewhere else. Maybe I'll give Crown Awards one more chance, but if things don't change, I think it's time to move on.
Mixed Experience with Crown Awards: Tricky Discount Offers & Delivery Issues
I got an email from Crown Awards (crownawards.com) about some mystery discount. When I clicked on the email I was looking forward to using up to 25% discount, but I didn't get any. To be honest, I felt that this was a little tricky, and it made me hesitate to make a big order from your company, considering that you messed up my first order that I had to call you about to request delivery of another. However, I did have the experience of making 3 purchases from your company in 8 days, and they added up to over $500 in total.
If I ever choose to do business with your company again, especially for my agency that consists of over 1000 employees, I would like to know that you will honor the email offers you send in the future. I'd be more than happy to recommend you to other offices if your product is good, that is, if you can ensure that there are no defects with these awards.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks for reading this review!
Misleading Shipping Policy Negatively Impacted My Experience with Crown Awards
I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Crown Awards. I had been shopping around for some Crystals for my team and came across their website. At first, I was excited to see that they offered free shipping for orders over $100, which, considering my total was a whopping $599, seemed like a pretty good deal.
But, as I was going through the checkout process, I noticed that not all items were included in the free shipping deal. This was definitely not made clear from the beginning, and it was frustrating to see that my team was going to have to pay an extra $100 that we really didn't have.
To make matters worse, I had already gone through the process of typing in all the names and information for the order before realizing this. I didn't have time to start over and find another trophy, so we ended up going through with the order, but it definitely put a damper on our overall experience.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I really feel like Crown Awards could have done a better job of making their shipping policy clear. It's not cool to offer free shipping and then tack on hidden fees at the last minute. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the experience and probably won't be shopping with them again.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Crown Awards
So I had a little issue with my recent order at Crown Awards and decided to contact customer service for some help. I was greeted by a woman named Kathy who unfortunately was not very helpful. I understand that everyone has their own issues they're dealing with, but for someone in a customer service position, one would expect more.
I explained to Kathy my concern about the shipping and how I needed the order to be fulfilled in a timely manner. Instead of offering any kind of helpful advice or solution, she simply took my phone number down and said she would pass it along to someone else.
As someone who has been a long time customer of Crown Awards, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of customer service skills that Kathy displayed. I wasn't asking for the impossible, just a little effort and empathy on her part.
To add insult to injury, at the end of our chat conversation, Kathy didn't even bother asking if there was anything else she could help me with. She simply disconnected the chat and left me hanging.
Overall, I have to say that this experience has made me reconsider using Crown Awards for any future events we may have. I understand that mistakes happen, but having helpful and supportive customer service can make a world of a difference in whether or not I choose to do business with a company again. If I wasn't in such a time crunch for my order, I probably would have taken my business elsewhere.
Hopefully, in the future, Crown Awards can improve their customer service skills and provide better support to those who rely on them for their event needs.
Decrease in Customer Service Quality at Crown Awards
I have been using Crown Awards for a while now, but I have recently noticed a decrease in their customer service quality from last year. Previously, I was able to make corrections through emails, but this time around, they insisted I call them and place my order. I had already included a ton of information, which made it easier to submit last year but the customer service representative made a big deal out of my reluctance. Even though I found calling very tedious and unpleasant, she made it seem like I was being ridiculous for not wanting to do so. Although I was given the option to proceed with my choice, the way the lady insisted that it would not be the best option left a sour taste in my mouth.
The main reason I keep using Crown Awards is the convenience that comes with completing everything online. Avoiding calls is usually worth it, considering that phone conversations are often time-consuming and can be very bothersome. However, this time around, the customer service lady was very pushy, which left me feeling very agitated. If this keeps happening, I may consider using another awards company in the future.
It is frustrating because we are used to efficient online customer service with Crown Awards, but lately, it seems to be going downhill. I have been placing orders for large amounts, up to $1500, and it is imperative that the customer service is top-notch. Having to go through all this trouble makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Crown Awards really needs to step up their game.
Mixed experience with Crown Awards: review
Yo folks, I gotta share my experience with Crown Awards. So, first off, let me say, I had a bit of a rough start with these guys. When I called in to place my order, I got this first lady on the line and she seemed kinda impatient. She was rushin' me through the order process and not explaining things clear enough, like assuming I could see what she was seein' on her screen. But let me tell ya, I just graduated from my Doctorate of Nursing with a 4.0 GPA, so I ain't no dummy. Maybe she was lookin' at a different screen than mine, who knows. Anyway, I did eventually get my order placed, but then we got disconnected or somethin', I'm not sure who actually hung up. So, I called back to get some clarification on a few things and spoke with a second lady who was much more helpful and pleasant to deal with. She was patient and even offered to help me place the order online or over the phone with her assistance. I had wanted to place the order with the first lady in the first place, but she made me do it online. Anyways, the second lady was a breath of fresh air and I appreciate her help. Now, I can't wait to get my hands on the product I ordered from these yahoos. Overall, I'd say Crown Awards is alright, but they can use some work in certain areas.
