C.T. Bates Roofing did an awesome job. Their crew came to our home about 7am and the roof was off by 8:30am. I never thought they would complete this job in a day. Everything was cleaned up and back to normal. C.T. Bates Roofing did everything they said they would. Thank you to Duan and your crew!

Professionalism along with speed accuracy and courtesy made for a great experience during a questionable time. Four previous roofers pointed to different problems but he was able to detected the real issue. He found and repaired the hole instantly, stopping the leak and restoring my roof's purpose. I am grateful.

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on our house, which was especially difficult due to a poor roofing job by the previous owner. Chris handled the claim with our insurance, and his workers completed the job on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Chris!

Duan Bates of CT Bates, Inc. came highly recommended to me by my son. Duan recently installed a new roof for him. My son knew of my difficulties with my insurance company to get a roof replacement. Great job from start to finish. Duan helped us every step of the way. He even spoke with my dad long distance. From picking the color, to gutters, to coming back after the work was done. The roofers were professional and worked all the way through. They cleaned up and did great. Even the delivery driver was great. I was referred by my HOA president and his roof is awesome too. Happy to have a CT Bates roof. Duan leads the pack!

More than five stars! Always responsive, and helped my family tremendously with the cost. After getting the run-around from another company I started working with this one and what a difference! Duan goes way above and beyond, including dealing with insurance. I'm getting my new roof put on now and expect the work quality will be the best. I don't feel like I have to worry with this company. I will write another review to state how my new roof looks.

We had hail damage and subsequent spots on our ceilings from leaking. Alex with CT Bates Roofing contracted our new roof for us. He helped us every step of the way, from initially contacting our insurance company to overseeing the actual installation. He recommended Certainteed architectural shingles, and we couldn't be more pleased. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and prompt. We would highly recommend Alex with CT Bates Roofing for any roofing need!

I am very pleased with the progress and quality of CT Bates. They were professional and polite with us. Everything was explained in terms we understood. We were able to save some money due to the company informing us we had storm damage which was covered by our homeowners insurance. Someone else may not have mentioned that information. They worked directly with the insurance adjuster so we hardly had to do anything. Once they were finished they cleaned up the area around the house. I would recommend CT Bates to anyone.

Duan Bates @ CT Bates Inc did an amazing job from start to finish, very professional and on top of project from start to finish. Within an hour after my initial phone call, Duan was tarping exposed wood on the roof to ensure there was no further damage. In less than a week, the insurance carrier approved the claim and the only steps left were to pick out the shingles and schedule the installation. The team was early, on time, and thorough. The old roof on the house was removed and the new roof installed the same day. The roof looks fantastic!

I finally have a new roof after three failed attempts with different contractors over several years. I had given up ever getting a roof replacement because of denials from the insurance company. Duan at CT Bates convinced me to try again. His professionalism and knowledge of the process was evident from the start. Wow ! Amazing job guys! I am blown away with every step especially the professionalism from Duan our roofing assessor. Very attentive , went above and beyond to get the claim approved for us also. Then the work starts and they tarpped everything before hand to save our plants and keep the construction debris out of the yard. They were respectful and did an amazing job. Best my home has looked in decades. After they were done they picked up every piece of scrap and debris left behind. Like they were never here. ! Then after the fact I noticed they painted the back plumbing coming out of the roof all one color ( was a dingy white) and painted the heat exhaust vent that was rusted. Now it looks brand new. To me that is above and beyond and I'm super impressed. They did an outstanding job.

This company is Dependable, Dedicated, Professional, Reliable, Energetic, Trustworthy, and provides the highest quality of craftsmanship with affordable prices. I'm really not trying to sound like a commercial, but I did not have the liberty of physically meeting with Duan - only telephone conversations or text. However; to be blatantly honest, I have not felt as safe and comfortable about work being performed on my residence as I experienced with this company and his service. Duan was quick in his response to my call as I learned of him through a referral of a prior customer. His initial assessment of my roof was quick in response considering my initial contact date was immediately following a storm and the service was in great demand as well as his willingness to be available to return and meet with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. After the work was completed IN ONE DAY I might add, I felt like I had purchased a new home when I returned home in the evening. I wouldn't trade or replace this experience with any other company and they deserve 22 STARS and I could list a positive for each one. CT Bates is the BEST COMPANY around and Duan is the MVP without a doubt. Thank you sooooo much for my Christmas present this year!

I was fortunate to have a neighbor in the process of having her roof work done by C.T. Bates, Inc. My husband sent me the contact number as we were shopping around for our roof and that was the beginning of a great ending. I spoke with Duan and I immediately felt he was the one to conduct business with. I'm not easily convinced but what I appreciated most was the fact that I didn't have to be convinced by him. Duan was professional and impressionable at the same time. He was clearly knowledgeable, he offered great advice and more importantly, he followed up on my every request, timely. Before I could think about writing a review, my roof replacement was Completed! I have exactly what I've asked for and the price was right. I know this is true because I've been shopping around. I am also a firm believer of "getting what you pay for". What I appreciate most is the fact that I felt comfortable enough to execute my request from a different state while my family comfortably trusted the process. My roof looks great and I'm excited for the enhanced appeal it's giving my home. The workers were all kind and efficient, in my families words, and clean up was on point. The process was seamless and it was an investment that was well worth the service we've received. Duan seems like family to us now, we hope he agrees!
