Professional, friendly, excellent customer service, competent, best experience I could have imagined. I was dreading getting a new roof for a few years. Feared expense and bad roofers. John and Sarah went above and beyond with our roof! To be honest, initially I tried to cheap out and do the roof myself and after failing an inspection after I had already torn my own roof off, John had swooped in, and Elements Roofing tackled the situation head on. He was very positive and reassuring to the situation. He went through the process with me and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. Folks, this company is the real deal. John and Sarah were there every step of the way and even went out of their way to call me after the job was complete to ask me how me and my wife were enjoying our new roof. John even personally came back out with his yard magnet to double check that there were no stray nails in our backyard where the kids play. I would highly recommend this company!
