I have a 2017 Cub Cadet Enduro series XT1 My question and complaint is why do I have to replace the throttle/Choke cable every two years for no reason known. Cable looks perfectly fine but is jammed up on the inside of protective sleeve. It is garage kept year-round. I have checked the tension and have it properly adjusted to full choke and choke opens just enough to start it. I also have to choke every time I start it no matter if I had it running 5 minutes prior. Seems odd but works. Just wonder why I have to replace cable so many times. This I'm sure is a known issue for I'm sure others have same problems.
I really like the mower just getting tired of buying cables every 2 years. Actually, just put one on last summer and had to replace again this year as it broke this last time. Now if I try to lower throttle to less fuel it just sticks and jams up again, so it won't turn down anyhow. So I have been just turning key off at full throttle as I am moving forward or reverse so it wont backfire. I should not have to buy stock in cables for the money I paid for this should be a fix for it somehow. Do you have a known fix for this issue? Got any different cable design so this don't happen? Send me one please

It sounds like your Cub Cadet is keeping you on your toes! It's frustrating to keep replacing that throttle/choke cable every couple of years, especially when it seems like everything is adjusted correctly and maintained well.
