AVOID Moteefe: Dreadful product quality and non-existent customer service

My experience with Moteefe was absolutely dreadful. The quality of their products is just terrible and their communication and customer service skills are non-existent. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. The items that I received looked nothing like what was displayed on their website. It was impossible to find out where to return my purchase and I was told that there are no refunds or exchanges for products that are made to order. The reality is that these are mass-produced items of inferior quality.
I paid just over ?30 for a product, which included shipping, and it was worth no more than ?5. I was extremely disappointed with the product and felt cheated by the company. In fact, I have better cleaning cloths at home than the item I received from Moteefe. It was a poor quality tee-shirt with a faded pony printed on it. The product looked nothing like what I thought I was buying. The product was utter crap, and my photo actually makes it look better than it is in real life.
I am absolutely FURIOUS with Moteefe. If you are considering buying from this company, please AVOID them at all costs. They are not worth your time or your money. The quality of the products is subpar, their customer service is appalling, and they do not stand by their products. Save yourself from the disappointment and frustration that I experienced and shop elsewhere.

After sending a few photos of the sizing issue with my delivered shirt, Alessandro swiftly sent a replacement that was a much better fit. It was great to see that the company values customer satisfaction and is willing to make things right if there were any issues.

So, I gotta be honest, I was WAY too patient with Moteefe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even paid for a replacement shirt. However, the size chart they displayed and the actual measurements of the shirts I received were completely different. To make matters worse, their customer service was slow and less than satisfactory when it came to resolving the issue.
I really wish they would have had consistent sizing across the board. It would have saved both Moteefe and their customers a LOT of trouble. And to top it off, the customer service just wasn't up to par.

I just gotta say, I did use Moteefe.com to order my wife a Halloween t-shirt and the experience was not so good, to say the least. I mean, the website looked legit, and the designs were super cute, so I went ahead and placed my order.
So, when the t-shirt arrived, we were both super excited to see it. But the print job was so bad that it looked like you could see right through the shirt! I showed them the shirt and they agreed that the print was not up to their standards, which is fair I guess. They said that they would replace the shirt, which is also fair.
So, I reordered the shirt and they switched out the style of the shirt, to a unisex, Beefy-T. Now, let me tell you, the difference between a women's cut and a unisex Beefy-T is HUGE. Like, they basically gave me a completely different shirt. But, I figured it was better to have a shirt that fits than one that looks like it was printed by a kindergartener.
But, now, I have two shirts, and neither of them is wearable. I explained the situation to two different Moteefe representatives, and neither of them was of much help. In fact, they both blew me off and stopped returning my emails.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The designs were cute and my wife loved them, but the inconsistencies, the constant delays, and ultimately not getting the product that I ordered...well, let's just say that I won't be using Moteefe again.

I thought I was going to receive my awesome hoodie from November 15th 2021 up to December 20th 2021, but they continued to give me the runaround with an incorrect address. After correcting the address, they told me that they would send me another hoodie for free, but guess what? I still haven't gotten anything!
I've tried to get in touch with their support team, but they haven't been helpful at all. I even reached out to them via Instagram and gave them my order number and tracking number, but they still haven't been able to solve this problem. They told me that it should only take 3 days for my order to arrive, but that's definitely not the case.
To make matters worse, the scammers who run this website are creating fake "DHL" delivery pages that show how soon your package should arrive. It's just another way for them to trick people and steal their money.
I should have known from the beginning that something wasn't right. I was so excited to get my epilepsy hoodie because I have epilepsy, but now I'm just super angry and frustrated. This whole thing is complete BS.

I gotta say, my experience with Moteefe was not great, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The problem I had with them was that the Tee Shirt I ordered was supposed to be a certain size, but it turned out to be one size smaller when I measured it. So I reached out to them about it, hoping they would make it right.
But instead of trying to help me, they didn't seem interested in fixing their mistake at all. In fact, some of the emails they sent me were pretty rude and uncaring, which left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt like they just didn't care about their customers at all.

As you can see in the picture I attached, the correct measurement should have been 17 & 1/2 inches. But as confirmed by Moteefe staff, it was only 16 inches, which is one size smaller than what was indicated on the shirt's label.
All in all, my experience with Moteefe was disappointing and frustrating. They didn't seem to care about their customers or take their concerns seriously. So if you're thinking about ordering from them, I would say to proceed with caution.

Yo, i got some beef with Moteefe.com. I was tryna get a funny Covid bday tee for my niece, and i ordered it three whole weeks before her big day. So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with this website called Moteefe. I was pretty stoked when I found out about them, because they have a ton of super cool t-shirts and stuff that I was just dying to get my hands on. But boy, was I in for a rude awakening when I actually received my order.
I ordered three t-shirts, all with the same design because I just couldn't decide which one I wanted more. Two of them were XL and the other was an L. I was excited to try them on, but when they arrived, I was really disappointed. The sizing was waaaaay off. I could barely even get the XLs on, and the L basically looked like it was made for a baby.
I was pretty peeved, to say the least. I looked for a packing slip in the box so I could figure out how to contact the company, but there wasn't one. So, I had no choice but to pay to mail them back to the sender and initiate a dispute.
I thought for sure they would understand my frustration and be willing to work with me to make it right. But boy, was I wrong. The customer service was just terrible.
