Recently moved to Texas from Illinois and wanted to introduce my Texas friends about Culver's which they never tried. We put in 2 basket orders of 4 piece buffalo tenders and one butter burger basket. First of all we noticed that there were no straws at the drink station, and I pointed out to the staff. Once the order came and I took the first bite into the chicken tender and it was Raw. I immediately reported it to the worker who originally took my order, who brought it to the managers attention. Manager Anna was very rude, first she made me wait 2 minutes while she was tidying up the front station. I have always learned that customer should be attended first but anyhow, she came to me and says well the chicken looks cooked to me. I said why don't you try one of the pieces and you will know and she rolled her eyes. She says we cook the chicken at appropriate temperature and there is no way its undercoated. Then she said "What do you want me to do about it?" A customer comes to complain about a food item and the best she can say is what you want me to do. Needless to say I am very disappointment and I am sure my friends were wondering why I would recommend such a place. I guess I learned my lesson
Desired outcome: I would have expected her to say "I am sorry, usually never happens, but let me see what I can do" instead of what do you want me to do. What a service and no wonder with service like this Culver's hasn't done well in Texas
