Service Charges Waiver Offer And Handover Delay
Purchased a ready property through Mortgage (Damac Hills 2). At the time of Sales, I got 4 years service charges waiver but at the time of Handover, it was revoked giving the lame excuse of delays. The whole delay was added by DAMAC teams only.
I'm tired of following up with Damac Support teams and Still waiting for the final Handover after 4 months.

Deposit refund
We paid deposit on a Damac future development, but we changed our mind regards to purchasing into that property. This was in May 27th of this year. Our customer number is 388843.
We tried to get our money back from Damac over the phone , in writing and in person also, but we still didn't get a dime back from that deposit. All we get is promises and request of further information. We do have the receipt of the bank transfer and the deposit payment receipt. What do we have to do to get our money back?

i bought unit 1309 there and i want to view that units to some my friends. we already have viewing NOC but the security guard they behave very rude with my friends they did not allow for viewing and i am very disappointed for this behavior, i am in UK and i will come soon and get hand over of my unit but i did not understand why they do this with my friends. even unit is open and they told that unit is close.

We complaints for the maintenance to come fixed the ceiling water leakage from the bathroom , i called up the maintenance team and they said they cannot do anything they say we have to fixed it by ourself ! Is this the way how to treat your tenants ? Horrible experience this water leaking is not the first time we faced . I have to called everyone talk request them to do something because water is leaking from the ceiling . Management terrible .

Damac Hills handover
Damac properties handover team is handing us an old hood which was used by tenants before and they said why did you buy a property that was rented before! Because they told us it will be renovated! And thanks God they changed the stove with a very cheap one that doesn’t fit in its place and it blocked the kitchen Cupboards! Plus the dirty used toilets! We have been renting for 3 months now! A very disrespectful company employees! And a plus plus complaint! The plan we have is not the same like the Apartment! Wow
We are so disappointed and will ask anyone who is willing to buy from Damac to reconsider!

We have purchased an off plan property 2 years ago(2020), We were promised that the house will be ready by end of 2022, we believed them and started planning our life accordingly. By mid of 2022 we were getting ready to move to our new home( finding new school for kids, buying new furniture.. etc.) , but DAMAC never keep their word bcoz the property won't be ready until end of 2023 or mid 2024!Now we are really pissed off and confused! everything we planned for will be postponed another year or two which is impossible for us now. My advice is to never trust this company especially when it comes to off plan projects.

None use of swimming pool in Pacifica cluster for more than 3 months
To be honest looking at the number of bad comments on here and percentage of issues that have not been fixed I'm writing this email not expecting to receive a response. several of the swimming pools in a number of locations within Damac Hills two have been out of order for almost three months. the community have complained numerous times, and nothing has been done about this and to make it worse our community are monitoring on a daily basis what work is being done and there is none nor has there been since the community pool was closed almost three months ago now. How does Damac condone this behavior given the last three months were extremely hot for families with kids? On another note, it took me almost 30 minutes to enter coming from the Al Ain entrance four security guards standing doing nothing two lanes of traffic backed up to the roundabout and the security team have only one of the barriers open refusing residents into their own homes? what are you guys doing? are you guys destined to have people move from the community due to the terrible service across the board from Damac? When are you guys going to use your brain and start treating residents well who have invested into this community. Your outsourced service providers have the brain set of a toaster and work like robots with no consideration for your RESIDENTS! don't we deserve better after investing over a million dirham in our properties? CAN WE HAVE A RESPONSE PLEASE?

Service is awful. Supervisor can’t solved a problem. My family have a car, we are paying for a parking place in a building. So many times our parking been taking by other car who is not even related to the building. Security can’t control these. When I ask supervisor for a help, to tell me where I can park my car temporary till my parking will become available he just answer that is my own problem which I need to solved by myself! How it’s can be possible? I wish you can help to solve this problem! Because it’s happen many times.

I don’t know how to start! Many complains will blow up my mind! Since we started the process of buying a property in Damac Hills and we are facing the worst employees ever! Damac mortgage team failed to issue a mortgage contract so my husband made it himself through Huspy! Followed by their promises that we will get the apartment in the beginning of August, so we came from our country, applied for our son in a school in Dubai and the surprise that our Apartment is rented until the 31st of August! They are liars! They just wanted the money and the customers can go to hell as long as the sales team get the commission! We are currently in a hotel! My son is in the school here so I can’t go back to my country! All the teams are not collaborating together! They are keeping on sending us to any team everyday to help us with nothing being solved! The Apartment is not fixed yet because the handover notice is not sent yet because they are busy doing something else! The sales guy who sold us the property insulted me at Damac office and told me why are you here although I wasn’t there to meet him! I saw him coincidentally in the elevator! When we decided to move to Dubai, I didn’t ask about any other company because my family used to buy from Damac long time ago! But unfortunately Damac’s image is now awful! Worst customer treatment ever! They even failed to know how a company departments cooperate! After many meetings with all employees from different departments, one told us you will get your property after 2 months! So I have my apartment but I will also rent another place to stay because Damac employees are Liars! I would advice everyone to think twice before dealing with Damac! I am 100% sure that this complaint will not even help but at least a place to speak what I am suffering of me and my family for almost 2 months now!
The handover team told us also that they only change what is damaged if they can’t fix it when I asked them to change the toilet seats and shower (hygienic wise) ! Me as a owner don’t have the right to have new accessories in my apartment! I didn’t ask them to change the kitchen cabinets or the toilets itself! I was specific! And they also said that the broken floor tiles might be fixed with another colors if they don’t find the same one!
One month apart! And still counting the days! We are not home yet! Worst experience ever!

Damac Contract Loophole - Offplan

I purchased from Damac last year, they were 6 months late on handover and they delivered a handover notice before the building was ready, it was still at 98% as per DLD website and their Damac app. This is their strategy to gain 2% penalties per month if you don’t pay the full amount which you automatically sign in the original contract, they don’t even need to ask you to sign again.
Once the building was 100% ready they asked for 57% installment plan completion to get a handover, then they asked for 60 then 67 and so on. On top of this, they want undated cheques for security deposit outside of the agreement and once asked for a contract amendment as it’s not mentioned anywhere, no response at all even after calling, and emailing multiple times.
My experience with Damac has been extremely frustrating and most probability I will get another contact [protected]@damacgroup.com again.
I am sharing for everyone’s sake who is planning to buy from Damac. Be careful!

Far from luxury - Damac Hills 2
If you are thinking about purchasing anything from Damac, unless you are okay with throwing your money in the garbage, I would stay far away from it.
I would like to raise a few issues as an owner (unfortunately) in this community that was sold a “luxury” dream. There is nothing luxury about this community and about the companies running this community! Right after we put the security deposit down, everything went down hill. The person we were dealing with “left”, project was delayed for 2 years with no compensation, issues during hand over, delay during hand over from their side and they tried to give us a fine for it, they tried but we fought and this is just to name a few!
This is the worse investment ever, there are no external walls to protect this community from anyone who wants to jump over someone’s wall. And damac Hills is the same which tells me we will never have an external wall or gate around our community to protect our houses. The sand dunes are so high that it is so easy for anyone to jump over.
Our security guards who are meant to look after our security in this community are not treated like humans - they have to stand for 10-12hrs a day, all their chairs have been taken away? This is NOT LUXURY! It is far from it!
At the front main entrance there seems to be a shelter with someone living there? This community is absolutely dreadful and I will never get my money back because of how bad it is run and how low the quality is.
There is a horrible paint ball camp that has never been opened and all the mesh to “protect” the houses just behind it, has blown over and it has never been fixed. It is an eye sore and again far far far from luxury. It’s actually a joke.
I am raising these complaint not expecting anything to be done, because I know nothing will be done. But to let Damac know that you are not doing your job and that you are not luxury - perhaps Damac should go visit Dubai Hills or any other community not built by them, so they can see what luxury is. I will never get my money back and have lost over 700K aed on this investment.

Handed over the property with an unpaid bill for AC
On 30.06.22 Damac handed over the property and didn’t provide me with a proof of payment of all bill including ac. After that I found out that AC doesn’t work due to reconnection and all charges (disconnection and reconnection) are applicable. I had to pay Damac’s debt which was around 600 aed and all charges to get my AC connected again. In total it’s over 1000 aed. Damac from their side send me an email that they won’t repay me back since handover is done. It’s just incredibly sad that such a big company literally lie to its clients, make them pay debts which was accumulated by Damac before even the purchasing agreement was signed and has zero reaction to resolve the issue.

Registered contract with Ejari & activated dewa without problems under my name but faced problems during registration of moving in request at damac living app.

Poor customer care
Their customer support is probably the worst I have seen so far. They will never respond to your query after you have bought the house. You call them and if you are lucky someone will pick your call and talk to you as if they are doing you a favor and they will make your promise without even attention of following up. Avoid this builder. I'm regretting to have spent money on them.

When I decided to own a property I decided to deal with a good big name company to secure myself from any troubles and I am still proud of my selection.
I faced too much difficulties from the sales man which affect my settlement time to own a studio in damac hills 1..the diificultis in brief as follows:
- I did a visit location for damac hills 2 and I reserved a unit and paid down payment but after one week I decided to swap to hills 1 ..I faced the followings :
1- In the bigging before reserving the unit in hills 2 he informed me that No possibility for the bank approval as per him cause of my salary but I got it from my side easily and smoothly from DIB.
2- wasting time and non respecting for the others time .
3 - No possibility to see the available units physically cause he did not organize before normally by email with the security team and when we reached there he told me that I will see only one unit but i objected cause as per our agreement before the location visit that he will show me 4 units from the 7 available units overlooking the golf course as per my request but he is busy with another customer which is not my problem and asked me to wait ..after 40 minutes he came back to me to inform that the keys lost by someone and he can not show me the unit and I should back tomorrow .
After hard disscussion he threaten me that he will return the down payment for me and he is not caring if I got a unit or not and I asked him if he act like the company owner he answered yes .
When I backed home I recieved a call from him that all the unites sold out and no any reservation for me except this unit and my reservation canceled from the system .also he informed that the units are under maintenance and water Leake( that's new information )
4- changing his words many times (he Said to me things and I found out by chance another totally different.
6- bad attitude and behaviors reached to putting the telephone down and asking me to search who will give my money back to me cause I lost to trust him anymore and I decided to find another sales man from the office but he insisted to assign another one from his side to avoid my potential complains or to secure his commission
7- Wrong information from his side even he does not know that I have DLD deduction as per the vailde offer from damac but I found out that by myself from the other agents in the market .
8- I knew well these behaviors from individual can not represent the company but also it is affecting my plan cause how I am not able to see a unit I will buy and there are like 7 unites available but he does not like to show Me the units .

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about Mr. Richard from DAMAC (+971 [protected]). I had a phone call with him on September 7th which was recorded from my side.
During the phone call, Mr. Richard was playing a voice record that was repeating itself over and over again. I am not sure what software if any he was using.
He did not notify me that he was using a pre-recorded voice to answer my call. During the conversation regarding my unit at Merano P205, he was complaining that the maintenance team spent too much money on fixing the leakage of my toilet ceiling at my apartment. He also complained about my tenant. I was not able to talk to him normally on the phone or ask him any question since he was using a recorded voice or a software. At the beginning I did not know he was using such a technology so I was trying to interrupt him to ask him a question or have my say. Mr. Richard's voice record was playing itself normally with the same tone while talking over my voice which I though was very impolite and inconsiderate.
Most importantly, my unit has been having leak problems since 25 April 2022 and so far this leakage issue has not been resolved after several attempts.

On September 5th, another video was sent to me and the ceiling was dripping very hard like rain.

As far as I know, on two different occasions, the LOAMS team arranged a maintenance team to come in to the unit and treat the leakage issue by repainting the ceiling in the toilet.
The last time the LOAMS maintenance team came in was on July 28th. The maintenance man stated that the issue is from a leaking pipe. However, the resolution of the problem was to repaint the surface. After each paint, the ceiling leaked again and cracks appeared again the toilet’s ceiling’s paint. The core of the problem has never been fixed although the maintenance man mentioned clearly that it is a leaking pipe on July 28th.
I do not understand why the LOAMS maintenance team does not fix the core of the problem so that it is fixed once and for all. I purchased this studio unit directly from DAMAC and I have an insurance coverage that ends on 3 November 2022.
The defect liability insurance mentions on the APP that I should “sit back and relax, knowing any defect in materials and workmanship will be taken care of”. The Defect Liability Period DLP document provided by DAMAC also mentions clearly that plumbing problems are covered.
I am looking forward to hear your say and would like to know DAMAC’s plan to resolve my issue prior to my DLP’s expiry. Thank you.

I am complaining about your rules
I am tired of changing your rules every time. One mouth ago when I just moved in to Damac Vera residence, security said: By Damac rules you Can NOT move in in off days means I can NOT move in on Saturday or Sunday( I had already all my documents and permission). Ok. What did I see in two weeks? Some one moved in on Saturday without any problems.
Next: I had issues with my glass door in my shower room in two days when I moved in. That door just slides out. It was not broken, just slides out. I called to Damac castomer help desk and one lady said: oh! I am so sorry but it’s not under out responsibility. We can just help you to replace that door. I was curious because this is new building under warranty from Damac. Then I called later and one man said: we will send maintenance team to fix the door. Thanks god man was more professional in that topic. Yes. Damac maintenance team came and fix everything. In two weeks I had absolutely same situation with glass door in my another shower room. It’s fixed already. Thanks
Yesterday I had issues with security in Damac Vera residence. When I just moved in I asked my property agent and I asked security about visitor parking. They said: your visitor can park in front of the building. Yesterday my visitor (that came before) park his car as before in front of the building and security came to my apartment and said: By Damac rules your visitors can NOT park their cars in front of the building! What going on? By Damac policy you mentioned you make your castomers life easier but what I can see rules change every time and make your castomer life just more difficult.
I would like to know where is visitor parking in Damac Vera residence.
One more issue: I registered with Damac living application. I received permission from that application but now I can’t login to that application. I changed password many times but it Doesn’t work.

Incompetent, unprofessional, negligent damac team
I am reaching out to all the people who are currently or maybe thinking of investing in this property. I'd like to warn you on how irresponsible, unprofessional, incompetent and negligent the group of people working in this company - DAMAC.
We are a family staying in Dubai for over 15 years, we have been having doubts of purchasing or investing on a property here in the UAE, mostly because of the amount of money required and with all the soaring prices of real estate properties before. However, due to the pandemic and all that has happened to the economy, we seized the opportunity and willingly invested in one of the properties from DAMAC.
We started our inquiries last 19th of May 2022 from a REAL ESTATE COMPANY - HOMES 4 LIFE, the moment we got a call from the agent - Mr. Nour, all was very promising and he was very accommodating, little did we know that this will be the start of the worst experience we've had for owning our so-called DREAM HOUSE!
We have been hearing about DAMAC HILLS and when we visited the area we saw a lot of potential, location-wise, it may not be practical for traveling but since we believe in how fast Dubai's progress is, we decided to take the shot.
We started the process on that month of May, we came up with a decision after only 2 meetings with the Real Estate Agent, paid the booking fee and waited for the process to start. During the initial meetings we have mentioned and stated FIRMLY to the agent, Finance representative and one DAMAC SALES representative named JOUDY - that our current contract with the Villa we are staying is only up to JULY 31. We are also scheduled a flight to our home country by JULY 10. Thus, we are very hesitant to start the process due to the time constraints. We very well reiterated that, if it is possible that we can move to the property in DAMAC by end of July or 1st week of August. The TEAM including our REAL ESTATE AGENT and SALES REPRESENTATIVE from DAMAC, agreed and made promises that YES, it will happen and the MOVE-IN DATE AUGUST first week WILL HAPPEN. These people even confirmed that everything will be finished in not more than a month or 2. Now, thinking of what is happening and how the REAL ESTATE processes works, we REALIZED that we were made to look STUPID! We are first time buyers, we have entrusted all endeavors related to buying the property to our agent and to DAMAC TEAM.
I know we have made a mistake in not looking into how all these works and reading reviews related to DAMAC, but we are made to believe by our Agents, DAMACT team that this process will all be SWIFT and that they will help us in every step of the way.
WE have complied with all the necessary requirements, payments, documents that has been requested from our side, come END of JUNE 2022, WE WERE STILL BEING INFORMED AND ASSURED BY THE AGENT THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE TO THE PROPERTY BY FIRST WEEK OF JULY OR EVEN BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED FLIGHT TO OUR HOME COUTRY WHICH IS JULY 10 2022. BELIEVING ALL THESE, WE STARTED SELLING MOST OF OUR FURNITURES AND APPLIANCE, LEAVING THE HOUSE ALMOST EMPTY SO WE COULD FURNISH THE NEW HOUSE WITH FRESH FURNITURES AND APPLIANCE, STARTED PACKING OUR BELONGINGS, CLOTHES AND ALL PUT IN BOXES PACKED. WE HAVE INFORMED OUR AGENT ABOUT THIS, AND HE EVEN SO WILLINGLY OFFERED TO HELP US MOVE ALL OUR THINGS, IF WORST COMES TO WORST THAT THE KEYS WILL BE HANDED OVER WHILE WE ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY. July 1, 2022 - we have started following up with the AGENT about the move-in, and HE then forwarded us and advised to message DAMAC TEAM - JOUDY about the move-in schedule, and the response was " THERE IS NO WAY TO MOVE IN, MINIMUM WILL TAKE A MONTH, DOWNPAYMENT FROM BANK HAS JUST FINISHED AND THEN THERE IS SNAGGING TO BE DONE" This is the first time that we have heard about "SNAGGING", the actual process was not explained thoroughly, WE WERE LEFT HANGING ON A THREA, WE WERE MADE TO LOOK STUPID, WITH A LOT OF FALSE PROMISES AND WITHOUT PROPER GUIDANCE. We did not have a choice but to beg our LandLord to extend our stay as we are scheduled to depart the country in the coming week and come back after a month.
1 month passed and we have come back first week of August, process have started, getting TITLE DEED, getting the MORTGAGE from the bank. Even getting the TITLE DEED took time, if we don't make follow-ups from DAMAC TEAM, we wouldn't get any response. IT WAS ALREADY AUGUST AND WE STILL DON’T'S HAVE ANY IDEA OF THE PROCESS WE NEED TO UNDERGO, GOING BACK AND FOIRTH TO THE DAMAC OFFICE, TALKING TO DIFFERENT TEEAMS, CREATED WHATSAPP GROUPS INCLUDING OUR AGENTS AND DAMAC REPRESENTATIVES, ALL THESE WAS STILL NOT ENOUGH, DAMAC TEAM DID NOT BOTHER TO HELP US PROPERLY. WE WERE ALSO INFORMED THAT HANDOVER PROCESS SHOULD BE COMPLETED FROM THE DAMAC APP (ALL SCHEDULING, KEY HANDOVER ETC. SHOULD BE LOGGED IN THE APP) AS SOON AS WE GOT THE TITLE DEED 2ND WEEK OF AUGUST, WE DECIDED TO GO TO DAMAC OFFICE AGAIN WHERE WE WERE ASSISTED BY THE HANDOVER TEAM. AGAIN, SPOKE TO ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE HANDOVER TEAM - MR. AVIRAL, CHECKED OUR CURRENT CASE, AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE SPECIAL PROMOTION! THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO DOCUMENT SIGNED. THIS SPECIAL PROMOTION DOCUMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNED FROM THE BEGINNING! WE HAVE SPOKE TO THE AGENT, AGAIN, AND THEY HAD TO GET THE DOCUMENT AND HAVE IT SIGNED!
ON THAT DAY WE SAT WITH MR. AVIRAL, HE ASSURED THAT THE HANDOVER WILL AGAIN BE SWIFT AND ALL THE HELP WILL BE GIVEN TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THAT THE HANDOVER WILL TAKE PLACE 1ST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. SITE VIEWING AND KEYS HANDOVER CAN BE DONE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER!
SEPTEMBER 1 2022, SENT A MESSAGE TO THE HANDOVER TEAM, OUR AGENT, DAMAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ASKING FOR A FOLLOWUP ABOUT THE KEYS HANDOVER AND SITE VIEWING, NO RESPONSE. CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES TO THE HAND OVER REPRESENTATIVE, NO RESPONSE. SEPTEMBER 2, EVENING, WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM A DAMAC HANDOVER REPRESENTATIVE, INFORMING US THAT THE UNIT INSPECTION WILL BE DELAYED AND RESCHEDULED TO 15TH OF SEPTEMBER! AND THAT IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 DAYS TO FINALIZE MOVE IN! WE DID NOT ACCEPT THIS, AND OF COURSE DECIDED TO CALL MR. AVIRAL FROM THE HANDOVER TEAM. HE FINALLY ANSWERED, AND CONFIRMED THAT 5TH OF SEPTEMBER WILL BE UNIT INSPECTION AND KEYS HANDOVER! AFTER A FEW MINUTES, WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MS. LUBNA, HANDOVER MANAGER - INFORMING US IN A MANNER THAT I BELIEVE MEANS WE DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE - THE DAMAC CONTRACTOR HAS TO DELAY THE UNIT INSPECTION BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS NOT READY. ARGUED, FOUGHT, AND IS FRUSTRATED BY THIS OUTCOME, MS. LUBNA STATED THAT THE REASON WHY THERE HAS BEEN TOO MANY MISINFORMATION IS THAT BECAUSE, THE CRM TEAM, THE HANDOVER TEAM DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING?! AND THAT WE HAVE TO BELIEVE HER BECAUSE SHE IS THE MANAGER! UNBELIEVABLE!
GOING BACK TO THE PROCESS WHERE WE HAVE PACKED OUR BELONGINGS SOLD OUR FURNITURES AND MOSTLY APPLIANCE TO FURNISH THE FURTURE HOUSE, WE ARE LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT A FALSE PROMISE AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN LIVING FOR A MONTH RUMMAGING BOXES FOR CLOTHES, EATING OUT ALMOST EVERYDAY AS WE DON'T HAVE OUR FRIDGE AND KITCHEN IS ALMOST PACKED, SCHOOL HAS STARTED WE DON'T EVEN HAVE PROPER SPACE FOR OUR KIDS TO STUDY. WE COULDN'T EVEN SHOW FACE TO OUR LANDLORD ABOUT THE EXTENSION OF RENT IN OUR CURRENT VILLA. WE HAVE PROMISED OUR LANDLORD TO VACATE THE PLACE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER AND AS IT TURNS OUT, WE ARE NOT EVEN CERTAIN IF ARE ABLE TO MOVE IN THIS MONTH.
The amount of incompetence, lack of information and unprofessionalism we have been experiencing until now HAS BEEN TAKING A TOLL IN OUR FAMILY'S FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING. WE HAVE STARTED PAYING THE MONTHLY AMMORTIZATION FOR THE PROPERTY AND WILL ALSO BE PAYING RENTAL EXTENSION FROM THE CURRENT HOUSE WE ARE STAYING IN. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WHAT WE ARE GETTING FROM DAMAC. THE EXCITEMENT AND ANTICIPATION ON SEEING THE DAMAC COMMUNITY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH TOO MUCH ANGER AND FRUSTRATION. IF ONLY WE ARE INFORMED PROPERLY FROM THE START, WE COULD HAVE WALKED A DIFFERENT PATH OR WE COULD HAVE MADE DIFFERENT PLANS. TRULY, THIS IS ALL ABOUT TAKING MONEY AND ADVANTAGE FROM FIRST-TIME BUYERS AND OR HOMEOWNERS. WE ARE MADE TO BELIEVE THAT THE JOURNEY OF OWNING A HOUSE WITH DAMAC WILL BE ONE WITH GOOD MEMORIES AND GREAT EXPECTATIONS! UNTIL NOW IT HAS ONLY BEEN BAD MEMORIES, FALSE PROMISES, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES FROM DAMAC TEAM.
I HAVE MADE THIS EXPERIENCE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE AND HOPEFULLY WILL REACH FUTURE BUYERS, TO THINK TWICE, CHOOSE THE RIGHT TEAM TO TALK TO. I AM NOT SO SURE THAT DAMAC TEAM WILL EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK INTO THIS, AS I HAVE SEEN SIMILAR COMPLAINTS SINCE 2020.
WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH A HINT OF REGRET, HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY? WE RELY AND TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS IN OUR LIFE'S JOURNEY - OWNING A HOUSE!
NO AMOUNT OF APOLOGIES WILL MAKE UP FOR THIS, WE NEED A RESOLUTION!

Non issuence of handover
On 21 July 2022, I visited Damac and met with CRM and told him that I have a buyer, If Damac will issue me handover then I will sign MOU with her. CRM replied me positive and gave commitment to issue handover with in 2 weeks, I lived at hotel for eighteen days and when I contacted him , he replied that handover cannot be issued due to some reasons with DLD.
I purchased this property in 2016 , now after six years this is the return of investment that neither Damac reply for my email nor give me fix date for resolution their problem with DLD.
Desired outcome: Damac issue me handover as early as possible as I have sign MOU with buyer which is going to expire on 22.09.2022
