I have being studying with Damelin Durban for 3 years now with a lot of issues, I decided to go directly with the agent, however I had about R2000 as an over payment in my Damelin account, i requested a refund in January but never got a response from the accounts persons at damelin up until July, now they tell me i have to wait 3 months for the refund to be paid out, how ridiculous that ? I cant understand why does a student have to wait 3 month for a refund to be processed, when the college is at fault by producing pathetic service.
