I am not completely sure what's going on, and no one on your customer service team was able to help me, and actually told me to go to the store and tell them to give me a refund, so long story short... I went to the grocery store to get groceries and my total came to 25 dollars and I had 53.93 on my card. So I was going to do cash back, but their wasn't enough on my card.. so the cashier tells me my card isn't approved after I tell him okay forget the cash back I'll just pay my 25 dollars for what my total came to. My card doesn't work. So I check my app on my phone and I have 0 dollars. It says 53.93 spent at giant eagle? The store I went to emailed me in regards to this whole situation and stated they aren't holding my money nor have any processed transaction from my card... so dayforce is telling me my "refund" or my "dispute" will not be given back to me and it wasn't accepted... so I worked a whole day at work just to go get groceries when I get off and it was all taken from me and no one can give me an explanation neither the grocery store nor any dayforce customer care people so cool.
Claimed loss: I lost 53.93 without any explanations as to where my money is or why or what's happening.
