theses batteries are total pieces of [censored]tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt ! i have 43 cars andx i started putting these yellow tops in them and after a few days of sitting theyd be totally dead ! i then contacted optima battery and talked to adam and he wouldnt do a dam thing about it ! they can go by the serial number to go under the warranty issue ! but the wont ! these batteries are sooooooooooo notttttttttttttt worth it ! im going to try to get ahold of the ceo of this company ! when asked who the ceo is nobody at this company knows ! hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm ! i then asked where these batteries are made by adam and he doesnt know ! i know where ! chinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ! im going to be taking these batteries out of my whole collection of cars and put a differant type in and it wont be made by johnson co either which is made in china ! dont buy theses batteries cause they are junkkkkkkkkkkkk ! if anyone wants to hear the nightmare that i went tru with these batteries please call me at [protected] or [protected] or [protected] ! my name is chris gilbert from florida ! optima company you should be held accountable for the junkkkkkkkk you sell to the consumer ! optima company when does the old mighty dollar become more important than your customers satifastion ? ohhhhhhhhhhhh by the way when and what happens when these batteries are installed in a 911 service vechile and they wont perform and or work at all? shame on you optima batteries ! what a piece of ### these batteries are ! i will lay it at the ceos gravesite when he passes away from old age huh ? once again junkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk batteries ! ive got a 12 year old sears die hard starting my duramax diesel now ! isnt that funny mr ceo optims man that nobody knows your name ! lol lol lol lol lol lol !
People, take note of the way this person talks/types. Is this really someone you can take advice from regarding battery performance? They are obviously an ### and I wouldn't be surprised if they hooked up the battery wrong, shorting it out and reducing its lifespan.
My son has had 2 or 3 of these in his car and I agree they do not perform. The audio place that installed it said it was better than a traditional battery, NOT TRUE! I agree the Sears diehard is a much more reliable and longer lasting battery, I have had several of them over the years.

Optima had experienced problems in the past with locally made product but with new production in a world class facility in Mexico the high quality has returned. We have moved all our fleet purchases of batteries to Optima and are experiencing excellent results. Thanks to Optima and Johnson Controls for their investment.
